Everyone in the hotel was very helpful from check-in to check-out. Shuttle service was an important key factor for us, making it convenient and hassle free to and from the airport. There was someone who met us outside the airport. Complementary snacks and water were provided. Breakfast was delicious with an array of food to choose from and enjoy from the rooftop. Their kitchen is conveniently open 24 hours, satisfying your hunger at anytime with a lot of choices from their menu. Within walking distance there are many shops and places to eat. Despite the hustle and bustle outside, it was very comfortable and spacious in our room. Tuk Tuks were accessible to help us get around town. It was a cool experience! My mother and I were very happy with our stay. We thank everyone for making it memorable and of ease. If you’re looking for a place to stay, we highly recommend this hotel!

Das Frühstück war gut und das Abendessen auch. Betten Bequem und eine Dusche mit Warmwasser. Rupien konnten fair zurück getauscht werden. Flughafenabholung hat geklappt. Es war in der Nacht sehr ruhig, der Lärm wurde gut abgeschirmt. Im Zimmer war es extrem stikig und es gibt keine Möglichkeit zur Frischluftzufuhr. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht, was ich für diesen Preis erwarte. Bei der Dusche hatte es an einem Tag kein Warmwasser. Als wir es geneldet haben, kam danach keine Rückmeldung mehr als es wieder funktionierte. Personal im Restaurant schaut mitten im Restaurant auf dem Handy TV in voller lautstärke. Sauberkeit ist ok aber könnte überall besser sein. Ich finde das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

Felt very unprofessional. Broken elevator, lights in the room not working, no warm water. Also, sound from outside made the whole room and building vibrate, it's insane how noisy the room was. Staff was playing loud music in the hall. They have a "travel desk" where they try to sell overpriced stuff. Bedsheets smelled like the brown stuff, made a complaint about this and they fixed it but shouldn't be there in the first place. The place felt very shady and needs a major update. Perhaps the place was nice a few years ago but it is not worth staying here now. The environment is classic Paharganj: just very crowded and dirty. I left after two days although I booked four days. Didn't even bother to ask my money back because they would never agree, they care about money, not about guests. This shouldn't be on Expedia to be honest and I hope this makes people aware. Look at their reviews, most of them are AI generated.

Great hotel with a great value. Arranged my pickup from airport perfectly. Nice rooftop area to have a drink or enjoy breakfast. Staff was helpful. Would stay there again.

Vi valgte at købe aftensmad på hotellet den ene aften (vi boede der ad to omgange). Kvaliteten var vi godt nok ikke imponeret over - og 70% af menu var udsolgt. Det virkede til at maden var opvarmet i en mikrobølgeovn. Vi var opmærksom på beliggenheden, da vi bookede. Det er placeret godt i forhold til metro og togstation. Vi blev flere gange advaret af lokale at gå på egenhånd i området. Det gjorde vi derfor kun i dagslys. Vi bookede hovedsageligt hotellet for deres lufthavns transport. Chaufføren er super sød. Man skal dog betale 400 rupees i “parkering”. Vi var generelt glade for hotellet, hvilket også gjorde, at vi bookede det igen.

Très bon hôtel avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix. J’y ai séjourné deux nuits pour visiter New Delhi. Notre chambre était propre et spacieuse, donnant sur la rue, mais heureusement, le double vitrage est efficace pour atténuer le bruit des klaxons, et nous avons très bien dormi. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner sur le toit, dans le restaurant, et c’était un bon petit déjeuner inclus avec beaucoup de choix. On peut commander des omelettes et des pancakes, également inclus. Très bon rapport qualité-prix ! Si je dois revenir à New Delhi, j’y retournerai très certainement, car cet hôtel mérite largement ses 3 étoiles. Si vous êtes un voyageur étranger, vous trouverez que les normes sanitaires sont bien respectées.

Als ich nach der dritten Nacht Bilder des Badezimmers man wollte, war die Decke der Dusche eingestürzt! Die Bilder wollte ich machen, weil das Bad einfach nur schmutzig war. Sorry, aber nie wieder!

