Staff really friendly and offered some good recommendations for where to eat locally.

Hello, We had booked a room and the bathroom was so small and pictures didn’t match the actual size of the room. We asked for room change but they didn’t have room.

The hotel staff were so helpful and friendly, we were able to check in early and leave our luggage on the last day. Room was cleaned and re set every morning. The main hotel area was clean, modern and spacious, however the room we were in did feel outdated. The bed wasn’t the comfiest but I do believe you get what you pay for here. The train is about 30 mins to Sol center and it is a short walk down the road to the station. There was also a lot of building work right outside the window which was noisy in the mornings. But I would stay here again as it is great value for money.

Big, big difference on the 3 different rooms, even though it was the same room that was booked. One room directly under the cafeteria which made a lot of noise from very early morning and made it impossible to sleep. The shower was insanely small and almost made it impossible to shower. The other room was an accessible room, with a 1,5 person bed and the toilet was an accessible one as well. That room was not designed for 2 people at all, which is a very big shame when you book it. The 3rd room was great, but insanely big difference. Absolutely not acceptable at all The other room was an accessible room,
