Located a bit off rel. to old town, in office/residential area. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in vicinity though so not too far off. Old town is a 30-40 minute walk away. Parts of hotel is being renovated. Was given a room on 18’th floor with constant drilling echoing through the walls. After some arguing with receptionist I was given another room in already renovated part of hotel so in the end we were good. Make sure your room is on 6’th floor or below if staying in the near future. Service acceptable in the normal polish rather uninterested way. Clean and comfortable rooms, good beds. But heating seems to be erratic. Not a problem for us but two other rooms in party had malfunctioning heating in a rather cool Warsaw. Nice bar (not so well stocked). Never tried restaurant, plenty of choices for food in surroundings. Both breakfast and dinner.

Das Leonardo Hotel ist wunderschön zwischen den Wolkenkratzern von Warschau gelegen und bietet ein sehr luxuriöses und elegantes Ambiente. Die Zimmer sind tadellos sauber, geräumig und haben ein wunderbares Ambiente. Wir wohnten im fünften Stock, und alle Gemeinschaftsbereiche wie das Foyer, der Essbereich und die Lounge waren ebenfalls sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der einzige Nachteil ist das Hoteleigene Parkhaus. Die Einfahrt ist etwas umständlich, da man in der Lobby anrufen muss, um das Tor zu öffnen. Bei der Ausfahrt wird das Tor über eine Kamera geöffnet. Die Ein- und Ausfahrt ist extrem eng, was ein deutliches Problem für grosse Autos darstellt. Unser Tesla Model X war fast zu breit. Hier wäre ein Hinweis auf der Homepage sehr hilfreich gewesen.

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung. Für den gebotenen Preis ist das Zimmer nicht groß, aber zweckmäßig. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, dafür ließ sich das Fenster öffnen... Die Fahrstühle sind etwas verwirrend. Das Frühstück war ok, jedoch gab es an beiden Tagen keine Frischen Brötchen.

It would be a good hotel, but renovation work is currently in progress and knocking noises come from upstairs from 7am and I couldn’t sleep. I couldn’t switch off the bedside light because of some electrical wiring fault.

The hotel requires a complete renovation. The wallpaper in the rooms is peeling, as the paint in the bathroom. The room furnishings are worn and need replacing. The elevator is very slow. The price doesn't match the quality. For $200, you can find a much better hotel.

Unfortunately when we arrived at the hotel it was being renovated. It was a bit of a construction site in several places in the hotel. And then there was an incredible amount of noise from the craftsmen. At At 7 in the morning you were woken up by a lot of noise, and it continued until late in the afternoon. So even if you were on holiday, you couldn't sleep for long.

El hotel estaba muy bien, he estado cinco veces y está última ha sido la peor. El desayuno ha bajado mucho la calidad y tienen menos variedad, la habitación de al lado había una familia que empezaba a dar voces todas las noches a las 11 y no paraban. Lo peor de todo fue el parking, los tres días estuve esperando en la puerta del parking 20 min hasta que me abrían. La ultima de ellas llamaba al hotel y ni me cogían el teléfono, voy a recepción después de aparcar y les comento el problema y casi ni me hacen caso y ni me contestan. El hotel es normal y no creo que vuelva nunca más. La próxima vez cogeré otro hotel. Lo único bueno es los restaurantes que hay alrededor

Un giorno per 24 ore non c'è stata l'acqua calda, e nessuno della reception ha cercato di comunicare il disservizio e quando interpellati hanno risposto che non potevano fare nulla. Pessima esperienza visto che il pagamento lo hanno avuto per intero. Mi sarei aspettato un rimborso o la fornitura di un altro servizio in omaggio. Dovendo tornare a Warszava dovrò scegliere un altro hotel.

Topp renhold.Rent og pent overalt. Kjempegod frokost. Teppe på gulvet kunne vært fjernet. Litt dårlig wifi signaler innimellom. Ikke sukker til teen på rommet. Men veldig god kaffe på rommene.

Very clean and big rooms. Nice, hard bed (that’s my favorite). About twenty minutes to cultural palace for walking. Super good cleaning. Loved the big bath towels!

Les chambres rénovées sont très appréciées même si certains détails de finition sont à revoir. Le bac de douche est extrêmement glissant lorsqu’il est mouillé. Attention danger. Ce serait également bien qu’il y ait un shampoing dédié et pas un produit bas de gamme 3 en 1… Petit dej très très bon. Du choix et très savoureux. Le personnel de l’accueil est au top. Professionnel et efficace. J’aime bien cet hôtel.

Luftkonditioneringen fungerade inte i det första rummet; vi fick byta och det blev marginellt bättre. Eftersom det var mycket varmt ute (+33 vid ankomst) blev det jobbigt. Personalen var mycket vänlig och försökte hjälpa då gott det gick. Fina rum och bra frukost!

L hotel è carino, alcune camere moderne altre meno. Ho preso due camere (executive suite e junior suite). La junior che ci hannod ata era vecchia e fredda, 18.5 gradi misurati con il termometro in pieno inverno, la executive sempre freddissima, nella lobby fa piu caldo che nelle camere.

It’s so strange place… the premises itself is ok, breakfast is fine. But: why and how it can be, that the A/C in the room is not adjustable????? It’s hot and the nice girl and the reception told me, that THE WHOLE FLOOR HAS THE SAME TEMPERATURE!! And that the technician is not available at the evening/night and she also offered me to go down and get the several keys from other rooms and check by myself, if they are better and, if yes, they would change it for me. Is it a service of 4*, I wonder???? Are you serious??

Excellent all around! Upgraded to a superior room which is much nicer, with a modern design, spacious bath, and better furnishings. Fantastic front desk staff, easy access to transit, and wonderful bakeries next door. Priced a little higher than other hotels but well worth it. Highly recommend!

Bra beläget i affärsdistriktet. En nyttig promenad från gamla centrum, men kunde snabbt nås med en Uber för ca 4 €. Funktionella rena rum. Frukosten är fräsch och det finns det som förväntas. Saknade dock bacon till äggröran. Många bra restauranger i närheten.

We stayed here for our weekend during the summer. We don’t have superhigh standards, but one cay say that the online impression that it is a very luxurious hotel is definitely exagerrated. It is definitely an okay, in some aspects good, stay but not much more. Positives: - Good location. Walking distance to the city centre. - Helpfull staff. - Rooms were clean and tidy. Negatives: - Quite bad breakfast, not many options and no variation at all. In summary - a good option to stay for a weekend, but don’t have too high expectations. If you get a room for a good price, it is a recommended stay!

Great stay close to the city center. Lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood. The breakfast in the hotel is too expensive (hot lunch for 2 just outside is almost the same price). They like selling you upgrades.
