The location was excellent, plenty of parking, staff really helpful. Just a note, rooms are upstairs & we did not notice a lift. The room was spotless, although the decor is a bit tired & worn.

Staff were good, but room was too warm and in need of redecoration. Also disappointing that the bar closed at 10pm but we couldn't get a drink at 9.57pm because the bar had already closed.

The room was clean the bed was comfortable but the shower area needed major repair. The flush button on the toilet was broken,the soap dispenser was broken and the shower doors didn't meet. The door into the room was difficult to unlock. The Hotel needed updating generally.
