Overall a good stay with a few caveats. Pros/Cons: Pros: Very walkable in central area of the city. Comfortable bed, large towels and nice shower. WiFi was strong. Free water/juice in room. Nice pillows. Cool bar/outdoor patio. Cons: Parking is NOT on site, it’s an unaffiliated public garage down the street and around a corner, about a 5 min walk (wasn’t clear at all when booking, so that was frustrating when we arrived and were trying to navigate the narrow streets. They shouldn’t have the hotel listed as ‘parking available’ in Expedia, they should describe as is- parking garage in the neighborhood). Also, the AC was not what we would call AC, it’s more like a cooling fan that provides some moving air. Overall fine for our last minute stay 👍

Wir haben in diesem stilvollen Hotel unser Straßburg-Wochenende verbracht. Ein mega schönes Hotel inkl. ein sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gab reichlich Auswahl. Das Hotel liegt super im Zentrum, sodass alles zu Fuß ablaufbar ist. Wir haben mit unserem Auto im P3 Wilson geparkt. Das liegt direkt bei einem Einkaufszentrum mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Shoppen. Im Zentrum direkt ist das Parken schwierig bzw. teuer. Daher vergleicht gerne die Preise vor eurer Ankunft. Ein Parkplatz vom Hotel gibt es auch, dieser kostet 35€/Tag und sollte lieber reserviert werden. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen. Es war sauber und die Zimmer waren groß, auch das große Badezimmer hat uns gut gefallen. Es gibt einen süßen Innenhof, dieser ist ebenfalls stilvoll gestaltet. Alles war traumhaft.

We stayed at the Hotel Leonor and the experience exceeded our expectations. The staff was courteous and the ambience of the hotel during the Christmas season. We had great drinks at the bar listening to live music, and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast each morning. This was truly a special experience and in a great location of town.

Our second stay at Hotel Leonor. Wonderful hotel. Large spotless room, quiet, big bathroom, great air conditioning. Public areas very modern. Only issue I had was parking. I had a confirmed reservation for a parking spot but was told on arrival that their parking was full. The staff quickly issued me with a receipt for a public lot which took care of the problem.

The hotel building is the former residence of the governor of Alsace and has been beautifully renovated. The rooms are large, the decor is minimalist modern, done in warm colors. It has a nice bar area that opens to a courtyard and has a DJ on some nights of the week. We did not eat at the restaurant, except for the morning breakfast buffet, which has more offerings than most hotels provide. The breakfast was expensive, however: 30€, unless booked as part of a room package.

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, teilweise deutschsprachig, mind. jedoch auch englischsprachig. Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Lage ist sehr gut, alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Stadt sind fussläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig und immer frisch, sehr zu empfehlen. Leider macht die Bar sehr früh zu. (Samstag Abend 23 Uhr erhielten wir den Hinweis, dass sie schließen).

et vidunderligt hotel i centrum af den gamle by i Strasbourg. Morgenbuffet i topklasse med mulighed for sidde inde eller ude. Udepladsen er helt fantastisk og har total læ for vind og vejer, nydeligt indrettet, ordentlige udemøbler. Separat aflåst cykelparkering.

We had a wonderful stay at Leonor Hotel. The staff were kind, welcoming and helpful, and the hotel and rooms are clean, modern and nice. The breakfast buffet is delicious and features fresh and local items - we looked forward to it every day. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Strasbourg.

The property is very well refurbished and decorated. I like the high headroom of the room, and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was great and staff are very helpful and warm welcoming us. We stayed for three nights and the bath towels are of some what disappointment, coz it is a bit hard and old, but it’s still clean to use. Minibar is free to use as well, and refilled everyday.

Unique setting in the renovated building. The staff at check in and check out was super friendly. The room we had booked was a deluxe room. It was modern and clean. The minibar was included in the price. Also the room was equipped with a Nespresso machine and a kettle. However there is no closed wardrobe to hang cloth. Personally I don’t like this at all once you hang your cloth the room doesn’t look tidy. The bathroom was modern however very cold and the small heating in the bathroom was not nearly enough to heat the bathroom.

Didn’t appreciate noise from courtyard fr early morning to late night neither the noicy cracking floor, also the bathroom sink was really weird. The water would splash on the floor as it was so shallow and I didn’t dare wash my contact lenses as there was no stopper.

conveniently located for short walks to cathedral and shopping areas. 2 blocks from a self-serve laundromat. We asked for a quiet room, and was given a corner room with noisy streets (6am trucks and motorcycles). Room was very large and clean. Not much storage space, though.

