The pool was the whole reason we booked this property over others. The pool was full of debris, you could not see the bottom of it and it was slimy and cloudy. I told the desk staff who said it would be addressed. It was not. Other guests were also unhappy about this. We had the family room.The room walls are not sound proofed. So bad we could hear our neighbours open a can of beer! Even speaking at a normal level sounded like the were in our room and their tv kept us away for hours

Property was okay. Receptionist was very friendly. Pool was poorly maintained and it was Christmas. Mould and moss growing around and in pool. Didn’t feel comfortable using it in extremely hot conditions.

Manager I’m assuming was incredibly nice, courteous and helpful. Our room was great, clean and tidy, comfortable beds, great kitchen facilities. I would certainly recommend this Hotel to anyone and any future stays for myself.

Upon arrival the room looked great. Until we went into the bathroom the window was open with no screen at all, the shower was covered in black and orange mould and scum build up, there was condom wrappers left beside the beside table and after my daughter put socks on and walked around the room the bottom of her feet were black!!! Very dissapointed and disgusted in the state of the room and the non existent level of hygiene. I will not be staying here again!

the room was clean and big but in my opinion dated it had a full size refrigerator which we weren't expecting. They did a nice job on the remodel or the bathroom unfortunately the room had a musty smell like it smelled like sewer or someone left a bunch of wet laundry around so we had to go to the market and purchase air freshener. Because of this we didn't spend much time here.

While the refurbishment looks pretty good, a few things needed attention (towel rail loose, amount of water wasted while shower heating up, overhead lamp switch not obvious and too far from bed surface). Walls must be pretty thin, as first night I could hear the conversations and laughter of my neighbours. Better the second night when that room was empty.

Property was okay for our brief stay. We booked 2 rooms and our bed had 2 single beds joined together n the same mattresses were used with the sheets attempting to close the gap. The second room's aircon unit was blowing out hot air, we were unable to get it to a decent temperature. Given we were only there 3 nights, we made do. Also, there is no sink in the kitchenette areas. One has to use the bathroom sink to wash dishes n fill the kettle. Overall would be a 6/10 for me.

I stayed at this place for two weeks for a business trip. During the evening I need the internet, preferably WiFi, to do extra work. The WiFi in this place didn’t even provide 2 bars of reception only 30 feet from the office. I did make a complaint and I was told something would be done about it but nothing changed. “Cleaning” / resupplying of the room only happened occasionally with the longest gap being 4 days. With the police station over the road, sirens from police and constant ambulances on the highway were a regular occurrence. Easily heard inside the room. I won’t stay at this establishment for a business trip again. The Thai restaurant on site was very average and hardly anyone spoke fluent English, orders took forever and I noted other people’s were regularly wrong.

We had booked to stay at a place that looked nice based on the pictures. When we first arrived, we were given a completely disappointing room that was dirty and nothing like the photos. When we complained to the staff, they tried to claim that this was what we had booked, and we argued that they were being misleading. They finally agreed to let us switch rooms, but only the day after. This experience completely ruined our overseas trip to Brisbane. I DO NOT recommend staying here if you are looking to have a pleasant experience in a beautiful city.

Staff were amazing - made us feel very welcome and showed interest in our stay, can’t fault them at all! Public transport requires a bit of a walk but we enjoyed our stay. We also booked a room under the impression we were getting a queen and a twin so two of us would have to share, but we ended up with three beds which was an excellent surprise. Thanks so much for having us!

This was a really good place for me to stay while working in North Brisbane. Clean, big rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Pool looks good - families were using it when I was there. Parking at front of room. Close to shopping centres, safe (police station across the road. 30mins drive from airport and CBD, 25 min drive to Mt Coot - Tha summit. Comfortable, convenient and clean…recommend.

Our motel room was very clean, spacious and homely. It had a good size lounge, as well as a dining area, plenty of bench space, and the King bed was very comfortable. The motel is close to busy roads and we were worried it might be noisy, but the room we had was at the back of the property and quiet. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and we were offered bottles of water and Tim Tam treats to take to our room. We will be happy to stay there again on our trips to Brisbane. Good location for overnight stay before heading to the Airport. Reasonable rates.

No kitchen sink. Thai restaurant food is terrible. Sliding doors to your room lock if you close them so even if going out to sit at chairs and have a drink or smoke you must take your room key with you just in case you slide door closed behind you.

room very nice, bed great, reception staff pleasant BUT no phone in room and had to use my mobile to google to find the hotel telephone number to ring the hotel, also did not provide breakfast, but had not stated that when booking was made. People I came to see had to come and get me so I could got to there place to have breakfast.
