Staff are helpful and polite. Nice lady serving breakfast for guests, which is included. Nice view of the city from certain floors.

I really don't want to waste my time, but I'm going to right now. This is not entirely a hotel. People live here. I really hope that they are getting the medical attention they need. This place is partially a rehab facility. Front desk attendant was short and curt when I first arrived. Maybe she was having a bad day, stressed for another reason. Whatever, I understand. The room...disgusting. Previous guest's facial soap was left in the shower (unwrapped and obviously used). Definitely not worth a stay or price.

Had a few issues with check in. Room not ready at 4 pm(it was a very busy weekend in Louisville!) Room has no wifi TV only had local channels They accommodated us nicely by moving our room to a better wifi spot TV still only local channels Very old hotel that shows wear but there were fresh flowers and books all around. Minimal but made to order breakfast Folks there were pleasant! The location was about a mile from Whiskey Row and free parking

The best I can do is give it a decent rating for the parking. OUR ROOM WAS DIRTY, there was NO TOWELS, THE PHONE DIDNT WORK ANNNNNND we later found out from.locals that the place is a damn halfway house.

The hotel is run down and is also a shelter for homeless veterans. Unsafe and the staff was very unhelpful. It took 15 minutes for the unfriendly security guard to wake someone up to check us in. We walked in to our room and turned around and walked right back out.
