The breakfast is amazing, the pool area is lovely and the staff are great. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again

Great resort, pool is awesome, Bintangs are a little more expensive but still a great place to stay. We will be back soon

Always a great stay. Staff are fantastic, close to central and lippo mall but far away enough for peace and quiet. Love being able to use sister hotel pool, gym and kids club. Happy with breakfast. Over all great stay, external building may need some TLC in the future.

Great hotel that is clean and comfortable. Close to so many attractions and the ability to utilise the resort next door and direct access to the beach is great!

We really enjoyed our stay here and found the location really good. Not right in the heart of Kuta but not far from anything. It was a little quieter which was appreciated. It was also a great surprise to find out we could also use all the facilities of Bintang resort aswell.

Hotellet og værelserne var fine og rene. Gode badeværelser med plads. Buffeten til morgen var godt varieret og havde noget for alle. Hotellet ligger op til Kuta hovedgade, hvilket betød en del støj og dyt fra gaden, hvilket var øv. Samtidighed lå vores værelse ved elevatoren så når folk kom hjem om natten var der en del larm. Men det er jo folk og ikke hotellets skyld. Det er dog dejligt, man kan benytte pool arealet på Bintang Resort, hvor der var en del mere plads og større pool, da hotellets egen pool areal er småt

Liked the location. Had a dedicated floor to non smoking. Great being able to use Ramada Bintang facilities and very shot walk from one building to another. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel should consider placing centre handrail on pool step. Would go back for another stay. Stayed 7 nights.

Room was good (great AC) and clean.( some things are showing their age like the flooring. And decking around the pool.) Staff were great. Friendly and very helpful. My main complaint was the rationing of certain breakfast foods. The fresh/specialty coffees were limited to one per Person. Bacon one per person. Butter only given if requested. The food was good but very limited in variety with repeat menu every other day it seemed. Otherwise there was still a lot of value for the cost of staying there.

部屋についてはシャワーの水がノズル以外からも出てきたこと以外は不満はない。スタッフさんは親切で、朝食も種類が豊富で良かった。周辺にモール等があって過ごしやすい。

When we checked into our family room there was a strong stench of mould, not long after we found where the mould was & notified staff. They didn’t have another room for us so had to stay in there the night before they could change us. New room wasn’t much better. Had paid for 3 weeks. While there my whole family got unwell at different times. Wouldn’t recommend. Breakfast buffet was also very average we hardly ate there

The Bintang Kuta Hotel is friendly, basic and well located. The pandemic shut-down has unfortunately had a negative impact on the condition of the hotel, simply because there weren't staff cleaning the rooms as regularly as would normally have been the case. Hopefully, as more tourists return, the property will be returned to its original condition.

Great place to stay in Kuta. Rooms were clean and tidy, quiet area of Kuta, away from the hustle and bustle of it all but still walking distance. Great little warung across the road if you don’t want to go far for food. I can see why people complain about the noise from other rooms, if you are around noisy people you can definitely hear but didn’t bother us much. We are non smokers so didn’t enjoy the smell from other rooms that were clearly smoking in their room but that is a people problem , not sure there is much the hotel can do about this when they clearly have non smoking on all the rooms. We were on level 4 interconnecting 434-435 (2 adults and 3 kids (6,8,11)) we were very happy to be on an outside view room. Breakfast staff were amazing and always looked after us, have to ask for coffee, bacon and butter (can also ask for poached eggs if you want them but there is an egg station) , nothing was too much trouble and enjoyed having a chat with us everyday which was lovely. Would definitely stay again!

I emailed them about getting transport for pickup for 70000IDR as stated on their site from the airport, and then messaged them on facebook both with no answers until after I had arrived and been there for a few days. They stated then that transport was now updated to 200 000IDR. Also on their site, it said to email them the day before but clearly that wouldnt have made a difference. It cost me not only the time, the heat from the airport, and aggravation of trying to find transport after my flight and a lot of walking around to get to immigration and baggage check, but also the high cost of 350 000IDR to get to the hotel when the most it wouldve been by Bluebird cabs wouldve been under 50 000IDR as everything has changed at the airport with no cab rank there like before. When checking in, I was told it was with breakfast and when I went down the next morning, I double checked to be told it wasnt with breakfast so I cant comment on their food. My room was really nice, good aircon, but I was woken every morning between 6am to 6.30am with whoever was in the room above me being there would stomp around every bloody morning. I did mention that to the staff hoping they might move me if possible but again, never heard back so no rest for me which is why I went. The one thing they did do was let me be there an extra hour as my flight was changed, and that was very much appreciated.

Bintang Kuta hotel is a very nice place to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful, location is very convenient. We stayed 6 nights there and it was very enjoyable.

It feels a little old, but it's comfortable.

The room was clean and nice, staff helpful. Location is perfect, on the kuta beach and lots of dining and shopping options around. Have the arrangement with Bali Bintang resort for gym. The only thing missing was balcony :).

I stayed here for 10 nights another a tour of Indonesia. I was very please with the hotel. The breakfast was great and changed things every day. My room safe was not working so I went to the front dest to report; when I got to my room there were people to changeout my safe (not repair they replaced) in 15 minuted. Amazing. The room I had was good size with a desk and great closet for travellers. Great layout.

This is our third stay and will definitely be back again. The location, size of hotel, the rooms and the pool area are just what we require. Staff are always friendly. Overall a good hotel

We stayed here for about six hours when our flight home was delayed. For the price I was really impressed with the service and facilities, as well as the room itself. The location was an easy walk to the Discovery Mall and beach. On check-out the front desk clerk was able to arrange a car to take us to the airport immediately (for a fee) so we didn’t even have to worry about getting a taxi.

This is the best hotel in Bali for us. Customer service is top notch and it is always a comfortable stay at a location convenient for us.

I stayed here for 10 nights another a tour of Indonesia. I was very please with the hotel. The breakfast was great and changed things every day. My room safe was not working so I went to the front dest to report; when I got to my room there were people to changeout my safe (not repair they replaced) in 15 minuted. Amazing. The room I had was good size with a desk and great closet for travellers. Great layout.

This is our third stay and will definitely be back again. The location, size of hotel, the rooms and the pool area are just what we require. Staff are always friendly. Overall a good hotel

The location was an easy walk to the Discovery Mall and beach. The location was good and the breakfast was delicious.

Overall the property is great ! Double room for the family awesome But The breakfast was bitterly poor. Totally local with no international choice. Biggest issues was discovering a very rotten egg in the self boil eggs after we had cooked it and we’re back at the table. Turned all our stomachs.

We always enjoy returning to Bintang Kuta hotel. A bit surprised that breakfast options were far more limited this time although the essentials like good coffees, bacon and cheese and ham omelets could be ordered specifically at no extra charge.
