Staff was kind and very helpful washing is $5 and dryer $5 so have $1 or $2 coins or change notes front office

I liked the fact that the upstairs room had a balcony.

Pool nice. Car park cement bollards need to be fixed. The tiled doors were sticky. So was the table. Thought there would be a hair dryer and there wasn't. Cutlery was very sparse - only one teaspoon. Quick repairs visible in the room, with white patches of past in numerous places. Smokers outside downstairs wafted in to our room. King bed was good.

Room was clean and everything working as it should. Pool was also well maintained and family friendly.

Fantastic motor inn for our stay before flying out early. Check in was quick and the lady that checked us in was lovely! Our room was basic but spacious and equipped with everything we needed for our family. Loved the added bonus of having a laundry. I would definitely stay again!

My second visit. Super comfy bed. Clean and good room layout. Shower was very good which is always impressive. But the parking being nominated spaces makes the world of difference - I know no matter how late I am I will have a place to park. Little things matter.

I did not like the fact there were cockroaches in the crockery cupboard and their droppings all over the plates. The only good place for the frying pan is in the bin. There is no way I would cook in it. I certainly wouldn't have it in my house. The linen was very good though.

Stayed in room 26, horrible smell coming from somewhere (couldn't work out where though). Huge clumps of long black hair all over the bathroom including literally a handful all collected in the shower. Will not stay again.

I would rate this property average and would probably won’t book it again. Luckily I changed my booking before I even got there and checked out early. Don’t know if I would have been able to survive another day with all the ants in the room. There was no kitchen sink so had to buy a crate of water bottles to have access to clean drinking water that wasn’t from the bathroom tap. The curtains don’t shut properly. You pull it from one side and it moves from the other side. There were so many ants everywhere, I got so annoyed in the end and had to ask for an insect spray. They were all over the bed and the small kitchen area. The only good things that are the reasons why I am giving the place a 3 star rating were how quiet it was, the TV and the air conditioning.

Our room was beautifully cleaned and maintained. Also couldn’t fault the staff, we last minute needed to upgrade our room to accommodate a friend, the owner was more than happy to help. The cleaning staff came to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. Amazing caring staff! We will definitely be back

Air conditioning filters were filthy. Water damage to back of bathroom door carpet next to fridge. Smealt of mould . Water hammer on taps while showering. Bed was comfortable Cleaning completed daily but overall lacks addition maintenance ,painting etc.

Bed was very comfortable, shower was excellent, my room was spacious.

Needs a update of interior and furnishings. Clean ok vents etc need clean. Shower very little hot water and no water pressure

Large spacious room. Comfortable bed. Great that had proper table and chairs and dishes and cutlery to eat. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location - close to shops if needed - supermarkets, fast food etc. Quiet in the rooms and aircon worked great. We will be staying again in a few weeks.

The room was clean and adequate. Issue with shower head tripping and the drain for the shower is rusted up significantly. These are minor. Other wise its a decent place.

Very large room, easy access, great bed

Very clean and Tidy but very noisy due to proximity to main road and Motorcycles deciding to race at 2am in the Morning obviously not the fault of the hotel but it’s still a factor to me for not staying again

No internet in bedrooms ,so also no TV so not ideal

Considering it was on an extremely busy road, the rooms were so quiet . The bed was fantastic and the room great. We had a room with a kitchen, which was very functional and handy. Not too far from the local shops. All in all, a great place to stay.

The attendant on duty was extremely accommodating, pleasant and courteous. Room was super clean; highly recommended.

Great value for money. Easy parking for trade vehicles. Suprisingly quiet even with main road boundary. Staff exceptional.

The room was clean. However around the property smelt of stale cigarettes trays everywhere. The stairwells smelt of cigarettes. The reception staff were rude. And rude to all customers. 3/5.

Arrived, reception unattended. Pressed service bell x 2. No answer. 15 minutes later. Rang phone number on door x 3. Get a call back. When I say I am at reception to check in I am greeted with a large sigh! I am given a key for 1 room even though I booked and paid for 2 connecting rooms. I am told no connecting rooms!!! I am offered two options. A shared disability room or two separate rooms. Not interconnecting. I advised these won’t work as I am travelling with a person with disability and he has to have his own room and it has to connect. I stated I will have to cancel. I am then told I need to pay more for a connecting room!! Well that’s not going to happen I said. With that, I have handed two keys, and he walks away. As I am getting into my car I am roughly handed another two keys!! For the connecting doors…so they do exist!! Once in our rooms. I Have to take padding out between interconnecting doors and move a lounge so doors can open. I check website which states connecting rooms on at least 3 different room types. The male who served me was extremely rude and arrogant with zero customer service skills. Surely as a customer you are within your rights to say what will work for you and what won’t. Apparently, this is considered “having a go at someone”. This male is definitely in the wrong job, if you don’t like dealing with customers get another job!!

We stayed the motel because there were family rooms that can fit my 3 teenagers and myself in one room. Also because it was close to Brisbane Entertainment Centre(14mins by car) and reasonable price.The beds were very comfortable (although single bed is very high, may be for old people or small kids) the room was very clean.

Great location for early flight ✈️

It was just what I was after. Quite, comfortable, clean. Friendly staff. Enough amenities for a cuppa and a bite to eat. Good water flow in shower, nice and hot. Couldn't be improved upon really.

Beds in No. 38 were very comfortable. Good fridge. TV reception mostly good (but not for some channels). Bathroom, shower, linen all good. Good allocated parking. Near to beaut evening meals at Hornets club in Graeme Rd.

We had a great weekend. The staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff worked very hard to please everyone, well done to them. The room was good and so nice to have a bath tub and not just a shower. The proximity to the mall and eateries was great. All-in-all great experience, will definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends. 👏👏

Road access was easy. The area was very spacious. Car parking was close to my room. The tariff was quite cheap compared to other motels. Close to Chermside shopping centre. Modern decor. I would have liked some form of breakfast options.
