This was away from the more touristy areas, but was very accessible to all parts of the city. The metro was close, there were a lot of shops and a variety of places to eat. We were able to walk to Bernabeu stadium, walk to very nice restaurants and thoroughly enjoy our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to call a taxi for us to the airport. I would stay here again. There were a lot of stairs, which weren't a problem for us, but if that's a concern, request a first floor room. They cleaned our room daily, including clean towels. I loved our stay!

Hostal que parece un hotel las habitaciones, estuvimos en una triple con baño privado y el baño era espectacular, habitación amplia y daba a la calle, a destacar recepción 24h, personal muy amable y muy buena limpieza, bien comunicado con el metro y zona tranquila, a mejorar los colchones o el somier que al ser de muelles suena cada vez que te mueves...y el laberinto para llegar a la habitación es muy curioso, si vas con maleta hay muchas escaleras y acabas roto.. se oye mucho la calle desde las ventanas, no está bien insonorizado.

Me recibieronuy bien y cumplieron con todo lo que ofrecían. Creo que podrían poner una heladerita pequeña en las habitaciones para que se pueda mantener el agua fresca, ya que no hay aire acondicionado y el ventilador con estas temperaturas, no es suficiente. Es solo una sugerencia. Hay TV, pero ya no se usa. Gracias Saludos Cordiales.

The single budget room that I booked clearly stated that it had aircondition but upon checkin the room only had a ceiling fan,when i asked for a room with aircondition I was made to pay extra for another room which i think is unfair and missleading.

I wasn't prepared for the closet sized room. Very basic and worn. Natalia was very kind at reception. The bathroom is was assigned around the hall from me didn't have a bath mat ( I had a towel) and I slipped falling flat on my back cracked the elbow OUCH!
