The man at the reception definitely could you use some social skills. Property was quite old- parking is very expensive (25 euro with no multiple entry) but it is expensive in Cologne in general. The underground parking is good but its not owned by them but they have a dedicated area assigned. If you just want to spend a day then its fine.

Sehr nette Begrüßung, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Schön eingerichtetes Apartment mit vielen Verstaumöglichkeiten. Sehr gutes Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis. Kostenfrei Kaffee, Tee und Trinkwasserspender im Aufenthaltsbereich. Sehr kinderfreundlich. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Das Zimmer war super. Es gab eine eigene Küche mit voller Ausstattung. 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils zwei Betten. Im bad gabs ne große dusche. Aber das Klo ist in ne niesche gebaut und relativ eng. Es gibt einen fitness Raum und ein wasch Raum den man nutzen kann Das einzige was mich gestört hat ist das man für die Parkplätze so viel zahlen muss. Pro stunde 2,70€ und für 24 Stunden wenn man das Parkhaus nicht verlässt 27€. Wenn man es doch zwischendrin verlässt wird es noch teurer.

Checkin associates were great. Hotel areas are very warm. The room was too hot it was difficult to sleep and the AC did not work to cool it off, thankfully we got a breeze with the doors open in the evening If you want to do laundry we suggest using the laundromat across the street as the machines at the hotel are expensive and require $10 euros in $1 euro coins to wash&dry Unable to get change as the hotel was s cashless Great bonus free cold filtered water station

The apartments are very well located, only 10 minutes' walk from Heumarkt and a 5-minute walk from Poststraße U-bahn station. The apartment itself was fairly basic and a bit dusty in some areas, but comfortable and spacious enough for two people, with TVs in the living room and bedroom. The bathroom was clean and the shower was very good. The free coffee machine and cakes in the lobby were much appreciated, although a bit more coffee in the apartment would be nice. Overall, an enjoyable stay and I would happily book again.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, sehr nah am Zentrum. Als Parkmöglichkeit dient ein öffentliches Parkhaus (Tagestarif 27€). Das Zimmer selbst ist geeignet, wenn man lediglich eine Unterkunft zum Schlafen benötigt. Auf den ersten Blick sah das Zimmer sehr modern aus. Auf den zweiten Blick fallen aber dann Dinge auf wie dreckiges Küchengeschirr, eine nicht funktionierende Nachttischlampe, eine stinkende Spülmaschine, ein ungewaschenes Geschirrtuch. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist nur auf das Nötigste begrenzt und keine 22€ wert. Zusammengefasst: ein grundsolides Hotel, bei dem man nicht allzu hohe Erwartungen haben darf.

Las camas son cómodas,el acceso a internet es muy bueno está muy cerca de la parada del metro y muy cerca del centro de colonia. Lo que peor está es la limpieza nos quedamos tres en un apartamento 4 días y no sé limpio ni un día y tampoco cambiaron las toallas en todo el tiempo.Lo que está muy bien y un detalle muy bueno es que puedes tomar café durante todo el día y en la habitación también hay cafetera y cápsulas.
Las camas son cómodas,el acceso a internet es muy bueno está muy cerca de la parada del metro y muy cerca del centro de colonia. This is truly a 3 star hotel not 4 stars. The property is a bit run-down (our apartment walls were damaged and everything was a little old and run-down). NOT clean (found hair in sink, lots of little black fuzz on our bedding. They also do not communicate with Expedia messaging. Lastly, the apartment is very tiny and the bathroom is tiny as well. It is like a nice 2-star aparthotel but definitely not 4 stars.

