Virkelig et lækkert sted, hvor man får meget for pengene selv om stedet ikke er nyt mere, så er det pænt og velholdt. De er utroligt hjælpsomme og søde i receptionen. Vi sluttede opholdet af med massage på værelset og det var fantastisk og til ingen penge.

The hotel was not overall bad. Everyone was pretty friendly. However, the hotel itself is very rundown. The bathrooms were not really that clean, and the maintenance of the room was subpar. The pool had a light that was burnt, and they said they were going to change it and never did. Food was awful, would NOT recommend to eat there, there are plenty of options nearby that are good, or you can easily order a grab. The hotel had a shuttle that drops you off nearby. However, when we tried to request it the second day, supposedly the driver was not there. We requested it twice, once at around 11am, and the other one around 2pm. I was told the driver has not arrived to the hotel yet, but I was frustrated because why would you offer a service to then not be available. Overall Its not a bad place, but its definitely not a 5star hotel. Closer to 2.5/3stars. Having the pool outside was nice, but overall the rooms are not well maintained. They give you a little kit with insect repellent, some toothbrush etc, which was a nice touch

Great place to stay. Staff, service and villas were lovely. Breakfast was good and we got free shuttle service to the airport. Some of the wooden deck near the pool at our villa had some wear and tear and could use a changing. Other than that nothing to complain about. Would definitely recommend.

1ベッドルームヴィラに5泊しました Wi-Fiが少し弱い所を除けば、大満足！ スミニャックの中心部ですが、一本入った所なので静かにゆったり滞在できました。 食事、買い物、マッサージ、海、コンビニ、全て徒歩圏内です。 ルームマッサージもお願いできます！ 空港送迎もスムーズで、日本語が話せるドライバーアルタナさんにはとてもお世話になりました！ アルタナさんありがとう！！

We had a great stay here at Koenokoeni Villas. The location of the villas is perfect tucked away in a quite area but close enough to walk to main attractions like Seminyak square etc or a quick grab ride or scooter ride. I would love if the villas had there only buggy ride to this spot. The villas themselves are beautiful and a great size you can easily spend a day resting by the pool or reading a book. The rooms are comfortable and has all the required amenities. We will be back for sure

We loved the villa we stayed in, it was so clean and accessible. The pool and outdoor shower was our favourite. The overall layout of the villa, the friendly staff and warm welcome made our stay enjoyable. We will definately be back!

7 mins walk to the beach. Walking distance to lot of restaurants and cafes. Staff was awesome. Breakfast was amazing. Pool was sufficient size and clean well maintained.

Staying at the 3 room villa here we had the most wonderful time. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Gave us flower lei and drinks when we first arrived. Easy to work with and they helped find a way for laundry service even though they didn’t offer. Restaurant is convenient for room service and also to get a meal, right at the property. Beautiful rooms with private pool and courtyard. Kitchen with a few items and drinking water, can make coffee. Has a microwave if needed. The large bedrooms that my kids have never had the chance to sleep in before. Villa is on a small street but 5 min from the beach and since on a small street is more quiet from the bustle. If you’re looking for a villa experience in Seminyak, then I highly recommend this one.

This was truly a wonderful place. The staff was very humble and always accomodated to our needs. We came here to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday and while we went out for lunch the staff decorated our room which left my husband speechless when we came back. Our rooms were always clean and i would definitely come back again.

プールエリアや各ベッドルームは非常に手入れが行き届き快適に過ごせました。バスルーム用とプール用のバスタオルがそれぞれ豊富に用意されており有り難かったです。シャワーの水圧、お湯の出も良好でした。 室内で唯一気になったのがキッチンです。利用者が少ないためか、シンクが曇り埃が溜まっていて清潔感が感じられず残念でした。冷蔵庫の中のジュース類フリーサービスは嬉しかったです。 ロケーションは大通りから一本入ったローカルな小道の突き当たりに位置するため、天候によっては5〜10分ほど歩いてスミニャック中心部に出るのが不便と感じました(カート送迎有りのヴィラが少々羨ましくなりました)。しかしその分、街の喧騒に悩まされることなく静かに過ごすことができました。 3ベッドルームのうち1つだけWiFiが弱い部屋がありました(深夜〜早朝、毎晩その寝室だけWiFiが途切れました) プールは水深155ｍ先ほどの深さですので、浮き輪などがあれば小さいお子様も楽しめると思います。 他の宿泊者の方と顔を合わせるタイミングもなくスタッフの方との関わりも最小限で、プライバシー重視でリラックスして滞在できました。

