The hotel staff and service was amazing!!! Very polite and caring people. My initial room was not up to standard,i was upgraded. Total i stayed for 5 days. Next time ill be coming back to this hotel again for sure !!! The spa was amazing , the breakfast was amazing, kids love it !!!

A very nice hotel that is nicely situated near the beach and by other conveniences. There is a shopping mall right next to this hotel that has coffee shops, restaurants, a supermarket and shops. Having the hotel right next to the beach was very nice after surfing to wash off and get some food right after working up an appetite. The breakfast is amazing and is about $15 a person. The room service dining is also very good. We ordered food once because we got into the hotel after 1 am. The gym is very nice and offers treadmills, ellipticals, dumbbells and cables.

Sheraton was better than expected. Quiet hotel in a great location with Beachwalk mall next door. Great buffet offering with lovely staff who bend over backwards to help. My only complaint is that the pool is far too small for the size of this hotel. Otherwise, would return here.

The hotel is across the road from the beach. NOT on the beach or with a private beach. It’s kinda dated. The room we were in - didn’t have proper hot water for a shower or in the tub throughout our stay. The person came once to fix and said that’s the best we can do. Their room service menu is a complete disaster. No other way to say it. We ordered food - there was vomiting and all that comes with it. They however went out of their way to try and fix it. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Great food and choice of menu. The staff and service is overall is excellent. Especially the coffee shop and breakfast. When you brush your teeth or wash your face or have a shower - the water is salty. Heaven knows why. It’s an okay hotel. The Sheraton brand keeps it going - but nothing truly world class or luxurious. Well connected in Kuta and has a mall right next door. Also, some of the areas in the hotel smell like they are close to an open sewage line and stink badly. (Staircase connecting hotel to UNI GLOW & far side of swimming pool.

Honestly the property needs a renovation. I was very disappointed by the level of cleanliness and the room. We paid for a full ocean view room and we were initially given a partial. We had to explain to the staff the different room types that are described on Expedia and that we paid extra money for full ocean view. After a room change, the linen was old and the pillows had small stains. The shower floor had mould and the level of cleanliness was very poor. For the price we paid we were very disappointed.

I think the door of the next room is broken. When the guest who stay the next room closed the door, big noise was appeared. This big noise disturbed my sleeping until over 3AM. They were talking on the corridor and it also disturbed my sleep.

I loved this Hotel. I was so pleased with my room that faced the ocean. I especially enjoyed my oversized bathtub in the room. The wifi was great! The food was something else. The buffets they had were to die for! I ate more food that I have eaten at my own home. I think the food was something I highly recommend. I ate almost every meal at the Hotel, because the quality and service were awesome. I also enjoyed their infinity pool with views of the ocean. The other thing, if you like shopping this hotel is connected to the main mall, so I felt super safe and it was convenient. By far out of all the other Hotels I checked out, BEST LOCATION, BEST FOOD, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The good location also meant that it’s always crowded and noisy especially the fireworks at night which can be heard from the room. However it meant convenience staying right in the heart of Kuta and just above the mall. This is probably the main plus point. The other being the great service overall especially at the dining areas. However, the hotel is jaded and needs a renovation and update in its room. The absence of some light points resulted in the room being quite dark at night. You won’t be able to brightly light it up to read a book etc. The design of the toilet is also not particularly good as the door of the toilet cubicle is shared with the shower is designed quite badly with both sharing the same door which means that you can only close one side. But I think my main problem is with the kids club, the toilet inside is filthy and the toys are mostly broken or incomplete. The staff doesn’t seem to be bothered. I think after all, the hotel isn’t as kids friendly as they marketed themselves to be. They are hardly prepared in terms of children utensils as well. We stayed in a connecting family suite which was supposed to be garden facing but it was actually facing a square where they had a BBQ and buffet on Saturday night. I doubt we will return to the hotel again.

The dobbelbeds at Sheraton are really small, 138 cm. You have to be aware of this if you book a family room when you travel with two teens. Our room was not a five star hotel room, the facilities was very good, but the room was not what I expected from a five star hotel. We have had much better room in other hotels on Bali.

