Bed isn’t big enough for 5’9” man to sleep in without feet hanging off end. And this is in the junior suite! Self serve to bring luggage to room. Self service to store luggage. No one to raise a hand. No concierge. Lighting in room is terrible and hard to store clothes. No sunlight in room. Sliding door to bathroom so you hear everything and no privacy for toilet. Breakfast was good. Order coffee from staff not machine. Location is good.

The lady at reception was excellent, I think her name was Monom. I had to book a room for an extra night and she ensured we didn’t need to change rooms and gave a good rate. She made some excellent suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. The only down side of the room was the shelves in wardrobe were so high up, they were unusable and there was a lack of hanging space. The hotel’s location was great, so close to all the sights.

Thought this was a very lovely hotel. I appreciated the level of detail in the atmosphere and decor in the common areas. We stayed in a family room and it was very well maintained and appreciated. The touches such as a welcome note. Room was spacious and up to par. A drawback was parking needed to be reserved which was not immediately apparent in the reservation. Apparently welcome email is sent prior to arrival but if you are traveling prior to arrival, unlikely you will notice like happened for us. Turned out not to be too much of a big deal as there was a nearby public parking structure, which was actually cheaper. Another drawback was there is no Sunday dinner service other than bar food. Overall very much enjoyed my stay here. Excellent location within walking distance of major landmarks very happy and would stay again.