This was our third stay and we love the staff and location. All of the staff work really hard and are super friendly…can’t be faulted and they’re one of the reasons we keep going back. However, the owners are getting complacent and need to spend some money! The bedroom furnishings have seen better days (the mould on the bedroom voile curtains is totally unacceptable) and the scrappy/stained towels need to go. The missing lock to the outside shower was also a security concern.

We really enjoyed our long weekend in a two bedroom, private pool villa. At first I was concerned as there had not been many recent reviews as Bali has been closed down in some areas due to COVID. This of course effects everyone and everything. My concern was on the upkeep of the rooms and structure during this time. It was unwarranted. The rooms were spotless. The air conditioner worked amazingly. As did water pressure. The pool was refreshing and clean. The beds were comfortable and the numerous, various pillows were generous. As for eco friendly, there are the refillable soap and bathroom products but having a refillable water fountain would have been preferable to the many plastic water bottles that were in the Villa. Albeit , you could walk up front to get your ice and water. Or even call room service. The staff were more than accommodating and very friendly. Making everything easier. They arranged for the doctor to come to Villa to get the antigen test as well as having massages in our bedroom. This was place was wonderful. That being said, make sure you know this is in a quiet part of Seminyak and not walking distance to shops and stuff. You can walk to a beach but it is not the “fun” beach. Just so you are aware. The Villa can arrange for transportation. Or you can get a Grab. This was a great and relaxing experience. I would heartily recommend for others to stay here.

This stay was so amazing from start to finish! The private pool especially was so beautiful in person and was cleaned every morning! All the staff were also so lovely and made sure to accomodate all of our requests our needs. The location was perfect too and a walking distance to popular restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

A good location, yet a tranquil area. A couple of blocks from the main boulevard. The room is comfortable and clean, and all employees are very friendly with a good smile. Our family enjoyed staying at this Villa and highly recommend it.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. The rooms were huge and clean with comfortable beds. We had a private pool which was nice and quiet. We ordered a floating breakfast- it was great with good breakfast options. I wished the room service was 24 hr service (like most hotels). The area of the hotel was nice but still a far walk to the restaurants nearby. Our overall stay was great! Will definitely be back.

プールエリアや各ベッドルームは非常に手入れが行き届き快適に過ごせました。バスルーム用とプール用のバスタオルがそれぞれ豊富に用意されており有り難かったです。シャワーの水圧、お湯の出も良好でした。 室内で唯一気になったのがキッチンです。利用者が少ないためか、シンクが曇り埃が溜まっていて清潔感が感じられず残念でした。冷蔵庫の中のジュース類フリーサービスは嬉しかったです。 ロケーションは大通りから一本入ったローカルな小道の突き当たりに位置するため、天候によっては5〜10分ほど歩いてスミニャック中心部に出るのが不便と感じました(カート送迎有りのヴィラが少々羨ましくなりました)。しかしその分、街の喧騒に悩まされることなく静かに過ごすことができました。 3ベッドルームのうち1つだけWiFiが弱い部屋がありました(深夜〜早朝、毎晩その寝室だけWiFiが途切れました) プールは水深155ｍ先ほどの深さですので、浮き輪などがあれば小さいお子様も楽しめると思います。 他の宿泊者の方と顔を合わせるタイミングもなくスタッフの方との関わりも最小限で、プライバシー重視でリラックスして滞在できました。

