When I arrived at the hotel to check in, after picking up some warm food, I was informed that there was no hot water and had no idea if or when there would be hot water. Apparently this had been going on for several days. A courtesy call to let me know earlier in the day would’ve been greatly appreciated. I was offered a refund and told that it would take 3 to 5 business days to show up on my debit card account. This was a little confusing to me since when I made my online reservation it stated that my card would not be charged until I checked in. I never actually checked in. My money has not been refunded as of yet.

Pros: Front desk staff was very friendly. They rushed to replace the non working tv in my room BEFORE I ever went to the room to keep my reserved accommodations. Room was about what you would expect for the price. Cons: NO HOT WATER IN SINKS OR SHOWERS!! Complimentary coffee, but no cups. No free breakfast as advertised.

We had been driving all day, so we had a late arrival. Probably around midnight or so. We werent informed that the property had no hot water, no internet, and no heat if the room got cool. We had a choice of either take cold showers or switch. Expedia got us a much better room at a bettet location for a better price. Hopefully they get motel 6 property fixed up.

During my 3night stay there was no hot water and no wifi. The pictures online are miss leading. They depict upscale rooms. Probably stock photos used to represent trashy mediocre and substandard locations, is my guess. Book at your own risk. The owner of this location needs to make an unannounced visit.

I booked three nights, however, I left after one. The staff are top of the line and the room was clean, the issue is the section 8 people who are LIVING at the hotel full time. They are bringing roaches to the property. I had to have my smoke detector replaced around 2am, it happens so that's okay. The issue was when the maintenance man took the old detector off the wall and the roaches came out from the wall. I also saw some on the shower curtain. I observed that the hotel has "residents" living there. It was easy to see due to the personal items they have in their windows. I asked if it is a multi-use property, and the staff said yes. You have got to get these people out of there. They are destroying the property with roaches and there is very little the staff can do to combat this without getting rid of the tenants. If this goes to corporate, please help them make the property a place that guests aren't getting refunds for, due to vermin.

I have to say this was the worst hotel ive ever stayed at. The room was filthy, the bedding was spotted and dirty, air conditioner had no cover or control knob, couldn't adjust it, also never cleaned filthy dirty, and tv had no signal. People living in the complex. My advice stay far away.

Would give 0 stars if I could. This is hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed out. Upon getting into the room the first things noticed was that the over head light didn’t even work. From there we could see the giant crack in the door frame by the lock where it looks like the door had been previously kicked in. The bathroom was absolutely horrendous. The tub was so nasty I wouldn’t even give a rodent a bath in it. The bathroom door was falling apart and had a giant hole in it to what I assume someone had kicked. The bedding was absolutely filthy. The sheets and blanket were full of unknown stains and burn holes and the table was falling apart. When going to turn the ac down I noticed all the mold in the ac unit. This place honestly should be condemned and shut down with how bad it is. I’m very disappointed with this experience and would greatly appreciate a refund

Did not complete the stay. The room had cockroaches!! Didn’t even set my stuff down turn around and went back to the office. Desk clerk said my money would be refunded. So far no refund! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! Disgusting

There was roaches, dirty bedding, messed up toilet. Door looked like it had been kicked in a few times. It was a non smoking room and constantly smelled like fresh cigarettes. The staff was very nice at least.

This was THE most nasty motel I've ever stayed in my life. Stained sheets from god only knows. Floors with marker art. Mattress lumpier than somt texas roads. No desk or chair to sit on. Nothing but bear bones motel. Perminent residents are loud and ubnoctious. Surrounded by homeless folks.

Checkin was great, room horrible. Cracks around door allowing bugs to come in. Had to put curtain back up to have privacy. Half of lights in room burned out or damaged. Bed broken down, no stopper in tub for bath, shower head would not stay up for shower and mold arround edge of tub. Blood and numerous pubic hair in tub and on toilet. Floors sticky and very dirty at every corner,. TV had backlight issues so watching tv was very difficult, phone didn't work so couldn't call front desk to let them know.

The door was damaged and wouldn't close properly or lock after asking for a different room the staff was very rude! The second room the heating and air didn't work and they wouldn't give me a different room or a refund to go somewhere else! Don't recommend anyone to stay there!

When I came to check in at 2:30 pm they said the room would be ready in a 1/2 hour to an hour. The neighborhood looked sketchy but I had pre-paid through Expedia so I thought I would chance it. I came back at 3:45, the room was still not ready. I had an event to attend @4:30 so we would check in later. We arrived at around 10 pm and checked in. When we opened the door to our room, OMG! No blanket, only sheets on the bed & 3 small lumpy pillows. The lights on the wall on each side of the bed had no shades & only one lightbulb. No dresser, only b1 night stand and a cigarette burnt table & chairs. I asked for a smoking room, but no ashtray, and no ice bucket. The toilet was so stained it looked as if it were full of feces. The shower corners and walls were filthy! The walls & doors had god only knows what on them. Then to top it all off ROACHES!! I have been to haunted hotels before and this was scarier by far! Be warned. Do not stay there!

