Lovely property however if you are arriving by car because of construction almost impossible to find even with GPS. After driving around for about 45 minutes had to stop & call hotel to get us.Everything else was as advertised, nice breakfast,beautiful room and location and a friendly staff

Perfectly located in the Old Town of Monopoli, the Don Ferrante lived up to all expectations and more. The suite in the guest house was very comfortable and stylish with a beautiful roof terrace overlooking the sea. Everything here ran to perfection, the restaurant was lovely and the staff so helpful, it was a really beautiful experience and a wonderful stay.

Very nice hotel in the perfect location within Monopoli. The rooftop has spectacular views! Room was comfortable and had a nice size bathroom. Great restaurants close by and historic sites walking distance from the hotel.

We had a lovely stay here! The room was very clean with lots of space and great amenities. The locating of the hotel is perfect on the old town and close by a beach. The staff also parks your car on arrival for you and drives you to it on checkout time. We definitely recommend this hotel and thank everyone for a great stay!

Fantastic hotel. It's split into three buildings and we stayed in a room that was in the townhouse and loved it. The staff were all excellent and extremely helpful. We had many great dinners on this Italian trip but the best one we both agree was actually at this hotels rooftop restaurant - food, setting and service were fantastic. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

What a view! Great location in historic village. Rooftop restaurant was lovely and the staff and service was friendly and so accommodating. Our room was small but cozy with a cute little Juliet balcony overlooking the sea.

We’ve had an incredible holiday staying at Carlos V suite in an annex building just down the lungomare from the main boutique hotel. We had our own rooftop terrace with sun beds and chairs and a Juliet balcony to watch people go by during the evening whilst drinking primitivo wine. All the hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful and the food at their restaurant was outstanding. Monopoli is a perfect base to stay and hire a car to take you to other quaint historic towns such as Polignano a mare, Ostuni and Alberobello. We took the train from monopoli to Leece for the day too. We particularly loved Monopoli and the daily 3 minute walk to breakfast was enjoyable. We certainly recommend staying at Don Ferrante and in the Carlos V suite as it had everything we needed. Monopoli has many bars and restaurants too and is a very picturesque old town, next to the Castello. We will return again one day . Thank you so much

A bit difficult to find in the old city with a car. They also did not tell us that door would be locked and buzzer was not obvious. Otherwise room was wonderful in townhouse. Breakfast was terrific and Monopoli was the finest town yet on this Puglian adventure. We wished we had stayed another night. They also took care of our car and brought luggage and us to our room! Not that way for use in Matera where cost of room exceeded DFb

Chambre confortable, l’hôtel est situé dans la vieille ville et n’est donc pas accessible en voiture. Notre séjour c’est très bien passé. Seule notre arrivée a été un peu laborieuse. Nous avions réservé une place de parking via l’hôtel, nous avons eu du mal à trouver le point de RDV avec le personnel de l’hôtel pour aller garer la voiture, le parking était loin, presque à l’extérieur de la ville.

This property is nothing short of magnificent. From the amazingly appointed and clean rooms to the wonderful and kind and professional staff this hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The location could not have been better. The breakfast every morning was amazing. I just can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We look forward to coming back soon..

A wonderful stay at Don Ferrante in Monopoli. We staying in one of the townhouse rooms and it was beautiful with great amenities. Fantastic shower! Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is beautiful and central to everything. They also had a lovely breakfast with lots of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Monopoli.

We stayed in a stunning room which was meticulously cleaned each day. All the staff were so attentive & friendly. We particularly enjoyed our pre-dinner drinks at the rooftop bar served by the charming Francisco. Breakfast was delicious each day, highly quality food in a relaxed and comfortable setting. We had a truly fantastic stay at a hidden gem hotel in the heart of the beautiful Monopoli. Thank you Don Ferrante!

Beautiful property with amazing views of the ocean. Plenty of dining areas within easy walking distance. Staff were extremely helpful and resolved any issues swiftly, which made the stay super enjoyable! Would definitely stay again. Just to note - our room was fairly small so if you are travelling with large bags, it can be a bit of a squeeze however this was expected.