It has been a week since we returned home from Bali but we are still very much buzzing with excitement. We were fortunate enough to see and try many wonderful new things, but it is our apartment/villa and the hospitality from the staff at KoenoKoeni that really elevated the whole experience into a best vacation we ever had. Let us start with the staff: Everyone was incredibly kind, accommodating and patient. From our first online interaction with Tya through our ride to the villa with Ben (thanks for everything Ben) and throughout our time at the hotel, we were listened to, felt appreciated, given amazing dining advice, tour suggestions and first and foremost - given incredible service. Every breakfast at the villa was an event - there is a wide menu to choose from (ranging from 'sausage and eggs' to Indonesian breakfast faves) and it will brighten up your day and give you the necessary energy so you can take in all the beauty around you. Premises were kept impeccably clean during our stay all the while we were given ample amount of privacy and discretion. The venue was borderline magical - spacious bedroom with a beautiful tall pyramid like ceiling (a Balinese architectural staple) with several outdoor showers, an amazing pool and a small but very luscious garden. The hotel was not overall bad. Everyone was pretty friendly. However, the hotel itself is very rundown. The bathrooms were not really that clean, and the maintenance of the room was subpar. The pool had a light that was burnt, and they said they were going to change it and never did. Food was awful, would NOT recommend to eat there, there are plenty of options nearby that are good, or you can easily order a grab. The hotel had a shuttle that drops you off nearby. However, when we tried to request it the second day, supposedly the driver was not there. We requested it twice, once at around 11am, and the other one around 2pm. I was told the driver has not arrived to the hotel yet, but I was frustrated because why would you offer a service to then not be available. Overall Its not a bad place, but its definitely not a 5star hotel. Closer to 2.5/3stars. Having the pool outside was nice, but overall the rooms are not well maintained. They give you a little kit with insect repellent, some toothbrush etc, which was a nice touch

When we first arrived at the villa I ticked very poor check in experience for the review… I actually made a mistake and thought I was reviewing the airport arrival experience… I have tried to correct this but were un-able too…. We apologise for this.. But this place was amazing… the most friendly staff..they were a pleasure to see every morning.. rooms cleaned on time and every time and very clean… they always leave the room with plenty of water everyday… The gardens are beautiful and perfectly maintained rain hail or shine… Perfect location and lots of good shopping and restaurants in the area… We have stayed in many villas during our times in Bali but definitely rate this the best hands down…. Thank you to all the staff and gardeners for your awesome hospitality… see you all soon

This was truly a wonderful place. The staff was very humble and always accomodated to our needs. We came here to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday and while we went out for lunch the staff decorated our room which left my husband speechless when we came back. Our rooms were always clean and i would definitely come back again.

This was our third stay and we love the staff and location. All of the staff work really hard and are super friendly…can’t be faulted and they’re one of the reasons we keep going back. However, the owners are getting complacent and need to spend some money! The bedroom furnishings have seen better days (the mould on the bedroom voile curtains is totally unacceptable) and the scrappy/stained towels need to go. The missing lock to the outside shower was also a security concern.

This was our first trip to Bali and we couldn't fault Koenokoeni Villa. The location was perfect. An easy walk to the beach or Seminyak Village. Lovely quiet clean private villas - perfect for when you want to get away from the tooting and noise of the streets. The staff were amazing. Friendly, efficient and accommodating. We had massages at our villa everyday of our holiday. Highly recommend. Our stay was perfect.

Staying at the 3 room villa here we had the most wonderful time. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Gave us flower lei and drinks when we first arrived. Easy to work with and they helped find a way for laundry service even though they didn’t offer. Restaurant is convenient for room service and also to get a meal, right at the property. Beautiful rooms with private pool and courtyard. Kitchen with a few items and drinking water, can make coffee. Has a microwave if needed. The large bedrooms that my kids have never had the chance to sleep in before. Villa is on a small street but 5 min from the beach and since on a small street is more quiet from the bustle. If you’re looking for a villa experience in Seminyak, then I highly recommend this one.

Loved our time here. The staff were helpful and friendly and the private villa was amazing. It was an easy 10 minute walk or 2 minute scooter taxi ride into Seminyak Village. Definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our long weekend in a two bedroom, private pool villa. At first I was concerned as there had not been many recent reviews as Bali has been closed down in some areas due to COVID. This of course effects everyone and everything. My concern was on the upkeep of the rooms and structure during this time. It was unwarranted. The rooms were spotless. The air conditioner worked amazingly. As did water pressure. The pool was refreshing and clean. The beds were comfortable and the numerous, various pillows were generous. As for eco friendly, there are the refillable soap and bathroom products but having a refillable water fountain would have been preferable to the many plastic water bottles that were in the Villa. Albeit , you could walk up front to get your ice and water. Or even call room service. The staff were more than accommodating and very friendly. Making everything easier. They arranged for the doctor to come to Villa to get the antigen test as well as having massages in our bedroom. This was place was wonderful. That being said, make sure you know this is in a quiet part of Seminyak and not walking distance to shops and stuff. You can walk to a beach but it is not the “fun” beach. Just so you are aware. The Villa can arrange for transportation. Or you can get a Grab. This was a great and relaxing experience. I would heartily recommend for others to stay here.

