This property has lost its soul. The sign out the front tells you there is a restaurant - not so. Rooms are perfectly fine and the property is well located for an easy stroll to great food.

In Room 20, the air conditioning unit buzzed loudly whenever it was operating, and the bathroom fan sounded as though it was contacting its housing whenever I turned it on or off. I booked accommodation relying on your web site's assertion that the property provided a restaurant. That assertion has since vanished. On checking in, I was informed that the restaurant had ceased operating "after COVID" - and, in fairness, the receptionist told me she had not been at the property at that time, so could not give an exact date. This is perilously close to a breach of the Australian Consumer Law s 18, dealing with deceptive and misleading conduct, by advertising a service that is known not to be available. Please advise how Expedia intends to remedy the annoyance and inconvenience caused by its failure to provide current and current information.

We used the hotel as a stopover for one night. The room was huge and spacious. The receptionist was excellent and the cleaners lovely to talk to. The room was dated but totally functional and perfect for our needs. The pool was a tiny bit dirty and heavy on chlorine but the kids enjoyed it. Great meal down the road at the Victoria pub

Gone are the days when a travelling rep could order a meal and breakfast and stay in. Even though the signage out the front states there is a restaurant. Lacks personality these days. Apart from that, nice place to stay I will be back.

Property was clean and tidy, staff friendly. Ash trays outside doors encourages people to congregate and smoke out the front of their door, which is adjacent to other doors. Not great when having to go in and out as the smell wafts in. I'm certain this would also be a breach of law regarding required exclusion zone from doors. I feel they require a dedicated smoking area, away from rooms. Cleaning staff only left us 1 x towel between 2 x adults which is less than ideal. Other than that, great place, location and very tidy.

Good Parking that's it. Beds are fairly comfortable, pillows are like bricks hard to get a good night's sleep. Walls are thin you can hear the next rooms TV and talking on the phone. there far better places to stay in Wagga Wagga. no breakfast.

Couple: location was great, 1 block from main shopping street 5 min walk. Location is a Very quiet street and no noise issues. Safe parking off street and very comfortable queen bed room. Located between Main Street and river so enjoyed the river walk prior to breakfast on Main Street.

Quiet location in Wagga. It was peaceful apart from the very noisy neighbours - not the hotel's fault! Bathroom fan was so loud it scared my kids. Crockery all needed a full clean before being able to use, so dirty. Large family room with more room than we expected and very comfy beds.

My stay started with being given the key to a room I did not book... When I questioned this I was told it was an upgrade; it was not. The room was not clean, lots of dirt in the entry tiles, dust all over 1 surface and an empty chocolate wrapper in the bedside table. Trying to sleep at night was a challenge. The curtains did not block the light that was directly outside the window so it was like I was sleeping with the light on. The airconditioner would make a large tapping sound every so often; loud enough to wake you up. If you have a choice do not stay at this hotel. There are plenty more around that are better for this price.

This motel had good and not quite so good. The good was an easy check in then a very comfy bed and great internet. The not so good, the hot water was scalding hot so be careful, the room we had was clean but needed some serious love and update. For the price it was suitable for one night.

The bed was great, soft and comfortable, but the TV sound from neighbouring room made it hard to get to sleep as was the talk outside at 11:30pm waking you up wasn't appreciated. The 2:00am wakeup too from someone trundling their suitcase along the walkway in front of the rooms and running into the ashtrays also wasn't appreciated. I didn't notice a number to call to report the unnecessary chatter or the TV noise.

Check-in was smooth and quick. Our room was lovely. Bed very comfortable. Newly renovated bathroom was great. Nice hot water and great shower head. Only suggestion I would like to make is that a mirror in the bedroom area would be great. I am blind without my glasses and the bathroom mirror was too far away for me to put my make up on. Other than that, very happy with this motel. Easy walk to restaurants, cafes and shops. Plenty of night time lighting.

A pleasant location near the city centre, and close to a lovely park. Relatively quiet, and even though it seemed to be fully booked, there was still plenty of parking. Room was very clean, and warm - even without the heating on, and relatively quiet. The only issue was having a smoking area just near the top of the stairs, close to the room entrances. Cigarette smoke drifts and stinks. It would be better to have it downstairs, away from the rooms.

Old tv which cannot get all free to air avaliable channels. Shampoo, conditioner and soap dispenser was on the bathroom vanity top, we tried to attach it to the wall. Not enough milk for coffee and we had to go to reception to get fresh towels.

Nice well maintained motel. Well equipped with everything you need. We had been travelling for a couple of weeks so wanted to eat in, which was easy to do with microwave and crockery etc. The pool was enjoyed with the warm weather.