Our stay at Don Ferrante was absolutely magical. The hotel is perched on the cliffs of Monopoli’s old town, with stunning views over the Adriatic and a beautifully restored historic charm throughout. The atmosphere is peaceful and elegant, and the location couldn’t be better for exploring the town on foot. The suite we had was amazing – spacious, stylish and full of character. The bathroom was a real highlight, with beautiful finishes and a luxurious feel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it hard to leave in the mornings. The staff were warm, professional and attentive, making us feel truly looked after from the moment we arrived. Everything about our stay felt special, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The room had a beautiful view right on the water, just a very small room. Well managed + beautiful grounds. We parked in a lot right outside of town 5 min walk, not a big deal in winter but might be hard in summer.

We took the train from monopoli to Leece for the day too. We particularly loved Monopoli and the daily 3 minute walk to breakfast was enjoyable. We certainly recommend staying at Don Ferrante and in the Carlos V suite as it had everything we needed. Monopoli has many bars and restaurants too and is a very picturesque old town, next to the Castello. We will return again one day . Thank you so much

The location was the best we experienced in Puglia. It’s located in the Old Town right on the Adriatic. We had a roof top garden and balcony that overlooked the sea. The staff was very friendly and professional. The suites are not all located in the same building but their location added to the charm. Monopoli is a must place to stay.

From the amazingly appointed and clean rooms to the wonderful and kind and professional staff this hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The location could not have been better. The hallmark of a good hotel is that when something does not go as planned, it is rectified to the satisfaction of the customer. Don Ferrante is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location and the rooms cannot be faulted, nor the breakfast. We had a problem which we brought to the attention of the management, and while we did not expect any compensation, they went beyond our expectations in making amends. Congratulations to them as many hotels would not care less. I would highly recommend.any person to stay there.

We’ve had an incredible holiday staying at Carlos V suite in an annex building just down the lungomare from the main boutique hotel. We had our own rooftop terrace with sun beds and chairs and a Juliet balcony to watch people go by during the evening whilst drinking primitivo wine. All the hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful and the food at their restaurant was outstanding. Monopoli is a perfect base to stay and hire a car to take you to other quaint historic towns such as Polignano a mare, Ostuni and Alberobello. We took the train from monopoli to Leece for the day too. We particularly loved Monopoli and the daily 3 minute walk to breakfast was enjoyable. A wonderful stay at Don Ferrante in Monopoli. We staying in one of the townhouse rooms and it was beautiful with great amenities. Fantastic shower! Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is beautiful and central to everything. They also had a lovely breakfast with lots of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Monopoli.

A bit difficult to find in the old city with a car. They also did not tell us that door would be locked and buzzer was not obvious. Otherwise room was wonderful in townhouse. Breakfast was terrific and Monopoli was the finest town yet on this Puglian adventure. We wished we had stayed another night. They also took care of our car and brought luggage and us to our room! Beautiful property with amazing views of the ocean. Plenty of dining areas within easy walking distance. Staff were extremely helpful and resolved any issues swiftly, which made the stay super enjoyable! Would definitely stay again. Just to note - our room was fairly small so if you are travelling with large bags, it can be a bit of a squeeze however this was expected.

The room had a beautiful view right on the water, just a very small room. Well managed + beautiful grounds. We parked in a lot right outside of town 5 min walk, not a big deal in winter but might be hard in summer.

Chambre confortable, l’hôtel est situé dans la vieille ville et n’est donc pas accessible en voiture. Notre séjour c’est très bien passé. Seule notre arrivée a été un peu laborieuse. Nous avions réservé une place de parking via l’hôtel, nous avons eu du mal à trouver le point de RDV avec le personnel de l’hôtel pour aller garer la voiture, le parking était loin, presque à l’extérieur de la ville.

Perfectly located in the Old Town of Monopoli, the Don Ferrante lived up to all expectations and more. The suite in the guest house was very comfortable and stylish with a beautiful roof terrace overlooking the sea. Everything here ran to perfection, the restaurant was lovely and the staff so helpful, it was a really beautiful experience and a wonderful stay.

Fantastic hotel. It's split into three buildings and we stayed in a room that was in the townhouse and loved it. The staff were all excellent and extremely helpful. We had many great dinners on this Italian trip but the best one we both agree was actually at this hotels rooftop restaurant - food, setting and service were fantastic. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful location if you stay in the main building. We had to change rooms during our stay and we started with sea view and needed with old town view. There are several different building so it can take up to five minutes to walk to the main building where breakfast is served. Breakfast was very basic and inside so not very nice when you wan to enjoy beautiful sunshine. Overall nice hotel in a very good location. Friendly staff. Seafood restaurant vad amazing!
