Booked the double queen deluxe room for an overnight trip to annacores with rhe family. Went with this one even though it was significantly more than other hotels in the area... im talking double... because they had good room photos and whirlpool tubs in this suite. We arrived, and parking wa snot very clear. Went into the lobby expecting a nice place but found more hitel 6 vibes with an empty drink cooler, and nothing but a couple chairs and a plan in the lobby. The building we were in was next door. When entering the hallways a strong disinfectant cleaner was present even though dust was present on fixtures and there were empty hallway cubby's where maybe vending or ice once was. When we got to the room, no heat or ac was on and the room was stuffy and hot. We were disappointed to find that it was just a simple hotel room with microwave under the TV and a second sink area. We settled in and went to use the tub once we had gone out to grab some drinks and snacks from the store a quarter mile away, because the hotel had nothing but some water bottles and coke cans only in their lobby fridge. When going to use the tub the cubes spit out black mold that did not go away after flushing the tub and running the jets 3 separate times. The tile was falling off the trim and the caulking beoken along the tub. Only gave 2 towels for 4 peeps. huge letdown and gross and unsanitary in the bathroom. Beds were ok. Nothing deluxe to mention. Front desk did nothing to help in the am.
