We had an excellent weekend, had a three night stay and everything was brill. Room comfortable, clean. Its set in wonderful grounds, lovely walks. Close to beach. Food in bar was lovely breakfast excellent and drink prices were good. Staff really friendly and helpful. This was our second stay here will defo be going back.

The property is stunning, set in beautiful grounds, and the staff are lovely. They’re welcoming, accommodating, and were wonderful with my daughter, who is neurodivergent. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lovely, peaceful location, set several hundred yards from the road, with a pretty garden and large carpark. Very happy with our first floor room - very comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Newport Sands beach, Newport, Parrog and the stunning Pembrokeshire coastal path are very close

I would say clean enough, nothing wrong with the room cleanliness, although shower quite small. Walls are quite paper thin, so you will hear people walking and complete conversations in the room above. I found the key in the left in door on arrival somewhat strange. My view out of the window was of a pile of junk but I kept the blinds closed for the duration of the stay. I wasn’t aware it was through a holiday park and hence the manor bar and facilities get used by people staying in the campsite/lodges/static caravans. Otherwise it was a relatively pleasant stay for the night.

The value for money was excellent, the breakfast (included in the price) was very good. Freshly cooked to order and served in a comfortable dining room. Evening menu was good, very large portions!. This is a historic building be prepared for a labyrinth of stair cases and fire doors, quite difficult if your carrying luggage. Room was comfortable with ensuite shower.

This is a wonderful manor hotel in the Welsh countryside. The staff were wonderful and so was the food. The room was spacious and well appointed. The only draw back is there is no lift so you will have to carry your luggage up stairs.

Nice hotel with lovely staff. Food excellent and reasonably priced. Room is clean and comfy. Lacks a view but we did book last minute and it’s not really an issue for us. The grounds are lovely too and very quiet. All in all we are very happy with our stay.

The bed is on the small side for me, we are used to King size but these are smaller and on the hard side but didnt detract from our sleep but if you are 6ft you may want to check for bigger. Overall for the price in the area its is very good.

We as my husband and myself could not fault any part of our stay, the room was perfect as was all staff very obliging the food was out standing . The cleanliness of every part of the manor was the highest you could wish for, I would recommend anyone who would like a relaxing stay away to go here as we will be going back. Thank you so so much. We had a lovely stay here! Our travel plans were disrupted so we arrived very late in to the night, everything was left out for us and even late checkout was arranged for us. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. Room was so cosy and warm and the location was beautiful! 15/10.

We had a lovely stay here! Our travel plans were disrupted so we arrived very late in to the night, everything was left out for us and even late checkout was arranged for us. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. Room was so cosy and warm and the location was beautiful! 15/10.

Country hotel. Lots of lounges and a lively pub. Room good size, bathroom small but big enough to move around in. No safe or fridge, plenty of electrical sockets. Free wifi and parking. Very quiet as it was out in the country .

Spacious accommodation in the Preseli split apartment. Well equipped & comfortable bed. Stunning views & fascinating to watch the House Martins nesting outside bedroom window. Great location. Would definitely stay again

The family room in the eaves was perfect for us. The meals were great. For Coastal Path Walkers, it's a long hike from Newport. There's a lovely (but not very direct path) just north of the Iron Bridge.

We had an excellent weekend, had a three night stay and everything was brill. Room comfortable, clean. Its set in wonderful grounds, lovely walks. Close to beach. Food in bar was lovely breakfast excellent and drink prices were good. Staff really friendly and helpful. This was our second stay here will defo be going back.

I found the staff very unengaging. I was disappointed that it seemed like an effort for them to find me a table for dinner. I didn’t stick around for breakfast the next morning.

Handy Inn for exploring the area. Although not needed for my trip, the property offers caravans and activities for children. The Inn is clean and the staff very friendly. Food offered is basic and inexpensive and other options are within 10 min away.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lovely, peaceful location, set several hundred yards from the road, with a pretty garden and large carpark. Very happy with our first floor room - very comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Newport Sands beach, Newport, Parrog and the stunning Pembrokeshire coastal path are very close

Nice hotel with lovely staff. Food excellent and reasonably priced. Room is clean and comfy. Lacks a view but we did book last minute and it’s not really an issue for us. The grounds are lovely too and very quiet. All in all we are very happy with our stay.

The value for money was excellent, the breakfast (included in the price) was very good. Freshly cooked to order and served in a comfortable dining room. Evening menu was good, very large portions!. This is a historic building be prepared for a labyrinth of stair cases and fire doors, quite difficult if your carrying luggage. Room was comfortable with ensuite shower.

Lovely room, good shower, plenty of tea/coffee in room, heated towel rail that actually works! Very comfortable bed! Excellent breakfast available at 7am. Friendly and helpful staff.

This is a wonderful manor hotel in the Welsh countryside. The staff were wonderful and so was the food. The room was spacious and well appointed. The only draw back is there is no lift so you will have to carry your luggage up stairs.

Perfectcly nice hotel with lovely staff. I had a nice vegan breakfast. Please note it is remote. We went on a Monday and there isn't any food available on Mondays, so we went into town as we had our car. A couple we met at breakfast were walkers and didn't have a car, so we're stuck eating a loaf they had for sandwiches!

Hotel was beautiful. Spotlessly clean and staff were lovely and helpful. Shower was a little small in the room but that couldn't really be helped as the room itself was small. We had b&b and the cooked breakfast wasn't great. Bacon wasn't cooked enough for me and the mushrooms seemed to be out of a tin. But this is just my preference. We would stay again but maybe see if there's a bigger room and choose something different for breakfast.

Excellent stay. 0ne bed apartment beautiful. Had milk coffee tea and sugar and biscuits. Bed lovely and comfortable, view from room lovely. Played crazy golf and bowling which was fun. Friendly atmosphere. Newport town was lovely as was the beach.