We had a great stay here at Koenokoeni Villas. The location of the villas is perfect tucked away in a quite area but close enough to walk to main attractions like Seminyak square etc or a quick grab ride or scooter ride. I would love if the villas had there only buggy ride to this spot. The villas themselves are beautiful and a great size you can easily spend a day resting by the pool or reading a book. The rooms are comfortable and has all the required amenities. We will be back for sure

Great place to stay. Staff, service and villas were lovely. Breakfast was good and we got free shuttle service to the airport. Some of the wooden deck near the pool at our villa had some wear and tear and could use a changing. Other than that nothing to complain about. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. The rooms were huge and clean with comfortable beds. We had a private pool which was nice and quiet. We ordered a floating breakfast- it was great with good breakfast options. I wished the room service was 24 hr service (like most hotels). The area of the hotel was nice but still a far walk to the restaurants nearby. Our overall stay was great! Will definitely be back.

It has been a week since we returned home from Bali but we are still very much buzzing with excitement. We were fortunate enough to see and try many wonderful new things, but it is our apartment/villa and the hospitality from the staff at KoenoKoeni that really elevated the whole experience into a best vacation we ever had. Let us start with the staff: Everyone was incredibly kind, accommodating and patient. From our first online interaction with Tya through our ride to the villa with Ben (thanks for everything Ben) and throughout our time at the hotel, we were listened to, felt appreciated, given amazing dining advice, tour suggestions and first and foremost - given incredible service. Every breakfast at the villa was an event - there is a wide menu to choose from (ranging from 'sausage and eggs' to Indonesian breakfast faves) and it will brighten up your day and give you the necessary energy so you can take in all the beauty around you. Three very generous bedrooms and a large dining/sitting area that could be opened up to the pool. Each villa in the complex was self-contained and felt very private. Breakfasts were amazing! Good location with the beach and multiple eating options only 5 minutes walk away.

Staying at the 3 room villa here we had the most wonderful time. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Gave us flower lei and drinks when we first arrived. Easy to work with and they helped find a way for laundry service even though they didn’t offer. Restaurant is convenient for room service and also to get a meal, right at the property. Beautiful rooms with private pool and courtyard. Kitchen with a few items and drinking water, can make coffee. Has a microwave if needed. The large bedrooms that my kids have never had the chance to sleep in before. Villa is on a small street but 5 min from the beach and since on a small street is more quiet from the bustle. If you’re looking for a villa experience in Seminyak, then I highly recommend this one.

We really enjoyed our long weekend in a two bedroom, private pool villa. At first I was concerned as there had not been many recent reviews as Bali has been closed down in some areas due to COVID. This of course effects everyone and everything. My concern was on the upkeep of the rooms and structure during this time. It was unwarranted. The rooms were spotless. The air conditioner worked amazingly. As did water pressure. The pool was refreshing and clean. The beds were comfortable and the numerous, various pillows were generous. As for eco friendly, there are the refillable soap and bathroom products but having a refillable water fountain would have been preferable to the many plastic water bottles that were in the Villa. Albeit , you could walk up front to get your ice and water. Or even call room service. The staff were more than accommodating and very friendly. Making everything easier. They arranged for the doctor to come to Villa to get the antigen test as well as having massages in our bedroom. This was place was wonderful. That being said, make sure you know this is in a quiet part of Seminyak and not walking distance to shops and stuff. You can walk to a beach but it is not the “fun” beach. Just so you are aware. The Villa can arrange for transportation. Or you can get a Grab. This was a great and relaxing experience. I would heartily recommend for others to stay here.