前回ははパーシャルオーシャンビューで今回はオーシャンフロントの部屋に泊まりました。オーシャンフロントは海が正面に見えますが、若干海から遠く、夜になると庭のライトアップがないため何も見えなくなってしまいます。また、隣がリネン室だったため、ドアの開け閉めや様々な音が夜中に若干気になりました。しかし、フロントからも近く部屋もとても快適でした。今回はサーフィン目的でしたが、サーフボードもクロークで丁寧に保管してくれ（部屋に持ち込むことも可能）、クロークの場所も広くサーフボードのセッティングも楽でスタッフの方も色々と手伝ってくれました。そして何よりサーフボード（ロングボード）を持っていても通路が広くビーチへのアクセスは最高です。また、直結しているショッピングモールにはスーパーもあり、果物や飲み物を買うことができます。さらに雨が降っても濡れることなく食事をしたり買い物をすることができます。僕は観光だけでなく仕事でも、そして家族や友人だけでなく、一人でも様々なホテルの宿泊経験があります。など、様々なシェラトンクタビーチはレベルの高いホテルだと思うます。　ク

Bel hôtel avec personnel très professionnel. Bien situé en bordure de plage mais route à sens unique pour y accéder donc beaucoup d’embouteillages ! Proche des restaurants et commerces. Bien pour plusieurs jours mais pas pour une seule nuit avant départ. Dommage lit double en 140cm, un peu petit. Le standing de l’hôtel aurait pu mettre des lits plus grands !

The staff at Sheraton Bali were AMAZING! The people of Bali are always friendly and welcoming but Sheraton was on another level. We travelled as a family and the staff were extra attentive to the kids. Making them balloon animals, surprising them with little treats in the room. The kids have never been happier. There are daily activities and kids club to keep the kids entertained. The attention to detail in the rooms were amazing and we will be back for sure!

**My Stay at Sheraton Kuta: A Nightmare Experience** My recent stay at Sheraton Kuta was nothing short of a nightmare, leaving me baffled at how a prestigious hotel chain, part of Marriott International, could offer such disorganized services and insufficient facilities in the thriving tourist destination of Bali. My experience began with an unbearably chaotic check-in process, where unprofessional reception staff blamed their online booking system for my downgraded room next to the elevator. Although another guest in the same room type offered a glimpse of my original booking, I chose not to make a scene, thinking my two-night stay would be manageable. Unfortunately, the reality was quite different. The room was dated, lacking modern amenities while the USB ports were a mere facade of functionality. The incessant noise from the ancient elevator kept me awake all night, leaving me astounded that an international hotel would still be using such outdated equipment. A quality stay is about comfort, and this experience was a glaring violation of that principle. As a resort, one would expect more than just basic comforts; yet, I was let down by the absence of an executive lounge and the overall mediocrity of the breakfast. The food quality was below average, and waiting over twenty minutes for my eggs—only to be reminded twice by me for their service—was frustrating. I would not recommend this place to any of my Australian friends and their families.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort. The housekeeping staff created beautiful towel art such as swans and other figures with kind messages on the bed — so amazing that we wanted to take photos to remember them! At check-in, Mr. Oka, who speaks fluent Japanese, was very kind and helpful. Every staff member we met — at the second-floor restaurant, by the pool, or even in the corridor — greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel so comfortable. This stay gave us such special memories, and we would love to stay here again when we visit Bali in the future. Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality. Fantastic stay at the Sheraton. Staff were beyond friendly and would do anything to make your stay more comfortable. So friendly and helpful. My son especially loved the animals sculpted from towels little extras like the ukulele in our room every morning after it was made up. Great access to dining and entertainment from the hotel as well. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

部屋はとてもきれいでよかった。これは仕方のないことだが、前の道が一通で毎日とても混んでいるので車で移動する時は通常の3倍の時間を想定しておいた方がいい。工事中ということもあり部屋まで行くのにエレベーターを2回乗り継いでいくのが大変だった。クリーニングを頼んだが、返ってこず連絡をしないと返ってこない。

We stayed in Kuta 6 days, and it was stormy weather 4 days. But we were still able to go out for shopping, eating, and having massage, since we could walk to the Beachwalk underroof. That was the main reason why we decided to stay in this hotel as we were travelling in the rainy season. Unlucky that we could not walk down the alleys or visited neighbor towns. This hotel provided everything we expected from the name Sheraton, nothing short. Location wise it is very good, and at the same time very bad. Right in front there is Ocean, right next to it there is a huge shopping mall. But the traffic was terrible. Most of the time, walking was faster than moving cars. Overall, I want to go back to this hotel when I can enjoy the sunny days.

Amazing friendly staff, every one was so warm and welcoming. The breakfast spread was so extensive, i think you will have to be an alien to not like something there. Every morning was slightly different. The serving staff was exceptional, i think i only remember one name i think she is Sri/Siti in the restaurant?
