We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a personalized welcome card, drinks, a lovely dessert of cookies and macarons, which was a thoughtful touch. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel is well maintained, featuring a large swimming pool with lifeguards on duty, beautiful gardens, a nice restaurant and a welcoming elegant lobby. The staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The reception team was friendly and helpful, the security guards were always polite, and the breakfast staff was efficient and attentive. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes. Another pleasant surprise was the tea provided in the room. It was so good that I ended up drinking tea almost three times a day during our stay! Housekeeping did an excellent job of cleaning our room every day, and the hotel was peaceful and quiet, allowing us to sleep well every night. Grocery stores, massage parlors and laundry nearby. The only minor downside is that the hotel does not have its own private beach. However, the public beach is only about a 500-meter walk away, which is still convenient. Market village is a bit farther. Uber ride costs around 80–90 baht each way. Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, comfortable accommodations, great facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. We will surely come come back.

Avoid this hotel !!!!! Not a good stay. We booked for 3 nights 2 rooms. But got child sick. And only needed one room. Didnt ask for money back, but for upgrade room. But no upgrade. The room was the same i paid for. Only nice thing was the bed. Closet smell very bad, old worned out slippers available. Aircon smelked so bad, like mold or something. We did not sleep that night, every clothes smell off bad aircon. We had to leave hotel next day so disappointed. Psy for 3 nights 2 room. Only stay one night in 1 room. No remorsr or askkng why we check out or try to make customer happy. They tolk our money, but thats not it, it dedtroyed one day off our good vacation. Then we went babas beach club....then vacation saved... Staff in Amari not happy and help... in babas everything every detail perfect...we will tell all our friends to avoid Amari....really disaster

The hotel has many guests, but the free shuttle bus to town center only runs twice a day, with only nine seats per trip. The biggest problem is that there are many mosquitoes in the area where salads and fruits are served in the breakfast restaurant.
