L hotel est top. Vraiment bien , les chambres spacieuses et propre . Il y a un bar vraiment sympa et une belle terrasse Bémol, le spa ... Trop sombre, l'eau de la piscine n'etait pas trop propre et il y avait une mauvaise odeur..

Very nice and quiet hotel not very far from the city center having several public trasports just some minutes away to reach the main train station and the city center. Excelent spa with an indoor pool but it costs 9€ per person/hour.

Hotel itself is beautiful and modern, staffs are very friendly and helpful. Garage is very small, make sure you reserve a place on time. Room is not big but big enough for opening a sofa bed. The surrounding is close to railway, just a 5 minutes walk to central. We stayed at the 6th floor, terrace is lovely.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr modern. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön, sowie ebenfalls modern (wie auf den Bildern eingerichtet). Die Terrasse ist sehr idyllisch und der Wellnessbereich traumhaft schön ausgebaut. Das Personal ist bemüht. Die Lage geht in Ordnung. Die Tiefgarage ist jedoch sehr eng und klein mit wenig Stellplätzen. Das Frühstück war gut mit viel Auswahl und frischem Buffet (Gegen 10Uhr ist viel los). Nachfolgend ein paar negative Dinge: Leider haben mehrere Funktionen wie z.B. die Whirlpooldüsen im hinteren Bereich des Pools nicht funktioniert. Für den Wellnessbereich zahlt man einen Aufpreis von 9€/p.P./h. Ein paar Abnutzungsspuren waren im Zimmer sichtbar (Wand, Kleiderhaken). Die Minibar hat leider nicht gut gekühlt, erst am nächsten Tag waren die Getränke kalt (zu spät). Der CheckIn Service per Mail vorab hat leider nicht funktioniert, sowie die darin hinzugebuchten Extras wurden nicht erfasst und somit auch nicht umgesetzt.

Overall good property with some recent renovation. Unfortunately, the room we were given, though in the renovated section, was smelling bad due to the drainage. The staff first agreed to change our room but once we got down with our bags seem to have a change of mind. They instead put a device to deodourise the room; and promised to fix the bathroom door to allow it to be closed properly. The bathroom door was never fixed. I did find the duvet covers dirty.The room was smaller than expected for 4 of us.

An amazing stay on all fronts. Staff very friendly and attentive. Excellent facilities including gym and spa. The garden was a great place to relax with a drink in the evening. Only slight blot was that we had a big cobweb in our room above the desk area which was not cleaned away during our five night stay. So, only 4 stars given for cleanliness. But otherwise, Excellent! Highly recommend.

L'enregistrement a été chaotique malgré une arrivées tardive vers 1h du matin. Bug dans leur système informatique donc il n'avait aucun moyen de retrouver ma réservation. J'ai dû patienter malgré l'heure tardive et l'envie de me coucher. Puis impossible d'avoir une carte car le bug du système a demagnetisé les cartes. Il m'a ouvert la porte de la chambre avec son badge donc je n'avais pas d'électricité en arrivant dans la chambre. J'ai dû encore patienter pour qu'il trouver une solution viable C'est moi qui est trouvé la solution. Bref un enregistrement tres compliqué. Après une demande de ma part le matin j'ai récupéré une clef et un geste commercial pour les désagréments causés. J'adore cet hôtel mais J’espère pas revivre cela. En arrivant dans la chambre la propreté de la douche avec reste de cheveux certainement, laissait vraiment au désirer Être plus vigilant au prochain nettoyage.

Wonderful! Breakfast was amazing, the hotel was extremely clean and the hotel staff couldn’t do more do more for you. It took us approx 10-15 minutes to walk to Place de Klebe which was perfectly acceptable and a nice way to see the outer parts of the city.

Nice decoration. We were not happy with the view of our room since it looked at the railways at back building. Hotel public area is very eelll decorated. The location is 2 stops to central gar station and it is about 15 minutes walking to the petit france area and other city attractions.On saturday they forgot to clean our room, but it is not a big deal. Breakfast is avarage, there could be more choices.The ladies in the reception are so kind and helpful. Thanks at all.

Nice hotel. Make sure you are in tower 1, tower 2 give on the train tracks. You can hear evrything from the other room. Brakfast buffet is excellent. Room are clean.

Bel hotel. Posizione comoda per l’autostrada, ma scomoda per il parcheggio. Personale gentilissimo. La doccia è delimitata solo per metà da una parete di vetro, manca una porta. Risultato: acqua sul pavimento, ciabatte fradice, e immagino anche extra pulizie tutti i giorni. Idea pessima.

