Great stay at the hotel. Large rooms with great view. Super market in the base floor. Only claim is that the fitness machines doesn’t work. They are too old, would recommend to replace the running machine, the running belt doesn’t work.

Spartanischer Fitnessraum mit 3 Geräten aber ganz schlimm ist es das es im Eingangsbereich, Treppenhaus und Lift Bereich extrem nach Kanalisation stinkt. Es ist extrem unangenehm wenn man das Hotel betritt. Der Parkplatz bereich ist auch sehr schmutzig.

Eigentlich ein gutes Hotel aber es gibt 4 dinge die ich bemängeln muss. 1. Die Funktion der Schiebetüren am Eingang ist eine einzige Katastrophe, wenn man zur ersten Schiebetür rein geht muss man vor der zweiten warten bis die hinter einem komplett zu ist und nach einer gedenkminute geht die zweite erst auf und man darf sich währenddessen nicht bewegen. 2. In der Eingangshalle hat es einen extrem unangehmen Geruch nach Kanalisation. 3. Das Restaurant/ Bar ist eiskalt, man kann sich dort nicht lange aufhalten, geschweige in ruhe zu Abend essen. 4. Die Parkplätze sind komplett schmutzig, es interessiert keinen wie es vor dem Hotel aussieht, auch wenn diese öffentlich sind könnte das Hotel eine Reinigung durchführen lassen , bei den Preisen ist es das mindeste und es macht einen schlechten Eindruck auf das Hotel.

Stayed in this property a few times. Staff is good and helpful. However the property needs some basic updates. The heaters in the bathrooms are not working, room temperature control needs attention and there is no coffee of kettle in the rooms.

Arrivée tardive, mais petit problème car la chambre prévue n'était pas faite :-( Mais très bonne réaction. Ai été surclassé en 2 mn. Chambre executive très comfortable, avec balcon. Petit déjeuner copieux. Personnel serviable. Grand parking gratuit. Sinon, gare à proximité immédiate pour joindre facilement le centre de Milan.

Thank you for nice experience. The only problem that there was no iron and kettle for water. Also parking area was quite dirty. Rooms were very clean. Special thank you to Anna, at breakfast service today. She was working alone and kept things very clean and systematic. Please pass my thanks to her.

Wonderful hotel, clean and spacious rooms, very attentive staff. They let us check in before check in hours since our room was ready. Easy access to the transportation network of Milan through the nearby Rho station. In the same building you can find a very supplied supermarket if you need it. The breakfast had a decent amount of variety, especially the sweets (several different croissants available). Rooftop terrace is nice, but we didn’t use it because of the rain. I would just like to note that the hotel restaurant has great food but the service is slow and chaotic, unlike the experience with the hotel itself.

전반적으로 깨끗하고 넓습니다. 다만, 청소상태가 좋지는 않았어요. 위치가 외곽에 있어서 이동할 때마다 기차를 타야합니다. 로 페어와 1정거장이지만 도보 이동과 기차를 타야하는 걸 고려하면 교통이 편하다고 보기는 어렵네요.

Ci è stata assegnata una camera con un bagno alquanto scomodo (lo specchio era inclinato verso il basso e non stava dritto e non era dotato di luce con quella della stanza insufficiente) ma, soprattutto, poco pulita. Il piatto doccia era sommariamente pulito mentre la rubinetteria era opacizzata dal calcare e da lungo tempo. In tutto il corridoio si vedevano per terra tracce di intonaco distaccato dal soffitto, segno che la moquette non era stata aspirata quanto meno da giorni. Peraltro la moquetta era macchiata in più punti. La colazione al mattino era sostanzialmente sguarnita rispetto ad esperienze passate ed il personale piuttosto scoordinato. Siamo stati diverse volte in questa struttura con piena soddisfazione ma, sinceramente, pare ci sia stato un tracollo...