Very lovely hotel . Design all over the hotel is so nice. Lovely bar and garden. The rooms spacious and lovely. BUT we sleept very bad because of very hot rooms. Aircon didn’t work. Couldn’t open the window because of noise from the street. The pillows very hard. There were 2 but both of them hard. So the sleep at the hotel wasn’t god. I really hope the hotel will do something about is the hotel is SO lovely and is right in the middle of the town.

The hotel was beautiful, close to train station and to trolleys. Many lovely shops nearby. Close to and easily walkable to attractions. Front desk had umbrellas to lend for a rainy day. Beautiful modern design, Nespresso coffee in the rooms. Design was just to our taste - but a little sparse for my Mom’s taste and the tub was tall to get in and out with no grab bar. My aunts initial room had a walk in shower - and this was the same room type booked for my Mom. There was no mention of tub or shower in the room booking choice. Two of the three rooms we were initially assigned has 3-4 steps from the hall to the room door. We were not advised of this by front desk and this was a struggle for the older ladies traveling with us to get bags into rooms. I booked three rooms at the same time - yet we were still situated on 3 different floors and 3 different wings - so we the young travelers - the only ones without steps to our room - did not even know the struggles the others had with luggage until later. Staff was accommodating- we had to have a room change due to unexpected steps. No bellman - but front desk staff assisted my elderly aunts with luggage during room change. Restaurant was not available one night due to a private event but we were able to order food from the smaller bar menu. Breakfast buffet was lovely. Staff was helpful with arranging taxis for our large group.

Absolutely a nice hotel, we really enjoyed it. Nice comfortable large rooms. Can highly recommend this hotel. Only negative note from our side is that the bed was so hard. We stay every year in many hotels. This bed was so hard as we probably have not experienced before. Staff at reception very friendly and helping answering questions.

Das Hotel war wirklich schön und bequem, das Zimmer sauber und gemütlich. Leider war das Check-in-Erlebnis sehr enttäuschend. Nach einer langen Reise waren wir sehr müde und mussten bis 15 Uhr warten – wir sind sogar in der Lobby eingeschlafen. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass andere Gäste, die nach uns kamen, sofort ihre Zimmer bekommen haben. Die Rezeptionistin war dabei leider recht arrogant. Schade, denn sonst war das Hotel wirklich angenehm. Wir haben uns insgesamt unwillkommen gefühlt.

No food available for our stay and 99% of city closed. No recommendations given on what to do. The clerk basically told me the French love holidays and don’t work so if I understood that then I should not complain. I have traveled all over Europe including France and never had a hotel that offered absolutely zero with no recommendation as an alternative. There is no service here and the staff was very very rude. We arrived to check in 15 min to 3 and she made us wait until 3:01 at the desk. What a joke!!! Just being ugly at that time because we were Americans. Let other people check in earlier. One was our friends we met.

I had the perfect stay for five nights at this hotel. It’s a great location being just a 10 minute walk to the cathedral and the historic District. The room is comfortable with all the amenities, including a coffee machine and juices and water included in the refrigerator. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety, including different breads, scrambled eggs, yogurt, do it yourself, boiled eggs, a coffee machine, cheeses, smoked salmon, fresh fruit, and much more. The staff are unbelievably friendly here, and they all greet you with a smile. The restaurant serves some great food; I had a couple of the best meals of my life during my stay here. If I’m back in Strasburg, this is where I want to stay.

Vackert hotell och trevlig personal. Särskilt personalen som tog hand om och städade vårt rum på våning två. Stort utbud vid frukosten och väldigt gott. Värt att ta del utav. Dock rörigt och trångt vid frukostbuffén, på grund av hur de valt att lägga upp buffén i rummet. Hotellet restaurang och bar är populär även för boende i staden, så boka bord i förväg. Och förbered dig för att servicen kan ta lång tid.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel. Die Zimmer sehr modern und ruhig. Ich muss einen Stern abziehen, da heute sehr viel los war und beim frühstück das Personal etwas überfordert gewirkt hat. Außerdem finde ich bei einem Frühstück das als hervorragend angepriesen wird erwarte ich, dass es auch immer wieder aufgefüllt wird und nicht wie wir heute erlebt haben , dass keine Brötchen mehr da waren sowie Käse. Schade bei einem Frühstück wofür wir 30€ bezahlt haben
