Stayed 1 night

There was no one at the reception. After calling the number, displayed on the front door, many times, the lady hung up. Finally, someone turned up after a while, he showed me the room. It was an average but extremely smelly room. I waited for 15 minutes, left and checked into a proper hotel near by. The price difference was negligible. So, I would not recommend this guest house at all.

Room was very dirty and smelly. Staff does not know how to speak politely. Vey very rude!! Even there was no water in the room. The washroom did not have any towels or slippers. TV was not working, it was flipped upside down. The carpet was so dirty as well. The staff did explained anything, just handed the key to the room. So, I did not know where to find water and had to order online. This is not worth-it. It is a terrible experience! I don’t recommend this guest house at all. Stay away! I don’t know why it is still listed in hotels.com.

Overall, a poor accomodation facility. I was allocated a ground floar room, it was stuffy and windows could not open to get fresh air. The staff only spoke French and really bad english making is difficult to communicate with non-french speaker. The house keeper refused to clean my room despite requesting for cleaning, change of beddings, and I had booked 8 nights! Thats was gross. There is no noise prove, I could here other walking or doing there things and adult games in the upper floar. Basically you can't have a restful night there. There was no balcony and I did not need to use the parking.

Stayed 1 night

As i do i like to walk and talk to folk. The Sunday check out was for eleven am. I got a little turned around and called the property manager at 11:07 am stating I would be a little late for checkout but to please leave the room unattended as I had a guest in room (which I did pay the fee for at the initial booking) and offered an additional $50 in cash. They assured me it was not an issue. These awful greedy, impatient, and dishonest folk went ahead into the room. Turfed my guest, who i had yet to exchange personal details with. My business, my perogative. I arrived at 11:23 to find my propety in the hallway, my paid guest gone along with a $450 value in clothing as my guest was rainsoaked from the night prior. So i fitted her, in what I thought was to be temporary, my clothing. Upon this discovery they met me with lies and false claims that the room was trashed and needed cleaning, of course it required cleaning, standard practice for any hotel. And in all my years staying in hotels I have not once left a room in shambles. I even looked in the room while they were remaking the bed. How disgusting for the next guest. I wouldn't reccomend to even the lowest vermin to book there. Cheers, to the vile persons 'managing" the property.
