Buena atención, buenas instalaciones, aunque cuenta con cajones de estacionamiento exteriores, y estacionamiento techado, para llegar al lobby tienes que dejar tu auto lejos de la misma, y ahí solicitas valet y el estacionamiento techado.

We were disappointed that the swimming pool had too little water in it, and was not being cleaned. We did not go in it because it did not look safe. We removed from our first rooms because there were cockroaches and looked into a second room, which was much nicer. I would recommend requesting a room without carpeting.

El hotel es muy bello, pero si falta mucho mantenimiento. Limpieza de camas y toallas muy bien, pero le quita mucho la alfombra ya muy gastada y cortinas rotas. La cama muy cómoda y muy limpio. Habitación amplia y agua de adecuada temperatura, solo el grifo ya con sarro y no salía tan bien el agua. La secadora de cabello no funcionó. En general si regresaría ya que si es cómodo y estás de paso en esa zona de Ags.

This very historic property has been nicely renovated. The restaurant is first rate. The personnel at the property, to a man or woman are simply tops. Polite, friendly, helpful and always gracious. Easy access to the thermal baths across the street and on a main route to the historic downtown area. If you want to stay at a great property not overrun by tourists, this is the place for you. You will really feel like you are back in Mexico of olden days, but with all the modern amenities.

Pésimo servicio, nos recibieron con mala cara, ni a los ojos te voltean a ver, las habitaciones colchón duro, requiere mantenimiento, la puerta del ex o chafa, el portapapel sanitario suelto, y para colmo y asumo mi responsabilidad, olvidé una sortija, 5 min después regreso ya estando el personal de servicio y desapareció mágicamente, de mis peores experiencias, no regreso ni aunque fuera gratis

I had a conflict with room selection at check in. I booked a two room garden view room suite but when arrived was given a single room with street view. I approached service desk and showed my reservation and was informed my room was not available and I would need to pay the difference if I wanted a two room suite reservation. Based on the purpose of my travel the two room suite was a necessity. I paid the difference and the family enjoyed the hotel, the staff, and service.

Todo estuvo muy bien. El personal muy amable y atento, nos ayudaron en todo momento. El desayuno bastante bien y el personal de restaurante también muy amable. En general es una excelente opción, las instalaciones están muy bien y tiene unos jardines hermosos. Creo que le falta un poquito de mantenimiento para que este hermoso hotel luzca en todo su esplendor.

Todo estuvo muy bien. El personal muy amable y atento, nos ayudaron en todo momento. El desayuno bastante bien y el personal de restaurante también muy amable. En general es una excelente opción, las instalaciones están muy bien y tiene unos jardines hermosos. Es super espacioso. Los cuartos son grandes y agradables. El buffet es delicioso. Falla en algunos lugares, pues tiene medio cuarteada la pintura. Fuera de eso, el lugar esta muy bonito.

Todo estuvo muy bien. El personal muy amable y atento, nos ayudaron en todo momento. El desayuno bastante bien y el personal de restaurante también muy amable. En general es una excelente opción, las instalaciones están muy bien y tiene unos jardines hermosos. Creo que le falta un poquito de mantenimiento para que este hermoso hotel luzca en todo su esplendor.

We traveled from Texas and stayed at the Alameda Grand (formerly Andrea Alameda) for 3 nights. The main reason we chose this hotel was for sentimental reasons; my mother grew up in the neighborhood and it's full of memories. Our first 2 nights (Thursday and Friday) were great—comfy, large, suite-style room, huge bathroom, and an updated a/c and TV system. Unfortunately, our third night was a nightmare. There was a wedding party right outside our window and our room was literally shaking from the bass and loud sound, probably until midnight; I have a few videos of this. No one informed us about the upcoming event; if we had that information, we absolutely wouldn't have stayed that night. My 16-year-old daughter and I couldn't sleep properly, and we had to travel super early the next morning. I would like a reimbursement for the third night. It was literally impossible to sleep, and my recordings even include a guy on the microphone using profanity and cheering!