Ich habe kürzlich ein Studio mit integrierter Küche im Aparthotel gebucht und war leider nicht vollständig zufrieden. Der Zustand der Unterkunft ließ zu wünschen übrig. Viele Bereiche waren schmutzig und mit Essensresten verschmutzt, was den ersten Eindruck stark beeinträchtigte. Küche und Ausstattung: Der Ofen durfte nur als Mikrowelle genutzt werden, was etwas verwirrend war, da die Grillfunktion nicht erlaubt war. Eine Missachtung dieser Regelung würde mit einer Strafe von 500€ geahndet werden, was ich als überzogen empfand. Das Frostfach im Kühlschrank schloss nicht richtig und funktionierte nicht ordnungsgemäß, was die Lagerung von Lebensmitteln erschwerte. Sauberkeit: Die Toilette zeigte eine schlecht gereinigte Klobrille, was den Gesamteindruck weiter verschlechterte. Positive Aspekte: Das Bett war sehr bequem und bot eine gute Nachtruhe. Die Lage und die Möglichkeit ein Appartement zu buchen spricht für diese Unterkunft. Wir waren jetzt das 2. Mal in den letzten 2 Jahren dort. Und trotz meines Wunsches ein sauberes Appartement zu bekommen haben wir wieder ein runter gewirtschaftet Zimmer bekommen. Letztes Mal hatten wir das moniert und ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, dass auch nicht viel besser war. Es ist nicht so, dass es dreckig ist, aber es sind immer die gleichen Sachen die unansehnlich waren. Die Fußleisten voller Staub, Flecken überall in allen Zimmer an den Wänden, Blutflecken an der Wand in Bad und Schlafzimmer. Boden ist sauber und Betten sauber bezogen gewesen. Aber dann hört es leider auf. Das war schon vor 2 Jahren so und ist es leider immer noch. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass die Leidenschaft für das Führen dieses Hotels verloren gegangen ist. Gut ist die Möglichkeit bei Rewe um die Ecke einzukaufen und die Nähe zur Innenstadt.

Excellent: Dog-friendly and close to the city center and reasonable price Good: Quiet (probably depends on the room roadside or opposite), bus tab, parking fee is every 24 hours cycle so you can enjoy city central after check-out. Not bad or good: A card key was not working properly (can be exchanged), breakfast was equal or less than average, it was a sofa bed and was too soft, some staffs were very kind and friendly and some staffs were not. Probably no air conditioning (heating only). Overall: I will stay here again if I have a chance to travel to this city again.

Very convenient apartment hotel. Small, but efficiently planned apartment with fully stocked kitchen. Everything was clean and well maintained. The only minus would be that the beds were a little hard. Despite windows towards a busy intersection, the rooms felt very quiet. Within walking distance to city centre, U-bahn and local area with restaurants. A well-stocked supermarket with café just around the corner.

Raramente mi succede di andare nei alberghi e non sentire rumori, voci dalle altre camere o dal corridoio, ho apprezzato tanto questa oasi di pace, l’ insonorizzazione garantita 👍In più nella hall c’è la macchinetta del caffè gratis a tutte le ore. Qui ci torneremo volentieri

The room was well equipped for a comfortable stay. There was an ironing board, iron, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher etc The location is also great, overall I'm happy with my stay at Adagio.

Spotless room with excellent space. Clean and convenient. About 15 to 20min walk to the cathedral. Kitchenette was well stocked with everything u need for cooking.

Checkin associates were great. Hotel areas are very warm. The room was too hot it was difficult to sleep and the AC did not work to cool it off, thankfully we got a breeze with the doors open in the evening If you want to do laundry we suggest using the laundromat across the street as the machines at the hotel are expensive and require $10 euros in $1 euro coins to wash&dry Unable to get change as the hotel was s cashless Great bonus free cold filtered water station

Loved this hotel! We couldn't get the temperature of the room quite right and ended up a bit hot at night but overall the amenities in the room were great. Free hot drinks & occasionally snacks downstairs which was an added bonus. Supermarket a couple of minutes walk around the corner. Thai over the road is fantastic! Staff were always super friendly and helpful :)

There is also a collapsible laundry rack in the room. The breakfast was simple but good. The pet fee was extremely reasonable if you’re bringing a dog or cat. The location was quiet and away from tourist traffic but still within walking distance of attractions such as the chocolate museum. It is also right around the corner from a Rewe grocery store. The man at the reception definitely could you use some social skills. Property was quite old- parking is very expensive (25 euro with no multiple entry) but it is expensive in Cologne in general. The underground parking is good but its not owned by them but they have a dedicated area assigned. If you just want to spend a day then its fine.

