Very convenient place to stay before leaving on our cruise. We wanted a hotel that had an airport shuttle but we had to wait more than an hour even after calling for it. Hotel was very nice, staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast had great cinnamon rolls.

Great hotel for a quick trip. Clean, secure main door locked at night need a key or to be buzzed in, has a 24 hour coffee station in the lobby. And there is a small parking garage $10 a night. Close to airport.

Quick overnight trip for flight in the morning. Hotel close to the airport, resturants within walking distance. Tried to check in at 245, room not ready due to staffing shortage, was told to go eat at a local resturant and the room would be ready on return. Returned in 90 minutes, room still not ready, had to wait for completion of cleaning. Room had odd smell ? cleaning agents. Hair on bathroom floor, rest of the room appeared clean.

I loved there was no carpet in the rooms. The tile floors were so much nicer. The room and the hotel were extremely clean and refreshing and smelled so nice and fresh. The staff at the check-in/check-out desk were friendly. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in lately.

I checked in yesterday (02/23) around 6 PM and discovered a bed bug at 10 PM. Upon stripping the bed, I found three more, as shown in the attached files. When I reported this to the front desk, I was told there were no other available rooms and no staff to change the bedsheets. Instead, I was offered the option to go to the 4th floor, retrieve fresh linens, and make my own bed: while being told that bed bugs are "normal." I don’t know what cleanliness standards the Holiday Inn upholds, but let me be clear: bed bugs are not normal. They are a health hazard and a major vector for Lyme disease, a serious illness with no cure. The dismissive attitude and lack of proper handling made it clear that this hotel should not be open to the public. Left with no other choice, I was forced to book an Uber and relocate to another hotel at 3 AM: an outrageous and unsafe situation, especially for a woman traveling alone.

The midnight staff was wonderful and our room was clean and comfortable. The daytime staff had a bad attitude. She was not very friendly. They didn't mention that the airport shuttle doesn't run 24/7 so when our flight was delayed we had to arrange an Uber. Then the next day we asked to use the shuttle and the desk lady was rude and again told us that needed to be scheduled in advance.

They advertise 24/7 shuttle to/from the airport but that’s an outright lie. The shuttle is not 24/7 and extremely unreliable. The person at the front desk was visibly bothered that they had to check me in and was rude for literally no reason as I was still very polite. I had an early flight and had to deal with what sounded like a party down the hall. The room itself was acceptable but not nearly nice enough to make up for the rude staff, loud guests, and poor amenities.

The check in clerk was SUPER as she listened to the request my husband had to be on an upper floor with a view of the train tracks. She was very helpful in making his desires work! BTW…. The pick up driver (woman C…) was the BEST Pickup ride we have had in FLL. She was personable, funny, full of suggestions..worth every dollar she makes! The people who keep the breakfast area clean and refilled…wonderful!

Great inside…friendly staff, fast check-in, super clean, awesome room, very comfortable bed, and awesome free breakfast! It’s beautiful and updated. The outside area where the hotel is in, is really dirty and seems unsafe. Someone was sitting outside the lobby smoking marijuana. The parking lot is very secure for vehicles, it has large gates to enter and exit. But again, the parking garage felt unsafe when walking through it. HOWEVER, I will definitely stay again!! The awesome hotel (on the inside) is definitely worth overlooking the area outside.

The room was really nice and clean. The lobby was great for relaxing and breakfast was really good. The staff at the check in desk were very professional and friendly and accommodating. Only suggestion would be to have half and half for coffee drinkers who do not prefer flavored coffee.
