Common areas are pretty clean but starting to show signs of age. But once you get past the elevators, things go downhill. 4th floor has NO AC on in August. It's probably mid-80's in the hallway and smells damp. The feel and smell passes to the room but lucklily you can crank the temp down and remove the damp smell from the room. But then you start to notice the cracked tiles, caulk, paint. No shampoo or body wash. The toiled struggles to flush, the sink doesn’t drain. The cast iron tub has a rusted crack in it. Age related problems are abundant. Luckily, staff is great and breakfast is good.

Pretty rough area in town. Didn't feel safe. Saw people walking around the area we did not feel comfortable with. no AC in the small work out room. No cold water, every hotel everyone would expect those two things to work out.

Went to relax in outdoor hot tub; NO heat just jets. Pool was not maintained; dirty and tiles gone or at bottom of pool. Bathroom by pool was disgusting and must have been left for days. Nasty. Told front desk and the lady said she would do work order and get bathroom cleaned. Next morning it was still not done. Told front desk again, and they said "ohh yeah, that hot tub don't get hot" and said "it's been months"

Fairly clean inside the rooms. Certain areas could use a facelift. The elevator took forever and the buttons had exposes wiring.

The hotel was ok. Good location and walking distance to several places. The hot tub wasn't working correctly. That was disappointing. Other than that it was good. I'd stay here again

The elevator was horrible, customer service was no where to be seen. Had to be a miracle worker to get into the pool that was the same temperature as the hot tub luke warm at best. Complained about children running and jumping on floor above us who in there right mind puts little kids on the top floor. Breakfast was horrible at best not a lot of options only juice was oj and the coffee don’t get me started. Our room part of the curtains were missing said something to the desk nothing done all in all will never stay there again.

Very unfair to charge this much and have a low grade experience. There was no remote for the TV which had been also unplugged. Had to wait for a manager to reprogram another. Volume on TV was apparently made very low in parental settings we could not change. Had to use captions. No working phone in the room. No Do Not Disturb sign. Maids banging on door early in AM. Trash left in room from previous occupant. Pool was very small for size of hotel. Key cards had trouble working in exterior doors, had to walk around entire building to get in. Noisy, outdated....

Ice machine on my floor was broken But everything else was wonderful

Not a bad hotel. Definitely not worth the price I paid. The pool was disgusting and didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in a month. Hot tub wasn’t even hot. Both pool and hot tub paint peeling

Did not have my reservation on file at checkin. Also Wi-Fi does not work on my floor/room. It works downstairs but not on 4th floor.

Had a great stay!! The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean and tidy. The staff was very helpful. Never did they make me feel like i was bothering them when I had to ask them something or if I needed something. The breakfast was so good. I was very shocked by all the different things they had to offer. So over all I have to say that I was so very pleased with my stay from start to finish. I Would highly recommend this hotel

The rooms needs a full update. The bed was old, sheets were dirty, curtain were ripped. TV was old, carpet was dirty. The entrance to the hotel needed improvements. Breakfast was not so good.

Completely disgusting. Nastiest hotel i have ever stayed in. Walls floors, furniture, mirrors, literally everything. So disgusting i didnt want to sit on anything. Breakfast food which i did not eat due to the fact that the appliances were dirty and have not been cleaned in a very long time. Staff was friendly that way thebonly upside. I will never stay at this hotel again. They seriously need to take the over prices room stay and apply that to some major upgrades and changes. I've paid less and stayed in 1000 times nicer places. If you dont mind slumming then this is your place.

Very quiet, and peaceful. Great water pressure from the shower, but not the toilet. Definitely not clean clean like for a hotel, but organized yes! Spacious, also yes!

Dirty under beds, out dated! Breakfast was blah!

The hotel was in need of a good cleaning, carpets were stained and dining area chairs needed cleaned or replaced breakfast was good. Shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water.

Room was clean. Property needs some maintenance (paint issues abound, sheetrock gouges, dirty hallway carpets, rusted and dirty hallway A/C vents,etc). Just general M&R upkeep.

We were running late because our granddaughters dance recital in Nacogdoches, TX ran late so we did not arrive until 1015pm. Check in was okay. We were given a room typically reserved for handicapped individuals, which made us think that it was probably the last room that they had. The room was not the cleanest. The doorknob had some something sticky on it, there was a broken lamp shoved into a corner and the sink in the bathroom drained really slow. The carpet throughout the hotel was dirty and needed to be replaced. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. There was not any place to get water, other than the faucet in the room or buying a bottle of water. Most hotels we have stayed at had either a bottle refill station or some sort of water located in the lobby. This one did not. I would like to give a big kudos to the staff though. I left my iPad in the room and didn’t realize it until we were 30 miles on the way home. The staff texted me to let me know they had. We turned around and went back to retrieve it. The hotel is in need of a major renovation.

Friendly staff, very dirty room, ok breakfast, good parking

My room was spacious and comfortable. While some things like the carpet could use updating, the room was serviceable and convenient to the city. Staff was very polite and helpful to me. Uber would not schedule advanced pickup from the hotel, but Lyft would.

The rooms definitely need some TLC. Two drawers on the chest wouldn’t stay shut. I tried taping them shut, but that didn’t work either. I was afraid I’d trip over them in the night. The shower/tub area looked old and stained. Stains on the headboard, as well. AC worked great. Breakfast was adequate except for the apple juice that needed water added to it to be able to drink it. Super strong! The two desk staffers were pleasant each time we came into the hotel.

