Location is convenient on the north side with quick access to US 281, restaurants, shopping, and nearby attractions like Natural Bridge Caverns; many found it easy for getting around San Antonio and the River Walk. A few found the access road or driveway hard to locate.

Breakfast is commonly praised as included with good variety and options. Consistent negatives include delays or items not restocked, a broken pancake machine on some mornings, occasional weak quality, and rare reports of breakfast not being available.
