The Beach at Bude was so so good!! Awesome location and the friendliest staff. The restaurant (Elements) served sensational dinners and breakfasts. Afternoon drinks on the patio were wonderful and relaxing. We had the least expensive room and it was small as expected but bathroom was very modern. I highly recommend this hotel.

The venue was lovely, and we were fortunate with excellent weather too. We stayed here as it was a special occassion, so specifically wanted a hotel with seaview that overlooked the beach and this hotel certainly delivered. The hotel was great (best shower ever!). I think if I was to highlight the opportunities, firstly the lack of parking outside the hotel...we fortunately managed to get a spot (i believe their maybe more parking at the back of the hotel though...but not 100% sure), at the front of the hotel there are only three parking spaces plus room for about eight cars at the roadside (which was a bit like musical chairs, if a space came free, it would only be so for a second), secondly there was no one at the reception desk when check in opened at 3pm, which meant we had to wait...restaurant staff walked by but didnt acknowledge the waiting customers, which wasnt great service...but fortunately from that moment everything else was lovely.

From the start walking into reception staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure both myself and wife had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The room was immaculate, tea & coffee on tap, bottled water, fresh milk in the mini fridge. Breakfast was covered from full English, continental, fruit & yogurt, toast to mention just a few items on offer to cater for all, Big shout out to Mike who was always at hand to apiece any of requests. Overall, can’t wait to return, with my wife already looking at dates for September

This was our fourth annual stay at the Beach and it was as excellent as ever. The staff are always friendly, our room was spacious with a view of the bay, the shower was excellent and the breakfast very tasty. We will be back next year!

We stayed for one night to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. The thoughtful finishing touches in our room made the occasion feel truly special and created memories we’ll treasure. The following morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with plenty of choice, all beautifully presented and served with the same friendly care we experienced throughout our stay. Although it was only a short visit, everything exceeded our expectations and made it a day to remember.
