My friend and I and her two year old daughter booked this hotel for mid June because it had a nice looking pool and it looked like a relaxing place to stay to relax. But we found out (on the second day at the hotel through another guest, not even at check in) that the pool doesn’t open until July and that we were not allowed to use it. In addition it was 30 degrees Celsius and none of the air conditioners in the entire hotel were working. I looked back at the reviews and saw that a year ago the same issue was happening, so it looks to me like the excuse of them transitioning to a new aircon system was a lie. We were told we would receive fans for our room which were not given to us until the last night of our stay. As you can imagine this was not at all a relaxing trip, and I truly regret booking this hotel. One plus I will say is that the waitress we had at dinner was absolutely fantastic.

Accueil plus que moyen, la réservation pour une table impossible tant que la responsable n'était pas présente, piscine fermée à 18h interdisant l'accès après une promenade dans la ville ou au palais en fonction de l'heure de retour. Literie très dure. Le petit déjeuner est pour sa part plutôt copieux et varié. Dommage qu'il faille demander pour avoir du lait à mettre dans les céréales ou un café. Le potentiel serait pourtant là pour faire oublier l'environnement ne laissant pas imaginer qu'un hôtel 4* puisse s'y trouver. Pour autant, assez proche du centre ville et du palais

Great place to stay in Caserta. We stayed as a convenient for returning a car to the Naples airport without going into Naples and to see the Palace in Caserta. Hotel was overall excellent and included free underground parking, a terrific breakfast, beautiful pool, and also has a gourmet restaurant. The hotel is not right on the road, but down a driveway. Finding the entrance to the parking is a little tricky. I recommend calling the hotel for explicit directions.

Nice room, clean, quiet. Big and well maintened swimming pool. And very good restaurant. At 10 minutes by foot from train & buses stations (convenient bus from Caserta to Molo Beverello), and from the castel.

Buon Hotel ad una distanza accettabile dalla Reggia di Caserta. Tra i servizi offerti c'è la piscina dove passare del tempo in relax e rinfrenscarsi, e il comodo parcheggio all'interno della struttura per chi arriva in auto.

The hotel itself was gorgeous, a tucked away gem in Caserta. We used it as a hub since it was located close to many of the surrounding areas we intended to go and visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful but we didn’t receive any perk for VIP access. The room was large and comfortable but heads-up to any person above 5 10 the shower is quite small not sure if all the rooms are like that or if it was just ours. The restaurant was very delicious we ate there a couple of nights since there was only a few close places to go walk to at night. The breakfast served was plentiful and lots to pick from and we didn’t get to enjoy the pool since it opens in July but the grounds were nice and parking garage is located under the grounds which is great.

The rooms were clean. and beds very comfortable. The internet was very bad so I could not use to work. Breakfast is nice and staff is friendly. It is also walkable area, to the palace and main street, The staff was very accommodating allowing us to park in their safe garage whole day when we checked out to visit the palace. We appreciate that very much.

Such friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was great. Hotel was exceptionally clean. In easy walking distance from the royal palace and old town. Hotel was a little hard to find but we worked it out with help if GPS. I highly recommend Villa Cristina!

Petit hôtel bien propre et bien situé pour visiter le palais qui est à 15 minutes de marche. Le parking est gratuit et intérieur . De plus, il y a un resto attenant à l’hôtel avec un menu limité mais très bon .

L'accueil est très professionnel et agréable. La chambre est spacieuse et impeccable. La salle de bain grande et propre. On vous laisse de l'eau à disposition dans le frigo et un plateau de courtoisie. Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec des viennoiseries fraîches et délicieuses. Le choix est vaste. L'hôtel dispose aussi d'un très bon restaurant. Un mot en particulier pour Mena qui vous sert au petit déjeuner et même au restaurant toujours avec le sourire et grande sympathie.

