It was very good and the hotel staff goes above and beyond for the customer, Only downside is the security staff is not very friendly and the pool could benefit of more equipement, there is not much chairs and the guest are leaving their belonging to not lose access to the chair, reducing greatly the appeal of the main pool

Nice hotel. Buggy service to beach club working well it was about 200m. That beach club was awesome whit nice pool and there was very quiet beach. Staff was very helpfull and cleaners aks everytime when they saw us leave there room do we want cleaning.

All the staff was great! Absolutely wonderful! Dew at the front desk was excellent. All the staff were super friendly. The breakfast room staff and manager were excellent. The staff at the back restaurant and beach/pool area were wonderful. This is the way a hotel should be run. The cleaning staff too were beyond excellent. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There’s plenty to choose from, and something for everyone. Coffee machines, fruit juices, teas, and even hot chocolate. The yoghurt was great! The folks manning the omelet station were perfect! There was nothing not to love about this hotel. They have a children’s pool just outside the large lobby. Slides into the water for the kiddies. All the kiddies loved the pool and were out there all day long. It was fun to watch them. The view from our balcony room was wonderful. The room was super clean. There’s a lockbox in the room for your valuables. They have a really nice exercise room with all you need for a quick workout. Grab taxis come right to the front door to pick you up and drop you off. The food at the hotel restaurant out back was great. Excellent fruit shakes and smoothies. Lounge chairs overlooking the beach. This was a really great hotel that we thoroughly enjoyed, and we will certainly return.

Fast alles sieht auch neu aus. -- Stellenweise sieht man aber bereits heute diverse Abnutzungserscheinungen bei Möbeln die in der Thaikultur keine besondere Bedeutung haben. z. B. sind fast alle Sitzbezüge im Frühstücksraum unschön mit Flecken verschmutzt. -- Der Zugang zum Strand ist durch einen Schuttle Service gut gelöst aber meines Erachtens hätte man hier einen direkten Zugang machen sollen, Kosten/Nutzen. -- Die Treppen zum Strand sind optisch sehr ansprechend Stein/Holz, jedoch ist die Holzoberfläche sehr rutschig, selbst wenn Sand auf dieser Oberfläche ist, ist hier ein großes Gefahrenpotential für Verletzungen. TOP Frühstücksbuffet.

Det er et virkelig godt hotel. Første morgen vågnede jeg op ved, at min seng var invaderet af myrer, der også havde bidt lidt i mig i løbet af natten. Jeg fik et andet værelse - med havudsigt!! Men ellers ingen kompensation - det var lidt skuffende. Bort ser fra det, er der kun positivt at sige om hotellet. De dage, jeg var der, gik jeg ind til Hua Hin by - ca. 12 km.

We had an amazing experience at Best Western Carapace in Hua Hin. The hotel staff gave exceptional customer service going out of their way to assist us, nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed 10 nights, relaxing in the beautifully appointed modern hotel. The beds were super comfortable and the modern bathrooms superbly clean. Housekeeping was generous with plenty of towels and bottled water topped up daily. We especially enjoyed spending time at the Beach Club with its sparkling pool and warm sea breeze. We had a lovely dinner at sunset by the pool and the buffet breakfast was a stunning array of fresh international and local dishes with something for everyone. Children from every nationality were especially impressed with the automated pancake machine. We even got to meet the general manager who was so friendly and gave us lots of helpful recommendations. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again on our next trip. Thank you Best Western Carapace!

Sehr gut geführtes Hotel mit einem sehr hilfsbereiten und freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstücksangebot ist ausreichend, die Zimmer sind sehr Sauber und gut geschnitten. Leider hat man bei der Einrichtung nicht an Kleiderschränke gedacht, so dass es nur sehr wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten gibt. Alles in allem ist es ein schönes Ferienhotel für die ganze Familie.

This hotel was the fifth hotel we stayed at since arriving in Thailand over a month and a half ago, and it turned out to be the best one yet! We’re planning to come back for two months next year and already booked two Units in the residence section. Everything about the hotel was excellent. The hotel is new and the rooms were clean spacious and well equipped. The grounds were beautiful and the staff extremely courteous abd helpful. The beach was better than the other hotels because of its location. The breakfast was very good with a good variety. All in all it’s an excellent choice.

IF YOU DON’T ABSOLUTELY LOVE KIDS. -DON’T STAY HERE Don’t stay here unless you love kids. Sound level is 65-70 decibel in the pool area and 45-50 decibel inside the room with doors closed. Pool open 07-19(20) Weekends are worst. Avoid! This is strictly a hotel for families with kids. The pool and water slides are located between the buildings and the approximately 150 rooms that overlook the pool. No part is intended for adults.

Personale var flinke og hjelpsomme, rent og pent. Lå ved stranda og sklie var gøy for barna. Det eneste minuset her er maten- frokostbuffeen var forferdelig- til og min 7 år gammel datter kommenterte maten. Vi spiste kun pannekaker (noe vi pleier aldri å spise) og frukt der. Da vi kom første kvelden, orket vi ikke å dra ut for å spise for vi var slitne, bestilte pad thai og pasta carbonara- de lagde ingen av rettene riktig- smakte helt grusomt. Ellers fornøyd med hotellet 😄

It is a bit far from HH downtown and the food offered at the hotel restaurant have to improve the quality. We had an incident with bad food, but the manager was promptly to solve.
