Location perfect - right across street from park and beach. Dozens of dining restaurants and shops within 3 block radius. Friendly, helpful staff. Small property, only 25 suites so pool not busy. Party next door at pub could not be heard with balcony door closed, great. Complimentary guest laundry used - even powder is supplied. Large balcony overlooking park. Room could use a few more plugs as our international adapters covered plug besides it (short Aus extension cord would address), and room could do with a bit more light at night (no light in fan). Maybe a standalone light? Liked the free guest undercover parking as kept vehicle cool out of sun.

Very nice hotel considering the price. We had a room with direct access to the pool which was very nice. Also all the staff were really kind and serviceminded. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Byron Bay!

The location was great. Close to shopping, dining and the beach. Jane and her staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The hotel is a bit older but the rooms are clean and the convenience of the location worked out perfectly for me. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to visit again!

Staff are affable and helpful but the property needs a proper renovation. No safe box in the room.There was a huge crack in bathroom vanity and moisture damages all around bathroom door. Our room wasn't soundproof and surrounded by noisy water pipes. Only a small area of the pool was heated that could occupy 2 persons max

Our stay at Beach Hotel Resort was absolutely fantastic. We were welcomed with open arms and got into our room early. The staff was excellent and the location cannot be beat. We took advantage of the free drink coupons and complimentary bike rentals. The pool was great, too. The birthday champagne given to us by staff was a bonus! If we make it back to Byron, we will be staying here again. Definitely would recommend to anyone traveling to Byron.
