Kleines modernes Hotel. Der Check in hat auf Grund der sehr guten Kommunikation, mit Code und Self-Check in, bestens geklappt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Cafés sind gleich in der Nähe und auch die Altstadt ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder.

Appartement très bien équipé. Situé à 20 minutes à pied du centre ville. Pensez à réserver votre place de parking pour 8€ par jour ( places limitées ) . Le parking se situe dans la rue derrière l hôtel N hésitez pas à visiter le centre ville et le top d’Innsbruck … merveilleux si le soleil est au rendez-vous.

Tolle Unterkunft mit super freundlichen Personal. Umgebung ist perfekt mit Bäcker und sogar einen Kuhstall wo frisch Milch an einem Automaten gezapft werden kann. Zimmer und Haus ist liebevoll gestaltet und es gibt sogar kostenlose Fahrräder, Sauna und Fitnessstudio. Besonderes Extra: am Morgen wird Butter, Marmelade, Honig und Kaffee zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine Shopping Mall mit Supermarkt kurz durch einen Park zu Fuß erreichbar machen die Versorgung leicht.

Was not able to make it during reception hours but my messages with questions were answered right away the next morning. The apartment had everything you could need and was very conveniently located. Walked to dinner on our first night and enjoyed the spa and gym amenities on our second evening. Thank you for your hospitality.

The room was clean and the kitchenette had everything we needed! The apartment also had bikes we could borrow, an espresso machine on the lobby, and a small gym with a sauna in the basement. The location was great for our needs but any restaurants or stores are a 10 minute walk away. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay again!

Terrific little property only a few hundred metres from the Central Train station and an easy 15 to 20minute walk to the Old Town/Market Square. The excellent Sillpark Shopping Centre is also only 200m away, so the location is excellent. Just be aware the property has no elevator so you will need to use the stairs.

Bodde här 3 nätter i slutet av augusti, kom på morgonen och fick checka in tidigare då lgh var klar. Rent och fräscht! Lgh hade allt som vi behövde, kunde dock ha funnits mer krokar på väggarna. Dessutom hade vi en lgh för två personer men det stod en extrasäng i rummet, den hade hellre kunnat bytas ut till t ex en soffa/fåtölj. Bordet och stolarna va ganska enkla och inte så bekväma. Trevlig personal! Relax, bastu och gym va en trevlig överraskning. Fanns cyklar att låna vilket vi uppskattade mycket! Väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse.

Very clean place. The place is charming. The cleaning staff is incredible. The room are spacious and very convenient. Would recommend to my family an friends without any doubt. Free bikes are available for you tu use whenever you want. Also, a welcome card is offer for any 2 or 3+ nights that offers you free public transportation and many other discounts !

Max 15 min walk to train station. Small kitchen in room with new pots & pans, utensils, dishwasher & detergent…… we arrived early and the room is ready to check in. E mail us the free downtown transportation pass in advance. Housekeeping everyday. Room is spacious.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war gut. Man konnte leicht zum Einkaufscenter laufen oder mit den Öffis in die Stadt fahren (geht aber auch prima zu Fuß). Check-In und Check-Out lief super leicht und schnell ab. Die Zimmerausstattung war super, sodass man sich selbst Essen zubereiten konnte. Nur doof war, dass es nur Pfannen und dafür aber keine Töpfe gab. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt, die auf dem Boden lagen. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Unterkunft.

This is a modern, quiet apartment, from which you can explore the old town of Innsbruck within a 15-20 minute walk. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The room was quite warm when we visited (February 2025), which the staff couldn't seem to fix, so we left a window open overnight, but otherwise everything was great. Would stay here again.

One of the worst-designed rooms I’ve ever experienced. The living area was completely empty but kitchen was incredibly cramped with no counter space. Bathroom flooded immediately when using the shower. Upstairs bed was so bad my back ached for days after and I had to use pain medication. No one seemed to ever be on staff. Lobby was stifling hot. No A/C anywhere. Okay location.

Pros: Very beautiful and well situated, everything is walkable under 30 minutes. A lot of amenities. Cons: No air conditioning, during warm days it gets very hot inside. Very limited reception hours. Next to a bar which can be noisy some nights.

The rooms were unique. Little kitchenette, bed in the balcony, little dining area. I don’t think there was more space than a regular motel room, but it felt more spacious. It felt new and clean. We barely dealt with the staff. We were there in July. We wished for an air conditioner. (We were informed a few months after we had booked the room that there was neither breakfast nor a/c) We had to open our windows and so then the street outside was very loud. The early morning cars, albeit few, woke us up.

Within walking distance of the central train station. Good quality rooms with thick enough walls, though there may be some noise from the neighbouring beer garden. ;-) Staff are wonderful and keep the room very clean. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again.

This hotel and room were very quaint and cozy. Staff member at front desk was lovely and helpful letting us know how to get around and what to do. We walked to and from Old Town and the train station without a problem (and) could have ridden the bus which was close with the visitors card we were provided free for staying 2 nights. Our only problem was that the water in the shower did not drain (at all) so room flooded with each shower. Also didn’t have a hairdryer so I was out with wet hair in December (not their problem though, my bad for not checking).

