We had a good stay at City Star hotel. The room was nice, staff was friendly and we got the best driver, Bobby, for our trip to Agra and Jaipur.

The cleanliness of the rooms has a lot to improve, dust, hair and lint in every corner, hard water covering the entire shower glass, not very clean toilets or showers, rust and sediment in shower head and sink, AC and fridge were not working, I asked for ice and I had to pay for the ice and tip the guys who went and bought it. They are servicial people but expect a bill at the end for every little thing, example: one airport transfer is included but not the parking at the airport ( that’ll show up in your check-out bill) ,water is complementary but only the tiny bottles if you ask for a bigger one will have to pay for it, is not about the money but being upfront about it.

The staff were courteous at all times, booked taxis for me and were there to help at every turn.All the staff were first class all of the time, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at city star
