The location is great, plenty of food and shops around, i saw many good reviews, but my mum thinks it's old. No other bad feedback from her though

It’s very convenient in this area, and easy to take the train to KIX Airport. Wherever I go, I will choose this hotel the day before my flight. I may go shopping what I need before I leave Japan.

The Smoking Area closes is a big No! Should be 24 hours. Place a camera inside. It's 2023, every room should have a microwave by request.