The hotel was beautiful, the lobby was equipped with things you may need or want for your breakfast including jams, marmalades, Nutella ect. Being an apartment, the rooms had a kitchen with dishwasher ect and a full bathroom. Disappointing however, with backpacking we went for the ‘cheaper’ room, I think roughly £/€4 give or take cheaper, we were put in room 1, by the entrance door which was noisy and disruptive on a night. Being the room on the end, i opened the curtain to be greeted to the people in the outdoor smoking area next to the entrance. This resulted in the room smelling of cigarette smoke even with the windows shut. This being alongside the patio door which was the walkway to underground storage, (the other rooms had somewhat private patio with a table and chair), meaning I was greeted to two women starting in when opening the curtains in the morning. We also asked for an early check in (around 30 minutes, after travelling long distances by train) which we were refused, and the receptionist waited until bang on 3pm to check us and an other couple in. The room itself and the hotel was beautiful, only being a 10/15 minute walk to the centre and a luxury of fresh milk provided by a farm a minutes walk away, however disappointed by the positioning of the room; a little poorly thought out.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und sehr liebes Personal! Die Stadt ist fussläufig zu erreichen, eine Bushaltestelle - von der auch der Flughafenbus abfährt - ist in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gepflegt, in unserem Fall war es auch weihnachtlich geschmückt. Es gibt ein Frühstück für 8 € mit Getränken. Die kleine Sauna im Keller war am Abend perfekt, nachdem wir durchgefroren zurück kamen. Der Check ging sehr schnell und unkompliziert, wir durften unser Gepäck ohne Probleme dort verwahren. Unser Zimmer hatte eine kleine Küchenzeile und viele Möglichkeiten seine Kleidung zu verstauen. Die Dusche war groß und geräumig. Unser Bett auf der oberen Ebene war relativ klein und der Hintere muss über den anderen klettern um runter zu kommen, aber war für 2 Nächte auch völlig ausreichend. Eine Flasche Wasser war bei unserer Unterkunft kostenfrei verfügbar und wurde am nächsten Tag auch wieder aufgefüllt täglicher Zimmerservice. Die Handtücher sind waren wunderbar kuschelig. Staff is there til 7pm - if you arrive for check in after 7pm you will have a code emailed to you beforehand to enter at front door and your keys will be on the counter. Our stay was great, the room was very clean and comfortable. Their rooms aren't all the same, but the pictures corresponding to ours were exactly as we found it after check-in. Well appointed for a short to medium length stay (though we were only here for two nights). The location is far enough away from the historical center enough to be quiet, but still a walkable distance (especially because Innsbruck is very bikeable/walkable). Their front desk keeps somewhat unusual hours but has both a number than can be contacted 24/7, and they provided detailed instructions for self check-in (we didn't need to check ourselves in). WiFi was enough for streaming video (20-30Mb/s).

This little hotel is a hidden gem. The staff there are amazing. They can’t do enough to help you with anything you need. The rooms are really cute and all have little kitchenettes in them, the showers are amazing and the area is fantastic and quiet. We got so much extra that we didn’t have any idea about, the staff gave us a ‘welcome card’ that we didn’t know was included that gave us free travel around Innsbruck and discounts. Then we had free use of the small gym and Sauna, with all the instructions on how to use everything. We had a few questions about local hiking routes around the area and up in the mountains and the man working reception got us a map and wrote down all the information for us and showed us all of the best hiking routes and his personal favourite trails. He also gave some great recommendations on local food spots. The heating and cooling of the rooms isn’t done on an air conditioning unit, and I was a little worried about that before arriving but the rooms are always the perfect temperature but if you do feel a little hot or chilly there is a thermostat in the room and it works quickly as well and there’s a cute little area in reception that you can sit and chill out in, play some games that the hotel provide. Even the lady that does the cleaning and room service is lovely. The only thing I would say, is the bar across the street is cash only so take cash. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. We will definitely be going back! Thank you all so much!

Le parking se situe dans la rue derrière l hôtel N hésitez pas à visiter le centre ville et le top d’Innsbruck … merveilleux si le soleil est au rendez-vous.

Self check in was nice and easy and everything explained before hand. The room was really nice and clean, small but big enough. Kitchenette was a great extra with a dishwasher aswel. Shower was nice and powerful and the whole room/studio was nicely decorated. The area around the hotel was safe, quiet and convenient to get to the centre via walking around a 10min walk or via bus or tram 2min walk 5min on bus/tram. The bus is also the airport bus and takes 15mins from the apartment to the airport with only costing 3€pp. We didn't need staff while we was there however we never saw any staff so this could be an issue if there was a problem. Would definitely stay here again and would also recommend.

The hotel was great! Despite being put a room on the ground floor next to the main entrance it was still very quiet and comfortable. Furthermore, the hotel offered a lot more than just a room. We were provided with a free transport pass for the city and had access to bikes, which was a nice surprise, as the city was very cycle friendly. Overall, we’d very much recommend Pradl elf hotel!

I absolutely loved this hotel. I spent the happiest days of my trip to Europa in innsbruck. The room had everything I needed. The kitchen was also fully equipped, so I could buy ingredients from the supermarket and cook them myself, it made me feel like I live here, thats a very good feeling for traveler. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you're staying two nights or more, remember to get an innsbruck welcome card.

This little hotel is tucked away in a beautiful German neighborhood. The room was extremely comfortable, the bed slept like a dream, and our room had a small kitchenette. Exceptional room for a good price, and the hotel is just a short walk from the city center. I'd advise booking your parking beforehand as their lot was full when we arrived; however, there is plenty of paid street parking available in the area. The breakfast was small but there were enough options for the price.