Hotel fully met our expectations. Visually the outside and foyer is attractive, the surrounding area less so but that can be typical of Delhi. Room was comfortable with decent facilities including a much needed fridge. WiFi was good and staff were helpful & friendly. Roof top terrace, restaurant and bar was good. Breakfast was mainly local but had enough of a range to suit western tastes. Uber was a god send

The room was not particularly clean at all and there were marks and crumbs in the bedsheets. Our safe did not work properly and we had to ask twice for it to be unlocked so we could put our valuables in it. We thought we would give this hotel a chance, however, by visiting the rooftop bar to see if we could enjoy anything about its location. We started to wonder why it took so long for our drinks to arrive only to witness one of the staff coming in with a bag of drinks from a local shop. Don't bother dialling for reception as they won't pick up. The staff are asleep on the sofa's in the lobby (which I witnessed several times as I had to leave the room to ask about the safe/aircon). Don't bother booking.

Excellent location, very clean, very nice hotel

I ready complain to Expedia about the cleanliness. Because of I had to leave the hotel 2nd day even though I have two remaining. I talk to customer service and they will update the status with in couple of days. But yet to get any response.

We stayed in an executive room, which was decent for the price and generally clean. However, the room had a strong sewer-like odor that made the stay unpleasant. The towels and sheets were old - the towels were thin, and the sheets were rough and pilling. On a positive note, the free breakfast was quite good and helped make up for some of the shortcomings. Overall, not a terrible experience, but the room condition and smell definitely need improvement.

Very clean, excellent customer services. Front room was a bit noisy as it is facing the main road, hope to get a quieter room for my next stay.

Room and whole hotel were extremely dirty. Staff could barely speak English.

Hot water comes very slow or even not, I call them three times and finally they come to fix it. There were some hair in my bed. I think they didn’t change the sheet. It’s very dirty!!!

Small room

Hotel was located on a busy street in Delhi. It wasn't quite as noisy as you might think. Room was quite outdated and repairs that done looked shoddy (bad tile grout in bathroom, incorrect size toilet seat for toilet, etc.). Breakfast was ok, reception was ok. Hotel charges for bottled water (the only time in a 3 week trip a hotel charged me). The water is undrinkable in Delhi, so you're kind of stuck unless you go buy your own.

Having only planned to stay here for one night this hotel was fine. Outside the main road was noisy and not so pretty but I knew that before I booked. In fairness to the hotel, the room benefitted from double, double glazing (yes), and any noise outside was greatly reduced inside & significantly. Nice large room, all the usual add ones including AC & fan as it was so so hot, good shower and nice hotel staff. Rooftop food and drinks available too! It is clear that the area comes to life at night and there was tons of shops, stalls, local food eateries and the odd bar! Train station & Metro probably 1000 metres away, to allow you to easily get from the airport to this area for 60 rupees fixed. For what I paid it was a good stay.

The hotel was definitely not worth the price I paid, it probably rates more as a 1 or 2 star hotel at best. You wouldn’t wanna pay more than $5-10 a night for this hotel. The photos are highly deceptive and are misrepresentative of the actual condition. I initially received a room that smelled like cigarettes and the AC wasn’t working so they promptly switched me to a different one. Unfortunately within an hour the AC stopped working and the room was filled with the smell of cigarettes again. They took some time to switch me to a different room in which the AC finally worked. The staff were very kind and accommodating at the time, however not very efficient as it took almost an hour to get a new room. In seeing the 3 different rooms however, I noticed all of them had very old amenities, some chipped/broken. There were stains on the floor and furniture. The linens smelled like bleach and a low quality detergent. Apart from the staff on my first day, the rest of the staff seemed rude and very inefficient. I asked for a bottle of water on my second day and they didn’t send it until I reminded them an hour later. On the final day they called and rudely asked me to checkout merely 5 min after the checkout time of 12PM. Then at checkout they charged me for the bottles of water (which I was entitled for free bottles per my Platinum/VIP access thru Expedia). I would not recommend it to anyone. You would much rather spend a bit more in a better hotel in a better area of the city.