Nous sommes arrivés à 16h30 m. La chambre n’était pas prête alors que les arrivées étaient à partir de 15h00. Adagio nous a donné une chambre ( après 15mn d’attente) qui ne correspondait pas à notre réservation. Nous avons insisté pour avoir la chambre avec le salon avec canapé lit réservé (au lieu de deux chambres sans possibilité de se restaurer à quatre personnes) Finalement tout s’est bien terminé mais nous avons perdu du temps et de l’énergie . Stayed here in 2017 when the hotel was new lovely hotel and friendly staff Return this year to the opposite and was greeted by unfriendly receptionist who was very unhelpful refused to check me in early explained that she was waiting for customer s to check out Arrived at 1245pm offered to pay for early check in but she explained she was waiting for guest to check out. Sat in lobby for 1hr 45mins no one checked out ! Then observed a person want to move rooms due bad smell in bathroom room swap was done I then asked if I could check in was told no no rooms free untill 3pm I then challenged the day shift female and she stated 3pm was Checkin time I said it's now 230pm surely I can check in but she refused and said I would have to Wait but a helpful late turn receptionist came on duty gave me the form to fill out and checked me in with out any issues Standards have dropped including room maintenance and cleaning

Sehr nette Begrüßung, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Schön eingerichtetes Apartment mit vielen Verstaumöglichkeiten. Sehr gutes Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis. I was very satisfied with all aspects of my stay at Aparthotel Köln City. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, the apartment was in a good condition and great location for walking to the inner city and local grocery shops. This was a very well situated hotel in a lovely city. The hotel is very comfy and the staff were all keen to make sure we had a good time. The free tea and coffee was a nice touch. Staying in an apartment/hotel meant we could have three of us in the same place much more conveniently than if we were in two different hotel rooms.

The only minus would be that the beds were a little hard. Despite windows towards a busy intersection, the rooms felt very quiet. Lage sehr zentral, ca. 10 min Fußweg bis zur Innenstadt/Rhein. Zimmer war für unser empfinden etwas überheizt, leider konnte man das nicht individuell einstellen. Im Februar ohne Decke zu schlafen fanden wir schon etwas unnötig. Fenster auf leider keine Option, weil zu laut. Straßenlärm hat man bei zuem Fenster aber kaum wahr genommen, hat weder Nachts noch Tags gestört. Wasserdruck in der Dusche leider nicht sehr stark, hätte für mich etwas mehr Wasser rauskommen können. Auch hatten wir nur 2 ganz kleine Handtücher, keine großen Duschtücher. Das war schon komisch, gerade weil ich lange Haare hab und eigentlich 2 große Tücher alleine benötige. Wir haben uns damit aber arrangiert und nicht an der Rezeption nachgefragt, ging auch mal 2 Tage so. Kann also nicht sagen ob wir noch welche bekommen hätten oder ob es wirklich keine gibt. Im Foyer gibt es rund um die Uhr kostenlos Kaffee, aber nur zu dort Trinken, darf man nicht mit aufs Zimmer nehmen. Personal beim Check in war super und alles klappte reibungslose und schnell. Für's Wochenende wars vollkommen ok.

The apartments are very well located, only 10 minutes' walk from Heumarkt and a 5-minute walk from Poststraße U-bahn station. The apartment itself was fairly basic and a bit dusty in some areas, but comfortable and spacious enough for two people, with TVs in the living room and bedroom. The bathroom was clean and the shower was very good. The free coffee machine and cakes in the lobby were much appreciated, although a bit more coffee in the apartment would be nice. Overall, an enjoyable stay and I would happily book again.

Proximity to the train station was good. Everything else is below average: breakfast was below basic, just very poor! It’s not worthy paying for breakfast. The room was so dirty and cramped and you feel boxed in a small hole. The hallway and lift smells damped and dirty. I am trying hard to find positives but I just can’t find any.

la habitacion estaba genial y la atencion del hotel es maravillosa, se puede teletrabajar perfectamente en la parte de abajo (apenas hay ruido). Lo unico malo que tiene es que el desayuno es bastante pobre y muy muy limitado, solo hay cereales, huevos revueltos, pan, gofres y no habia tostadora

Staff great. Relocated to accommodate preference against lifts. Spacious apartment with good AC during heatwave. Only issue was that the TVs provided were not tuned into local channels and we couldn't cast devices to use (just kept saying WiFi not avail). As a result they were a bit pointless. We would have liked to use as World Cup was on!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, however room was not clean, dishwasher was disgusting, centrally controlled air circulation was set to heat which meant room was extremely hot and only way to cool down was to open the windows to a very noisy street with traffic and ambulances running all night. Beds were uncomfortable and room was in generally bad condition and required renovating.