Mitarbeiter am Empfang sehr freundlich. Leider das Zimmer mit viel Staub. Unter dem Bett leere Flaschen von den Leuten, die vor uns dort waren. Das morgen essen war sehr Arm. Kein Brot, keine Kaffe Tassen, man musste immer nachfragen. Die Mitarbeiter dort, beim nachfragen ob es Brot hat, hat gesagt das alles fertig sei, dass die Kunden die vor uns am Essen waren alles gegessen haben und das sie nichts mehr haben. Schade dieses Hotel hat in denn Jahren sehr abgegeben.

Hotel correcto, sin más, desayuno justito. No recomiendo el restaurante, caro en relación calidad/cantidad/precio. La zona es tranquila y tiene aparcamiento exterior cómodo. Muy cerquita de Milán. Los empleados correctos y educados aunque demasiado serios. En general estuvimos muy a gusto. La habitación y el baño amplios y cómodos.

Again it surpise us that the reception personell i a hotel seem to be bothered by guests. No smile, no feeling of a wish to make us feel welcome. A bottle of wine was included in the booking but we had to ask for it and the clerk was not eager to give it to us. A strange smell in the reception but the room was ok. The cleaning could have been better but was ok. It was saturday so there was some noise from the street, but not a big problem. Located near the railway station which was the most important reason for choosing this hotel. Good, paid parking near the hotel. If your goal is to visit Venice, this is an ok choice. Breakfast was good.

The room was not as advertised. The power was out upon arrival. Often the fridge didn't work, or the lights didn't work. The wifi didn't work for hours at a time. I had to be moved to another room but it was absolutely unacceptable.

Grande hotel con comodo parcheggio. Camera grande ma acqua della doccia tiepida e riscaldamento nel bagno non funzionante. Qualche problema anche all'impianto elettrico: la luce della camera si è accesa svegliandomi ben due volte durante la notte.

Service obefintlig. Jobbresa, 6 nätter. Bad om våra tre rum bredvid varandra, fick rummen så långt ifrån varandra som det gick. Lyhörda rum med musik i högtalarna nattetid. Mailade innan om hjälp med hyrbil, fick aldrig svar. Ointresserade och nonchalanta. Som hotellgäst kände man sig nedprioriterad, märkligt.

Again it surpise us that the reception personell i a hotel seem to be bothered by guests. No smile, no feeling of a wish to make us feel welcome. A bottle of wine was included in the booking but we had to ask for it and the clerk was not eager to give it to us. A strange smell in the reception but the room was ok. The cleaning could have been better but was ok. It was saturday so there was some noise from the street, but not a big problem. Located near the railway station which was the most important reason for choosing this hotel. Good, paid parking near the hotel. If your goal is to visit Venice, this is an ok choice. Breakfast was good.

Wonderful hotel, clean and spacious rooms, very attentive staff. They let us check in before check in hours since our room was ready. Easy access to the transportation network of Milan through the nearby Rho station. In the same building you can find a very supplied supermarket if you need it. The breakfast had a decent amount of variety, especially the sweets (several different croissants available). Rooftop terrace is nice, but we didn’t use it because of the rain. I would just like to note that the hotel restaurant has great food but the service is slow and chaotic, unlike the experience with the hotel itself.

Das Hotel selbst ist in einem guten Zustand aber auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und für italienische Verhältnisse sehr viel Süßspeisen. Also, you are close to the RHO train station (great) but walking back at night is kind of sketchy. Again, the hotel is one of the best that I stayed during my recent trip to Italy, just be aware of the 2 tradeoffs that I mentioned.

Check-in went smooth. There was no wait time. Roberto, front desk, was very kind and helpful. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast area, food, and service is excellent. Hotel restaurant serves dinner and suitable if nothing else. Terrace patio is a charm with nice seating to relax. Good housekeeping service. Other front desk staff can work on the communication with tourists. Hotel is in a quiet vicinity with about a 7 min walk to the train station and taxi stop. interesting find toward end of our trip right around the corner of hotel…a GROCERY STORE!