The t.v. in the room kept glitzing. Made watching t.tv. very hard.

Location is great but bed was uncomfortable and breakfast selection could be better for the price of the room.

The staff was friendly and professional. The lobby and room were clean. The decor is a bit dated but I didn't mind it. We didn't use the pool but other guests were swimming when we arrived.

It was nice considering it hasn't had renovations in 20 years, but it was nice and clean, it will be great once the upgrades are finished that the girl at the service desk mentioned, but it's in a really great area.

Looks to be recently refurbished, no stench of smoking odors, decent breakfast, great staff. Good budget option. The bad…. Room 220 has an hvac system that is broken. Stuck on about 68 degrees (which was ok for me) and cannot be turned up or down, unplugged, or turned off from the room. Also the desk lamp did not work. Minor issues, still a good stay.

Room was pretty small for being a “suite” the pictures on the site are nothing close to the same size and amenities as in person.

Staff is incredible and made up for the property condition. Room was clean and comfortable - but needed some repair and fixes. I’d stay there again if needed but needs LOTS of work

When I walked into the hotel, I could tell that it was outdated. All the chairs in the lounge/ breakfast area were very old and dirty!!! The carpet throughout needs to cleaned or replaced. The bed was comfortable but again, everything was outdated. Excellent staff though!!!!!!

Fine @ Check-In, Need hard Pillows in rooms. Rude Service during Breakfast from Mgr., She did not care people were still eating and ask to stand up and relocate to leaving room because she needed to clean. That is not customer's problem. Customer is always first. There several families and we all had to leave there were not enough seats or tables. Then she closed Juice machine, stopped making batter for pancakes before closing time. Very unfriendly person. I would not recommend for anyone to come to this place. Price is almost the same as any Hampton Inn but the service is not.

This was my 2nd time there & the service didn’t disappoint! They are amazing! The food was hot, ready, & they didn’t let it run out. Hot water!!! Just great place!

First impressions are lasting ones. As soon as we entered the lobby, 2 smiling front desk staff greeted us with a warm hello and welcome. Lakeel, who proceeded arrival was friendly, accommodating and offered some dining suggestions. Room was clean and breakfast was good.

I stayed four nights. The front desk staff was polite. However, housekeeping was horrible. After the first night, I had the do not disturb tag on the door. After the second night, I took it off only to come back to my room and the door open. The dirty towels had been removed. New towels were not left. The trash was not emptied, and the bed was not made. This was after 6 PM so they weren’t in the middle of cleaning. I called the front desk. They said they would bring up new towels, but I explained I was much more concerned about the fact my door was left unlocked and open. They said they would check the video. That was the last this was addressed. I did not get a message from management at all. After the third night, I put the sign up again. After the fourth night, I need a towels so I took the sign down. Got back to the room and while they closed and locked at the door this time, they once again only removed dirty towels. Did not leave clean towels, nor empty the trash, nor make the bed. The hotel overall was old and dingy. I was completely willing to overlook that as I should’ve read the reviews and known better. The price compared to surrounding hotels should have raised red flags, even though the hotel had an 8.0 out of 10 rating. I felt that was my fault for not looking a little deeper and would not have left a bad review because of that. However, coming back to an open door is 100% unacceptable. This being a business trip and nonrefundable I had no choice but to stay.

Found all staff intersected welcoming, professional to include front desk staffer. While the property is very clean, it is need of a refresh/update to include furniture and furnishings.

The housekeeping crew opened our door two times . We were booked for 2 nights and the next morning at 9:30 they just opened the door. 2 different housekeeperd.I have never stayed in a hotel that did that. When you booked for whole weekend you usually have to call and let them know to come clean the room that you will be stepping out. The next morning of check out they did same thing but didn't come in but knocked on the to or at 9 am waking up my husband and check out was not until 11???

The stay was great! We love to visit Flying Heart Pub and Hurricane Ally. This location is perfect for that!

We stayed here while visiting family in Shreveport. Was somewhat disappointed. The hotel is old and needs lots of updates. Carpet was old, broken places in walls, breakfast chairs are dirty and stained, etc. But, the beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was good. I would recommend staying down toward the boardwalk more as the area was also somewhat sketchy.

It was close to downtown and the interstate

Great location for easy access to 1-20. We walked to local restaurants and pubs in an area called "East Bank" just a few blocks away and found it a very easy location for getting to Shreveport destinations we were visiting too. The building is older and shows some wear on the doors, but the staff was great and the rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast was small, but good enough for what we needed. Easy access to a Circle K next door too!

Only one block or so from a not so safe neighborhood. Otherwise you could feel comfortable walking to the Bossier Downtown area with fun restaurants, shops, brewery, axe throwing, etc. if it weren't for that neighborhood.

In town for one night. It was good for an over night stay as well as a longer stay. It was in a convenient location and a short drive to the event we were attending.

Very nice hotel and the staff was really friendly. The full breakfast was delicious. Will go back next time in Bossier City.

Great continental breakfast. Got a great suite for the price. It was a little dated but clean. Overall great value and accommodating.

Everything was in working order and clean. The breakfast wasn't great, no fruit options and it was a little noisy.

Enjoyed my stay here. Staff was great and the breakfast was really good.
