This hotel was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was so nice and accommodating. When we got there they offered us drinks (water, coffee, wine, champagne) we accepted and my husband made a small cheers to our honeymoon. They took our bags up for us. We left to go grab some toiletrie items we needed and when we got back the concierge said “I heard you say happy honeymoon and I just wanted to congratulate you and let you know we put a complimentary bottle of champagne in your room”. WOW we didn’t even ask for that. The hotel was amazing. The minibar was complete complimentary and they fill it each day. The gym was perfect for a quick little workout. The bar and restaurant was phenomenal. I would have eaten here my whole trip. The drinks were some of the best I have ever had (saying something because I was a bartender for years). The food was amazing too - everything we ordered was phenomenal. I will come back to this hotel again. It will be the only hotel i will stay at in Amsterdam.

We had a suite and was there for ADE. To crowded at the lounge/bar so it was great to have meetings in our room. Great breakfast but strange that u have to pay for Mimosa? Amazing hotel but never ever order roomservice in the night. It was a joke. green old sallad couple of walnuts and few clicks of a tired cheese. He said is better to call Uber Eats? It´s a five star hotel and for the price we paid i expect more. Don´t miss the Peruvian restaurant to the left from the hotel jus by the bridge. Great authentic food.

We had the best stay at Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht! A little further out than where I usually stay, but the garden convinced me and I was not disappointed! If you're an Alice in Wonderland fan or just a fan of really awesome decor a great vibe, then this is the hotel for you. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was 10/10 - we had the garden option and everything was delicious (especially the scrambled eggs)! We also ate at the restaurant our last night but if it was the first night, I don't think I would have eaten anywhere else. The Oysters, Burrata, Ceviche and Crab Lobster Rolls were all top notch. They also had a very lovely staff! Check-in was very smooth. Great minibar that's restocked every night. Very clean!

El Hotel está muy bien ubicado y las vistas son muy buenas. El bar y restaurant del primer piso son muy agradables. Tienen un servicio de paseo en barco que busca a los pasajeros justo frente al hotel. La decoración es fascinante pero la limpieza y reemplazo de ammenities es más bien deficiente. La recepcionista fue espectacular. Los masajes eran excelentes, pero lamentablemente hubo una persona que quedó inconsciente en el sauna y nosotros debimos socorrerlo, lo que arruinó completamente el relajo. Buena experiencia

Wonderful stay. Great location and a beautiful hotel. They could have done a better job cleaning the suite on our second day. Had to call down for a clean after 3pm as it hadn’t been done while we were out and a service tag had been left on the door. The cleaner rushed the late clean and left a dirty rag on the sink counter. Otherwise, the hotel was excellent.

Beautiful property in a great, walkable area. The canal room view was so beautiful with the view. Be mindful, if you are a light sleeper, the street noise was obnoxious one of the nights, but that comes with wanting the view. Will definitely stay here again!

Hotel is in a perfect canal side location convenient to the Nine Streets shopping area. The common areas are spacious and welcoming. The restaurant was a lovely space by the interior courtyard garden and the breakfasts were fantastic. The rooms are large enough (by European standards) with a very eclectic layout and decor. If you like design, you will really like the aesthetic of the hotel. And the staff was exceptionally helpful and cheerful. Overall a great experience.

Was an Ok stay but definitely definitely not value for money and we got our room only at 3:07pm local time even after we requested early check in for 1pm. Also charged us €11 for a small glass of milk for my toddler. Pretty much all hotel gives it for free.

What's not to like? We barely got in the door at 10:30 p.m., and Anna acted like we were long-lost relatives. She did positively everything to help us feel welcomed and taken care of. She led us to our room, provided much-needed beverages, took our bags, and told us which room our daughters were in. She showed us around the room, explaining amenities, and could not have been more helpful. Thank you, Anna!

Beautiful rooms, garden, and property make this hotel a pleasant experience. The lobby and bar have a vibe and aesthetic that is simultaneously relaxing, cool, and classy, which is not easy to attain at once. The rooms are comfortable, stylish, and full of charm. The hotel is centrally located in one of the most busy areas for shopping, dining, and nightlife in Amsterdam, without being anywhere near the noise or unpleasantness of the area. While the reception desk staff were exceptional, those associated with the bar and dining area were somewhat indifferent and unaccommodating —potentially reflecting the high demand and (nonresident) client volume they deal with on a daily basis.

We’ve just arrived home from a two day trip to Amsterdam and have to say the hotel was fantastic!! Its was our six months first family trip and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. Very nice hotel in a very nice neighborhood. This is the neighborhood you want to be at if you are visiting amsterdam. The street next to the hotel is the most expensive street in all holland in regards to price of real estate. Very clean and modern hotel. We had a canal view room and it was just perfect and not very small. They also provide water daily for free.

We loved this location because it was so walkable to everything. It was in the middle of a neighborhood and you really felt like part of the community and being part of a neighborhood vibe. The canal was wonderful as well, it was just an A location if you want to be in the middle but not in a tourist area like the Dam Square.

The staff were excellent. The manager helped me receive the room I had reserved. The morning staff worked hard to help all of the guests have breakfast. The room staff were excellent and fulfilled all requests. The hotel is located in the middle of all venues for museums, and sightseeing.

When we arrived, Ana at the reception was most helpful. She organized a massage in the hotel spa, our laundry services and a hair salon appointment, recommended nearby places of interest and restaurants; everything we needed. Gloria at the restaurant was also charming and helpful. Breakfast in the hotel can be a la carte or buffet and everything is delicious. We got a room with canal view, very modern and comfortable and we enjoyed the water and juice in the minibar at no additional cost and the nesspreso coffee machine we had there. The hotel lobby bar has snacks, dinner and specialty drinks and is a great place to meet with friends or clients. We loved how close it was to Jordaan neighborhood restaurants and shops and the museums in Museumplein. We were able to walk safely to everywhere we wanted to go.

Love this hotel. This was my second stay in the last two years. Breakfast in the garden room was lovely. My only disappointment was the front restaurant. Sad to say, the venue was noisy, the food ‘so so’ and service was inattentive.

Rooms were neat and tidy. Breakfast awesome and loved the birds on the speaker part of the meditation garden. Staff at reception and breakfast excellent. Restaurant/Bar service not good. Left after 10 minutes Rest, amazing experience and will definitely go back. Very good situated.
