We stayed in a studio apartment. Communication was excellent. Room was clean, quite and spacious. Paid parking was easy. Good shower. There was an unexpected gift package which was a very pleasant surprise. We were both very happy with our stay.

Enjoyed a lovely 2 bedroom harbour view suite with kitchen and lounge area , 2 bathrooms. Very convenient location . Small issue with only 2 hangers for whole flat in wardrobes was resolved later by the pleasant and friendly reception staff bringing me a dozen extras . Also we could not use Netflix for the first night , but this was fixed by the second . Lovely harbour views and relaxing watching the cargo ships being guided by tugs into the harbour. We also saw the Newcastle marathon from our balcony on Sunday . Nice touch having Easter egg hunt and lollie bags for the children over the weekend . Convenient parking . Would definitely stay here again.

Management cares about their guests and their thoughts about their stay. Follow-up contact was appreciated. Booked a one bedroom harbour view room. Location is great, view was good over top the train station, reception staff were eager to help, amenities such as shampoo, dishwasher supplies, laundry soap was excellent. The treats in the lobby a thoughtful touch. The Apartment however seems to be suited for short stays. We found the lighting harsh for watching TV, furniture minimalist (floor lamp or table and lamp would be good), table and chairs small and uncomfortable. Housekeeping has hits and misses. Bathroom and kitchen were clean on arrival. Overall the 14 day stay was not bad or terrible just could have been better. The staff are welcoming. Parking is $25/day to self park. The location is excellent. Public transport links are great with trams and buses nearby. Short walk to the harbourside (100 metres) and a 10 minute walk to the beautiful beaches. Plenty of good cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment was good size with seperate bedroom , bathroom and a large air conditioned lounge with a settee, tv & dining table. It was very comfortable and the small well equipped kitchen was ideal for our needs. Our room had a view over the old train station ( now home to a number of small shops) to the harbour and Customs House. The washing machine and tumble dryer included in the apartment came in very handy during our stay. We didnt need parking but there is an underground secure car park at an additional daily cost. The staff are brilliant here. They couldn't be more friendly or helpful and made us feel welcome during our stay. A welcome note and small bag of treats already in our apartment was a nice touch. Always asking how guests are doing and happy to have a friendly chat. They went out of their way to help us with all manner of useful information and kindly looked after our belongings while we were away for a few days before returning to the apartment. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Very conveniently located for the Newcastle beach area, shops and restaurants. Tram outside Watched the cargo ships and tug boats sailing in and out of the harbour from our balcony. Very peaceful area. Views to the beaches and bridge across the bay. Comfortable beds and living area. Loved the chairs and table on the balcony. Nice touch to be able to order food from local eateries . Well equipped kitchen area and washing machine /tumble dryer convenient. Second time staying here and would definitely stay again if in Newcastle.

A cozy and safe room we had, they had a little candy package to welcome us and the view was unbelievable, not to mention the little surprises and events they had. They even had daily life materials and free netflix. Overall, the condition was sensational and it was quite inviting, for someone who likes cozy, convenient rooms (lovely water view) 10/10!

I did wonder if the bedsheets were changed before we arrived. My son found a hair scrunchie (hair still attached) in between the fitted and top sheet. My other son’s top sheet had an oily looking stain directly up top and a small lipstick stain (??) on his pillow. (I took photos.) Other than that, it was ok. Oh, the water pressure in the shower was awesome!

Expectations were much higher given the price we paid. Be warned - all photos show beautiful views. Our view looked at walls, rooftops and carparks. Not to mention the elevator that didn't work. 5 floors up and down the fire excape! Very outdated decor, average cleaning. Would not stay again. Location was good, communication was good.

The pic shown is of a light airy apartment with a view. Ours was well appointed, quiet and very comfortable however outlook was a shaft (say repurposed lift shaft) up several floors to sky. Bit gloomy. It was value for money.

Great property and location. I would recommend away from the smaller rooms, as ours was very warm, and struggled to get cool. Perhaps the larger multiple bedroom apartments would not have this issue

This suite had an unusual layout that may not suit some people. Both the kitchen and bathroom were down a long hallway from the lounge and bedroom. Having said that, the kitchen was well equipped. The TV was huge. There was a balcony overlooking the water, but you couldnt see the view unless you were standing up, as a high solid concrete railing surrounded it.

Had a Waterview apartment had all the bells and whistles but unfortunately being on a main road was extremely noisy. Also ships coming past through the night with their horns was not pleasant ultimately a very noisy unsettled night a beautifully decorated apartment but unfortunately very uncomfortable seat wise for old people had a cute little gift of lollies. Great location near all lovely restaurants probably would never stay again as I do like my sleep.

Our stay was in memory of a previous visit to the Terminus. The staff were wonderful, particularly Romi. On book in we had a small studio but there was no parking available which was a major problem due to the medical issues of both my wife and self. I became emotional and Romi managed to organise a parking spot and upgraded our accommodation to make us more comfortable. The apartment was beautiful and we had a wonderful stay that we will remember always. The is a very well run establishment that we recommend to everyone.

Great location, located across the road from old Newcastle terminal (before they put in the light rail). Easy walk to the beaches, the breakwall and the light rail. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and our room had an amazing view. Will stay again
