One Burgess Hill

The receptionist was welcoming and made us feel at home immediately. The gardens and facilities were well maintained. The room was clean and beds comfortable and the view was pretty and peaceful with birds.

Stunning location , clean , tidy , accessible , friendly staff

The room was large, clean and well-appointed. We really loved that you could see and hear the river from the top bedroom. The environment is relaxing and I enjoyed the walk along the river and around the grounds. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and the meals were nice. The staff were friendly and attentive. The location was a short drive to town but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. Our only minor gripe was the driveway was narrow and difficult to see vehicles coming the other way. This made for a couple of near misses due to other drivers going too fast. The washer and dryer in the laundry need updating.

Amazing, peaceful and lovely place to stay.

Spacious 2 storey light and airy accommodation with comfy sofa’s, jacuzzi jet bath, large walk-in shower, very welcoming and helpful chap on reception - despite the onsite Quails Nest Eatery being closed for a wedding function he organised and delivered dinner and drinks to our door, which was very tasty.
