Lovely hotel, I'd stay here again. I enjoyed my stay. There is no minibar in the room and the hotel doesn't have a restaurant. Breakfast options are very limited. But if these things do not bother you then this is otherwise an excellent place to stay in.

The only issue is the gym. It is small and overly filled with boxing equipment which could be replaced with a running machine, making the space more versatile. Get rid of the step platforms, move the weights to allow there to be a press-bench. P.

New and stylish hotel with good bar area. Rooms are small but have everything you need and a comfy bed. Improvements could be made to the reception/ bar service and food offering in the bar (they only reheat frozen stuff.) Area outside hotel seems to be hangout for teenage kids drinking and smoking at the weekend - might put some off!

De accomodatie is absoluut efficiënt als je eigenlijk nood hebt aan een ruimtelijke voorziening om te slapen en te ontbijten. In de bar was het wel gezellig zitten. Wel netjes en goed onderhouden. De centrale ligging in de wijk Flon is echt gemakkelijk om van daaruit de omgeving te verkennen.

L'accueil était parfait, souriant, précis. Le lobby de l'hôtel est moderne, dans un grand espace et très réussi. La chambre est petite mais adéquate pour une ou deux nuits. Il manque un petit espace de rangement pour les habits. Propreté impeccable. Les lits sont durs, les matelas étant posés sur une planche et non pas sur un sommier. Dès l'arrivée nous avons été bien pris en charge par l'équipe très sympathique. De bons conseils pour profiter de la ville (choses à voir, restaurants,...) Le chambre est suffisament spacieuse pour 2, propre, bien équipée (il nous manquait une bouilloire, mais nous avons pu avoir de l'eau chaude au bar). L'hôtel est bien situé, plein centre ville, donc quasiement tout peu se faire à pieds (ou en transport). Le cadre (décoration, ambiance) est agréable pour y finir les soirées.

This hotel is great option if you want to enjoy Lausanne. The location is perfect. There are a lot of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Unfortunately, for me, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable (too hard), so I had a bad night. For that reason, I am not sure if I would stay there again.

Great service throughout from Abu. The hotel was clean, well located and had everything you needed. The room was everything you'd expect from a Moxy, although the air con wasn't very good so expect warm evenings. The mattress was also very hard and the lights below the bed did not work. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Super clean end eco-friendly, but uncomfortable stay and disappointing overall. The pillows were extremely hard and caused me to have neck and back pain during my stay. I requested better ones, only to discover that they were all the same. Room was very small and dark, owing mainly to the location of the hotel and the orientation of our room. Won’t come back.

Is staying in a prison cell for a night on your lifetime bucket list? Is sliding sideways between the TV and the bed your idea of dancing? Is spray graffiti on crumbling cement your idea of high design and fashion? Do you especially appreciate a hotel that lists air conditioning on its list of amenities, but in fact has no air conditioning? Dorm like. Institutional. Had to switch hotels. Rooms are tiny even for Europe and AC doesn’t work well. Zero closet or wardrobe space. You can tell they threw this together to make money and didn’t put a lot of thought into it. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and helpful but when we asked to leave and have a refund for our unused nights the lady refused to refund our unused evenings. Had to escalate. For $20 more we stayed in a fabulous hotel in the city center.

Great staff, comfortable room however during weekends the hotel should not book rooms on the 1st floor (like ours) directly adjacent to parking garage and loud evening outside festivities. As a result, could not sleep until after 2:30 am. Next morning got relocated to another room.

Wenn man den Checkin mal geschafft hat, zeigt sich das Hotel von seiner angenehmen Seite. Die Zimmer sind gut und modern ausgestattet mit bequemem Bett und schönem Bad. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist umfangreich und mit guten Produkten, der Preis ist angemessen. Der Aufenthalt für eine Nacht war insgesamt angenehm und empfehlenswert. Beim Checkin wird eine umfangreiche Beratung für den Aufenthalt in Lausanne angeboten, was von der Idee her positiv ist. Wenn dadurch jedoch der einzelne Checkin über 20 Minuten dauern kann und die restlichen Gäste sehr lange warten müssen, sollte die Beratung vom Checkin getrennt werden. Sonst ist man schon beim ersten Kontakt mit dem Hotel verärgert.

Had a wonderful time at The Moxy, although very brief. Chose to stay here due to it's location to a music venue and found the hotel to be comfortable, friendly and fun. All staff were friendly and helpful and we appreciated the free drink from the bar and the transport card that came with the room booking. Location great for shops, restaurants and supermarket. Would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room to save packing a travel kettle but would definitely stay here again if visiting Les Docks. Thank you Moxy!
