Gute Lage, man benötigt ca 15-20 min Fußweg in die City rein. Parken trotz vieler Parkplätze sehr schwer, weil alle Straßen voll sind. Hotel sehr süß! Pool kleiner als gedacht aber ausreichend.

Personal ist sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereit., aber es ist direkt an eine stark befahrene Straße und sehr laut! Kein Deutsches TV. Frühstück Büfett zu klein und jeden Tag das selbe. Pool zu klein und nur viel liegen und da musst Du Glück haben eine zu bekommen oder sehr schwer beziehungsweise fast nie! Sonst war es ok.

We enjoyed our stay and the room was lovely and clean. There was only a sheet so we had to ask for a blanket. The pool was tiny and the area is completely unserviced - to the point that all all table surface and parts of the floor were littered with bottles, empty glasses, etc… kinda like after a party…

Great hotel to spend the night in Palma. The hotel staff were super and we were able to park in their sister hotel a couple of streets away. The hotel itself had a great contemporary Spanish feel with whitewashed walls, concrete/stone sink/ shower, loved the vibe. Highly recommended

C'est un très bel hôtel, avec une déco sobre et chaleureuse. Les chambres étaient propres et agréables, le quartier assez calme la nuit une fois la fenêtre fermée. Beaucoup d'espaces de rangement et mini-bar gratuit ! Le personnel était très serviable et arrangeant, le petit déjeuner varié. On a pu louer des vélos pour une journée de balade directement à l'hôtel et profiter de moments doux sur la terrasse du dernier étage avec la piscine.

it was dirty and grubby, the pool filthy. No tea and coffee in the room or comfortable seating at all any place in the hotel for older people, we are in our sixties and seventies. No place to relax at all so we had to go out all day. The hotel was full of hen night guests and no sun beds available at all. We feel this hotel should be no more than two stars due to lack of facilities. We sat on a very uncomfortable chair by the pool to look at dirty uncleared plates of food with fly's no attendant available. We complained at reception and they just said it was the city. We feel the hotel was well below standard our room was basic and very shabby. It was such an uncomfortable hotel no nice lobby or lounge to relax.

Hotel was recommended by a friend and I particularly enjoyed the size of it. As it was out of season, the rooftop pool was empty and peaceful in the evenings. Single room was compact and comfortable. My only issue was the lack of air con, but I just kept the window ajar at night for a cooler room temperature.

Very cool design, super friendly front desk when checking in, good breakfast. I had a single room and having a bathroom door with glass (not see-through) that does not shut like normal doors was not a problem. And I dont know if other rooms are the same or not, but I would appreciate having more privacy when using the bathroom. But all in all: nice place. Would consider staying there again.

Die Lage neben dem Park ist (für Sportler) ideal, zu Fuß ist man in10 Minuten am Rande der Altstadt von Palma. Allerdings ist das Hotel frei von jeglichem Service, die Dame an der Rezeption ist eher mit ihrem Frühstück beschäftigt und antwortet völlig lustlos mit vollem Mund. Auch beim Gepäck ist keine Hilfe zu erwarten.