Struttura da due stelle . Camere con arredamento pessimo. Sul sito c’era scritto arredato con sete pregiate e invece con coperte di scarsa qualità e macchiate. Camera con condizionatore non funzionante, quindi caldo in camera insopportabile. Balconi senza vista tipo carcere. Muri sporchi, tenda rotta, mobili macchiati. Sky e wi-fi che non funzionava. Polvere in terra. Colazione base. Avere la piscina e sky non vuol dire essere un 4 stelle. Era tanto che non trovavo una struttura così scadente. Da non tornarci mai più.

Staff were lovely. Breakfaat offered a great variety. Pastries crispy and delicious. Easy walk to palace and train to naples. Rooms good size. Bathrooms lively. Skhowet great Pillows on thin side but loved our stay.

The gentleman at the front desk was not very warm or welcoming, he made us feel a bit uncomfortable. The place isn't exactly as shown in photos. The rooms are outdated and weathered. Very dark getting inside from the parking garage. The restaurant staff at dinner was overbearing watching us and we felt rushed and unwelcome. Food was subpar at restaurant. Over priced coffee from the bar, considering I paid half the price in more touristy areas. I would not recommend this place.

The rooms are outdated and air conditioning seems to not exist. Hotel pool and grounds are pretty. Hotel is hard to find. Breakfast is fine . Beds are terrible as well as the front end service. Look for other places in Caserta or just pass on Caserta as a whole.

The hotel is great from the outside. Once we got in our room, we discovered the bathroom window was broke off the hinge and we told front desk, but was not looked at. The bed frame was broke and half way fixed. There was a party Sunday, June 1st which we were told it would be over by midnight, but the music and noise didn’t stop until 2:30 or 3:00am. The dinner that we had on June 2nd was not good at all and seemed to be leftover from a different meal. The hotel staff ordered our taxi for us, but did not tell us that we had to pay euros, so we didn’t know that until we reached the airport. The driver was not happy and had to call his boss to see if they could take a credit card from us. I would not recommend this hotel if you want peace and quiet or decent food.

Nice room, clean, quiet. Big and well maintened swimming pool. And very good restaurant. At 10 minutes by foot from train & buses stations (convenient bus from Caserta to Molo Beverello), and from the castel.

The hotel itself was gorgeous, a tucked away gem in Caserta. We used it as a hub since it was located close to many of the surrounding areas we intended to go and visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful but we didn’t receive any perk for VIP access. The room was large and comfortable but heads-up to any person above 5 10 the shower is quite small not sure if all the rooms are like that or if it was just ours. The restaurant was very delicious we ate there a couple of nights since there was only a few close places to go walk to at night. The breakfast served was plentiful and lots to pick from and we didn’t get to enjoy the pool since it opens in July but the grounds were nice and parking garage is located under the grounds which is great.

The gentleman at the front desk was not very warm or welcoming, he made us feel a bit uncomfortable. The place isn't exactly as shown in photos. The rooms are outdated and weathered. Very dark getting inside from the parking garage. The restaurant staff at dinner was overbearing watching us and we felt rushed and unwelcome. Food was subpar at restaurant. Over priced coffee from the bar, considering I paid half the price in more touristy areas. I would not recommend this place.

The hotel is great from the outside. Once we got in our room, we discovered the bathroom window was broke off the hinge and we told front desk, but was not looked at. The bed frame was broke and half way fixed. There was a party Sunday, June 1st which we were told it would be over by midnight, but the music and noise didn’t stop until 2:30 or 3:00am. The dinner that we had on June 2nd was not good at all and seemed to be leftover from a different meal. The hotel staff ordered our taxi for us, but did not tell us that we had to pay euros, so we didn’t know that until we reached the airport. Great place to stay in Caserta. We stayed as a convenient for returning a car to the Naples airport without going into Naples and to see the Palace in Caserta. Hotel was overall excellent and included free underground parking, a terrific breakfast, beautiful pool, and also has a gourmet restaurant. The hotel is not right on the road, but down a driveway. Finding the entrance to the parking is a little tricky. I recommend calling the hotel for explicit directions.

The rooms are outdated and air conditioning seems to not exist. Hotel pool and grounds are pretty. Hotel is hard to find. Breakfast is fine . Beds are terrible as well as the front end service. Look for other places in Caserta or just pass on Caserta as a whole.