The location is easy to find as it faces Paharganj road. There are plenty of local and tourist restaurants within a few minutes walk. There is a restaurant on the rooftop of the hotel, and the complimentary breakfast for guests staying is a vegetarian buffet.The windows are double glazed so you won't be bothered by outside noise.

It was a clean property but can use some work with its washrooms too small. Very noisy can use some kind of sound proofing for rooms. Staff is very helpful and well spoken over all good experience.

THE HOUSE KEEPING STAFF ARE HORRIBLE, PATHETIC, TERRIBLE AND MISERABLE. THEY ARE MORONS AND NONSENSICAL GUYS WHO REALLY DONT KNOW TO DO THEIR JOBS. BREAKFAST IS EXCELLENT. THE ROOMS ARE OUTDATED AND THE FURNITURE IS BROKEN AND SMELLS BAD ODOUR. THE FRONT DESK ARE HELPFUL GUYS. THE STAFF IN THE HOTEL HAVE TOO MUCH BAD ATTITUDES, EGOISTIC FOR NO REASONS. OVERALL IF U ARE ON A TIGHT BUDGET STAY HERE.

Clean, mozzy free and the staff were very honest and friendly. They advised us how much to pay to get to local attractions and also booked our tickets on the Shtabdi fast train to Punjab (which my family confirmed was the correct pricing). We will definitely be going back.

I had left my phone in my taxi from this hotel to Jaipur. The staff went above and beyond to help me get it back. Thanks a lot!

I stayed here 3 times during a 9 day stay as I left for various day trips. The hotel looked after our suitcases whilst we were away. The staff could not have been more helpful. Really enjoyed our stay

The staff were very friendly and helpful from the second we arrived until the second we left. They arrabged a driver from Agra to Jaipur, got us sim cards and set them up and sorted our washing out for us. Highly recommend.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL Here are 7 reasons why: 1. The street outside is DANGEROUS. People will stop you and follow you as soon as you leave the building. Very far from the sights of Delhi. 2. Another family was given access to our room and walked in while we were sleeping. When we spoke to reception about this, they said they could only apologise but could not guarantee that other guests did not have access to our room. 3. The staff are always trying to profit off guests. One member of staff came in the lift with us and tried to sell us a SIM card. They followed us to our room despite us saying no repeatedly. 4. The tours are a scam. We were offered prices triple that which is available on get-your-guide for a tour of the Taj Mahal. 5. The hotel is generally stingy with resources. Guests are only given 500ml water per day and anything else is expensive (water is not included at breakfast). 6. Upon entering the room we noticed a strong smell of urine which the staff denied (perhaps they were used to it). The room was dirty when we arrived - my feet were caked in dirt after an hour. 7. The bathroom has bad drainage. The shower is not separate from the toilet area and floods even after short showers. Very slippery and dangerous. There were regular power-cuts every day. I am confident the positive reviews on this site do not reflect the experience of most guests.

Very nice hotel near the New Delhi central station, staff is very helpful, expecially Nakim. The neighbourhood is like all central Delhi, so be aware of scammers and people who want to take you to fake tourist offices.

The actual hotel was great, cleanliness, staff and quality of hotel. But the area was not safe for tourists. This is not the hotels fault and they have 24 hr security guards, but i did feel quite trapped. You certainly cannot leave the hotel after dark and, even in the day, its difficult to walk down the street. It is best to go straight to a taxi from the hotel. They are waiting outside or the hotel can help you

We received a very friendly welcome. From the nice terrace you can watch the hustle and bustle on the street. It is not a quiet area but it is very authentic. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We could book tours (to Agrar or sightseeing in Delhi), drivers or tuk-tuks through the hotel at any time, who were also always nice and friendly. The food is delicious. We had a great stay and can only recommend the hotel. Thank you for your hospitality!

O hotel é muito bom e esta bem localizado no bairro, proximo de varias opções de comida e de ATM, o serviço foi bom e me senti bem seguro na região. O ponto fraco do hotel foi o café fa manhã, deixa muito a desejar, só co segui tomar um café e comer uma torrada. É um café voltado para indiano.
