We would want to highly recommend this hotel! 1. It’s location is in the centre, where one can reach all the main attractions by foot. 2. The room is elegant, very comfortable and with all the amenities of the highest standards. 3. We ate at the Dani brassiere and the ISA bar which both were excellent, food and service. Both represent high value for money. Breakfast buffet of the Dani is excellent. 4. The gym and pool were superb. The gym is of the highest standards! 5. We can’t overemphasis enough the quality of the staff, from the doorman through the front desk and the the concierge up to the room service and maids. All of them were extremely courteous and helpful . every wish or question we had was addressed to the best of our wishes. 6. The only issue that should be addressed regards street concerts during the day in the Sevilla street. The windows weren’t insulating enough. I hope that it would be fixed until our next visit…

The property was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was amazing. We were greeted and treated like Queens. The room was spacious and well kept. The lobby was very welcoming and accommodating in every way. Concierge had great food recommendations and the car service was available upon request.

Great location, right in the center. Great concierge team, you can communicate with them via text & they reply very promptly. Beautiful rooftop terrace, design of rooms is very nice. They have a house car that can drop you off in the city center, if you’re lucky to catch it. On the flip side: the price is VERY high for the service they provide. The check in during 3 stays NEVER went smoothly, they do not value repeat guests. We always had to wait long times before getting to our room, even had to use their public restrooms & spa toilet to change, despite communicating our exact arrival. Each and every time they claim they are fully booked while the number of guests you see in the public amenities do not reflect that at all. A late checkout was never possible. For our anniversary they did not do anything special, despite mentioning it multiple times beforehand. We have stayed at 9 Four Seasons worldwide and have received far better treatment in other locations. The breakfast foods are not necessarily great, rather ok, again, we have better in other Four Seasons. The condition of the pool/ public area was abhorrent. All 3 showers were not working. The sauna was tiny, used & old. The pool was rather cold.

Absolut bästa hotellet i Madrid. Super fräscha och fina rum där precis allt är planerat i minsta detalj för man ska trivas. Städningen var absolut världsklass. Bästa service där vi alltid blev bemött med ett leende och väldig hjälpsam personal. Fantastiskt frukost med mysig atmosfär där man kan välja att sitta ute på terrassen eller inne.

Normally Four Seaons are the best luxuries hotels all around the world but this one in Madrid did not have the same standards. The room had very bad smell I had to open the windows to get fresh air. They obviously never refreshed the air in the rooms. The cartoon rubbish bag some visitor left outside their doors stayed there almost for 2 days. The breakfast fruits were not fresh looking. The pillows were so uncomfortable. I stayed in some many different Four Seaons but this one was never up to their usual standards. Although I stayed in Madrid Four Seaons before and did not have bad experience but this time I was not happy. I asked for some information from the concierge they said they will give the information later but they never got back to me. However pool bar employee was very kind young man, and the kids’ pool was very warm and nice. Dani restoran was good . Lobby cafe was also good in terms of service.

El desayuno fatal y el servicio muy lento y como si nos estuvieran dando gratis . Muy apenas van a mesas ver que más necesitamos , tiene uno que estar llamándolos para que limpien la mesa y se lleven platos usados etc .

El personal de la recepción muy poco amable cero están a la altura de un four seasons, no tienen amabilidad ni creatividad para solucionar nada. Decepcionante

Great location, right in the center. Great concierge team, you can communicate with them via text & they reply very promptly. Beautiful rooftop terrace, design of rooms is very nice. They have a house car that can drop you off in the city center, if you’re lucky to catch it. On the flip side: the price is VERY high for the service they provide. The check in during 3 stays NEVER went smoothly, they do not value repeat guests. We always had to wait long times before getting to our room, even had to use their public restrooms & spa toilet to change, despite communicating our exact arrival. Each and every time they claim they are fully booked while the number of guests you see in the public amenities do not reflect that at all. A late checkout was never possible. For our anniversary they did not do anything special, despite mentioning it multiple times beforehand. We have stayed at 9 Four Seasons worldwide and have received far better treatment in other locations. The breakfast foods are not necessarily great, rather ok, again, we have better in other Four Seasons. The condition of the pool/ public area was abhorrent. All 3 showers were not working. The sauna was tiny, used & old. The pool was rather cold.

Normally Four Seaons are the best luxuries hotels all around the world but this one in Madrid did not have the same standards. The room had very bad smell I had to open the windows to get fresh air. They obviously never refreshed the air in the rooms. The cartoon rubbish bag some visitor left outside their doors stayed there almost for 2 days. The breakfast fruits were not fresh looking. The pillows were so uncomfortable. I stayed in some many different Four Seaons but this one was never up to their usual standards. I asked for some information from the concierge they said they will give the information later but they never got back to me. However pool bar employee was very kind young man, and the kids’ pool was very warm and nice. Dani restoran was good . Lobby cafe was also good in terms of service.

We would want to highly recommend this hotel! 1. It’s location is in the centre, where one can reach all the main attractions by foot. 2. The room is elegant, very comfortable and with all the amenities of the highest standards. 3. We ate at the Dani brassiere and the ISA bar which both were excellent, food and service. Both represent high value for money. Breakfast buffet of the Dani is excellent. 4. The gym and pool were superb. The gym is of the highest standards! 5. We can’t overemphasis enough the quality of the staff, from the doorman through the front desk and the the concierge up to the room service and maids. All of them were extremely courteous and helpful . every wish or question we had was addressed to the best of our wishes. 6. The only issue that should be addressed regards street concerts during the day in the Sevilla street. The windows weren’t insulating enough. I hope that it would be fixed until our next visit…

I would have liked to have been advised by the Four Seasons that the streets were closed to traffic due to a bike race on the day of my arrival. I had to walk a KM uphill with my bags.

El desayuno fatal y el servicio muy lento y como si nos estuvieran dando gratis . Muy apenas van a mesas ver que más necesitamos , tiene uno que estar llamándolos para que limpien la mesa y se lleven platos usados etc .