Hotel was very nice. Nice decor and clean room, breakfast was nice, everything was good, BUT our room was so hot even with the air conditioning. In the middle of August when it’s more than 30c outside, we were able to adjust only by -3 or +3 celsius, but even with -3 Celsius didn’t do anything. Our room was so hot and muggy and we were sweating all night. Very uncomfortable. I’m sure it’s a wonderful hotel during cool months, but in summer, it’s very uncomfortable.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble . Personnel agréable et souriant ça fait vraiment plaisir . Par contre très mal dormi car la température est excessive et on ne peut pas la réguler au de la de -3* et on ne peut même pas ouvrir la fenêtre . Pour nous c’est vraiment un problème .

Very friendly staff-extremely prompt with requests big and small. Really appreciated the courtesy extended, as others we encountered around Strasbourg were not friendly overall (it was an extremely busy weekend and the Christmas Markets were absolutely packed).

Location was great--just a 10 minute walk to the tourist area. The room was nice and bed was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. On site parking is big plus but make sure to reserve a spot. We would definitely stay there again.

Schöne Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück. Personal an der Rezeption teils freundlich, bei Fragen und Planung nicht hilfbereit. Parken umständlich bei einem 10 min. entfernten Parkhaus, da das eigene voll war.

I had to wait 5 hours to checkin although i asked i will wait if it will be ready in 1-1.5 hours. Parking is limited and someone else parked in front of my car and the platform to move the car was not working. If the owner of the car did not leave his phone on display i would have waited hours to get it moved.

Ein wundervolles Hotel in einem modernen Ambiente. Das Personal spricht französisch und englisch. In den Zimmern gibt es Tee, Kakao und Café, dass jeden Tag erneuert wird. Bahnhof und Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Ein toller Aufenthalt und wir werden wiederkommen, wenn wir wieder in Strasbourg sind.

We had a great stay at the Voco Garden Hotel. The room could have been a bit bigger but it was clean, quite and with a comfortable. Nice bathroom and a window that opens. They got a spa with a little fee, it isnt big but restricted for only 10 people. We were happy with the breakfast, fresh juice and many options. The area isnt special but only a 10 min walk from tbe train station and 15 min into city center. We would definitely stay another time.

Unfortunately though the staff behind the front desks were kind and polite I cannot fault them - we had a rude waiter and bad experience The food very expensive and not great quality, the steaks were not cooked how we asked, they forgot the steak knives with the steak and the steaks were very tough. The waiter seemed offended I didn’t eat my steak because it was rare and he continued to ignore or be passive aggressive the rest of time. I think this hotel would be a lot better if they focused on hospitality and good food rather than trying to be trendy or expensive, for 3 nights and 2 rooms it cost me about £1000 thinking the pool would be free with the booking only to get there and it’s 9 euro per hour per person which I thought was ridiculous. The breakfast was quite frankly disgusting there were flies all over the pineapple and watermelon tray, the orange juice machine not working, the water tasted of chlorine and the bacon looked and tasted like it had been sat out all night and just reheated. for the price I paid I’m disappointed, the beds were comfy and receptionist polite but sadly doesn’t makeup for the experience.

Chambre et literie superbes. Bar très agréable avec des options pour manger. Spa chouette même si un des appareils à remous avait été endommagé par des clients avant. Petit déjeuner : boulanger excellent. Un matin, il y avait du kouglehopf et il était divin. Lait de soja, graines de chia, noisettes, raisins secs… à ajouter aux céréales. Très bon café et une machine à presser du jus d’oranges ! Du hoummous, du tzatziki, du fromage, des poivrons crus, de la charcuterie ou des rillettes de thon pour ceux qui en veulent, du fromage blanc, trois miels différents, des fruits, des viennoiseries, des crêpes, des gauffres, des œufs à la coque… ! Seul petit bémol : le buffet chaud; les œufs brouillés allaient mais les pommes de terre étaient sèches à 8h et les champignons sans intérêt.

The room was excellent, especially the bed which was very comfortable. The breakfast was terrible. We had to queue as the seating area was not big enough to cope with demand and the food was terrible. Very poor coffee too.

Sejour en amoureux à Strasbourg. Déçu de la fermeture du restaurant le dimanche soir. L'accès au spa est devenu payant !! 9€/pers alors qu'avant c'était compris dans la chambre. Le solarium n'est toujours pas en état de marche comme en 2021. Pas de room service non plus le dimanche soir.

Wonderful! Breakfast was amazing, the hotel was extremely clean and the hotel staff couldn’t do more do more for you. It took us approx 10-15 minutes to walk to Place de Klebe which was perfectly acceptable and a nice way to see the outer parts of the city.