I stayed in room 105. The air conditioner did not have an on off switch. One of the lamps did not have a lamp shade. I did tell the desk clerk about this when I checked out and he was very pleasant. I didn’t ask for a different room because I was tired and didn’t want to move. Also the room was supposed to be non smoking and it had a smoking oder in the room. They were very good about ensuring I had a ground floor room.

I booked a room ahead of time for a deluxe room with a microwave and refrigerator. I ended up with a room that didn't have either one and a broken TV and a cracked bathtub that I couldn't use. Everything seems unclean and stained. Including the sheets on my bed and the cases on my pillows. Absolutely disgusting I only stayed the night because I had to sleep for the rest of my travels. I would never ever recommend this place to anybody and I would like to hear back from somebody so I can submit this review properly cuz this is absolutely ridiculous

Check on went ok. Staff at the desk was friendly and efficient. I did notice that a sogn posted near the front door said a parking permit was required but one was not provided, and didn't even ask about what kind of car I drove. Got to the room (#252) and found half of tbe rooms electricity didn't work, so no lights in the main room, ac didn't work, and there were no light bilbs in the lamps between the beds. I reported the lights and ac to the front desk and they said they would try to get it fixed but nothing changed. There were no heavier blankets/spreads on either bed. They honestly just looked like sheets.The towels were stained and the bath tub had hair stuck on the walls of it. I know I wasn't expecting the ritz for the price I paid, but it was pretty bad. Also, the pillows were lumpy and one of mine smelled like cigarette smoke, though it was a non-smoking room. I got this room because it was cheap, near what we were going to do and knowing we would only be sleeping a few hours. I will definitely not be staying here again though or recommending it to anyone.

Terrible motel. The fan in the bathroom, R118, was so so noisy. The bed was so so uncomfortable. There were no TV signal, no phone. There were no shampoo, no cleanex. The AC was so noisy. Terrible, terrible place. Flies in the room.

This is a perfect place for my brother to reallocate to Springfield. The room they originally put us in DID NOT have a microwave or refrigerator which I requested for him. The staff member Candries (I think was her name) put my brother into another room which had a microwave and refrigerator and was on the bottom floor. The staff was went up and beyond to make sure things were perfect for his/my stay.

Customer service at check in was horrible. The woman was rude. We were in a room that appeared to be in the middle of renovations. Foam insulation around the ac that was just set into place… also around the light by the door. The light in the bathroom didn’t work and the vent was bent almost in half - damn near broken in half. No amenities (shampoo, etc) and it was me and my wife there but only towels for 1 person and those had to be reused even the next day! When we asked for more towels for the next day, we stayed 2 nights and were there due to a wedding so getting ready was not easy with not much lighting to take a shower, etc. there was a strong smell of pot everywhere, no problem, but a lot of people coming and going in the 2 rooms by us. A ton of homeless congregate there, I worried about our belongings and vehicle. I will never be able to stay there again! On the plus side…. Believe it or not… NO BED BUGS

Took 45 minutes to check in (mind you, this was no one else in lobby) which made it close to 12 a.m. or later when we finally reached the room. It was very hot and muggy that evening, so first thing I attempted after walking in was to utilize the A/C unit in the room. To no avail, the unit would not power on, the front grate that protects the radiator had been removed, exposing the horrible mold covering the entirety of the unit. After attempting to switch on the A/C, the power to the whole room went out. I proceeded to call the front desk and was not getting the man who was working the front desk that night to answer. After three failed call attempts, he finally answers and responds to my power/A/C unit

We arrived and checked in only to find out someone was already in our room. The place was filthy with garbage, unsavory people and bad odors. Do not stay at this place. It needs a complete overhaul and really appears to be a low rent extended stay facility.

Motel 6 has really slipped since Covid. Many of their locations are getting run down and worn. This one has issues with transients nearby, flys in the room, aroma of cannabis in the lot. Skinniest mattresses I have seen. Used to love Motel 6 and their pet policy. Not anymore

I checked in and i even asked if it was safe here. There were people that looked very sketchy. I was told to lock my car doors. Went to the room it smelled like smoke. I had reserved a non smoking room. There were roaches on the walls. The microwave did not have its glass turntable. All night long i could hear people out side.One female kept asking others if they knew where to get drugsthis kept on until around 3 am. The bed squeaked everytime we turned over.I know it was a cheap room but cheap doesn't mean dirty and unsafe.

The first room -the TV did not work. Second room - I had to be shown the " trick" to unlocking the door! No coffee pot in the room, but was told, that there's coffee in the office in the morning. When I went to get a cup of coffee I was told that they didn't have coffee filters so no coffee available!

The property is kind of run down, but it was clean, room smelled clean and linens were clean. It was a good value. Location good. Air conditioner worked well. There was no remote in the room for the tv but they found one for me quickly when I asked. There was no coffee available on the lobby in the morning as advertised.
