Lemon Tree Premier, Delhi Airport

We needed a place to rest and refresh before 4 am flight and this hotel served that purpose very well, albeit it was rather expensive for a 10 hours stay. The room and bathroom were nice, clean and rather comfortable. The room was on a smaller side yet more than good enough for a short stay. The window was on the airport side yet it was quiet. Excellent location: very close (300 m) to the shopping/dining area Worldmark and close to the airport; the hotel shuttle took around 10 minutes and costed ~$10 for both of us. A nice courtyard with a pool, but not heated.

Hotel in the Delhi airport area, well equipped and organised for short stays with transport service to and from the airport. Useful for business trips with fast connections to terminals. Nice swimming pool and facilities

It is okay for the 100$/night price point. The pool and closeness to dining options in worldmark towers is a solid plus.

A superb place to stay if you need to be close to the airport. They have complimentary transfer to the airport by car Long queue at check in. Long queue at check out with staff they had no idea of customer service Annoyingly, the hotel doesn’t allow you to drink alcohol outside by the pool area. Only allowed indoors

The staff were lovely and very helpful. I loved the swimming pool. Food options were varied and delicious. Proximity to the airport was perfect. Our room was very quiet and comfortable.

The front desk and housekeeping staff really helped us today. As we were going through the security at the airport, my daughter realized she left her laptop in the room. After several calls, Lemon Tree delivered it to us at Terminal 1. They really saved us. Also the fitness room is very good!

Modern feel hotel lobby, pool and restaurants. Guest rooms seemed older but clean. Service by staff at reception desk, door and dining room was excellent. Multiple phone calls to housekeeping were futile due to staff unable to understand my English but when I called the reception desk my issue was resolved promptly, ie more water& towels. Loved the location in Aerocity. Easy walk to Worldmark and The Square shops and restaurants. Would recommend.

Booked a king bed, non-smoking room. Pre-paid and called in advance about arrival. Were given a smoking room (that smelled terrible) at first because they were sold out, then moved to a 2 small beds room when insisted on a non-smoking room. The room wasn't clean or well-maintained. Breakfast was good.

Great hotel. Very clean. The housekeeping staff do a great job keeping the room and property very clean. Great job done by Deepak ensuring my room was always clean, comfortable and all amenities needed were in the room. The restaurant was spacious, clean and food was always delicious with great selection at meal times. The team in the restaurant were always welcoming, friendly and professional. Thanks to the food and beverage team particularly Ishwar Ojha, Khitai Chef, Surendar and Nilesh. Hotel is only 1 minute walk from Worldmark. Highly recommended place to stay the next time in aerocity Delhi.

Was very small room with dirty walls

It was ok, not very clean, bed definitely not a king. Not terrible but not how the pictures make it seem. Staff were friendly enough and overall felt safe for the most part except for what seemed to be staff wandering around the halls at all hours. Not the best smells in the hallway or room. Strange fowl smell from AC.

Humid & Damp rooms, unhelpful staff. Not worth the $

We were transiting through Delhi and wanted a place close to the airport. Lemon Tree was perfect. It is right next door to World Mark mall with its many restaurants and food court. The room was very clean and well furnished. The breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional. The front desk staff were very helpful. I have nothing negative to say about my experience at this hotel. Would strongly recommend.

Toilets are not very clean.

Rooms were very small compared to other hotels in Aerocity for the price I paid for one night stay. In the restaurant, they had hard time taking payments via international cards. Major drawback for me. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very humble and polite…

The interiors are outdated. WiFi sucks. Definitely not value for money.

Rooms were pretty small!!

The room was comfortable and not cramped but not spacious. The restaurant was good. I wanted to eat a bit earlier before heading back to the airport. At 6:30, they were not set up but they had enough in place so that I did not leave hungry. Wifi in the room was good, a consistent 11 megabits and readily accessible without complex passwords etc. There was no chilled water in my room; the fridge had been just dumped in the space, not even levelled up, so it didn’t rock, and not plugged in. An engineer came fairly quickly when I called but the fridge wasn’t capable of chilling bottles of water. After some discussion about whether I should be buying chilled water from them because their fridge did not work, they delivered bottles of chilled water. For the sum guests pay to stay here, everything should be checked to see it works correctly before guests are assigned to the room. Bottom line: would I stay here again? Probably not; I think I can get better value for money elsewhere.

Property is good. Mattress condition could be better. It was an old sagging mattress. There was no sheet between comforter, it seems like hygiene issue.

Check took so long. Had elderly parents with us who were not well and the check in took more than 15 minutes. Everything is electronic nowadays so it should be faster

It wasn't the property--it was the service. I booked and paid for a room in April for a June 19 stay, and I needed to contact staff with a question about covid testing (website said a test was required within 72h in advance of check-in) and about arranging for a ride from the airport terminal (flight arrival time 10:30pm; check-in deadline midnight) and back in morning (int'l flight departure time 7:30a). I was unable to reach anyone, via chat or phone, in advance. Absolutely no response. When I finally arrived at the front desk around 11pm, they didn't even have a room ready for me!! I had to sit in the lobby until almost midnight, without even wi-fi because wi-fi access was linked to room number, and they didn't even give me that. And no apologies or "we're sorry." Awful!!! And the front desk staff would not set up a 5:30a ride back to the airport as I sat there waiting for a room---said I had to call the desk in the morning to do that. Why?!! I left my room before 5:30a and went down to the desk: the same individuals were there as when I checked in---the ones who couldn't set me up for a ride less than 6 hours earlier. I paid $127 for a room that I used for less than six hours. Why it wasn't ready for me when I arrived is beyond comprehension. I had paid for it almost two months earlier. At midnight, a female by myself, I could not walk out the door and ask for my money back, there was nowhere to go--I had no choice but to stay. But I will NEVER stay in a Lemon Tree again.

Hotel is in Aerocity, very good location. It is clean, restaurant staff is friendly, but front desk made accounting errors both times I stayed in the hotel. Spa front desk staff is very Indian in its demeanor, when the clientele is international, learn from good hotels like Holiday Inn, Marriott, Aloft. Wifi had limitations, not disclosed during reservation.

All the staff members are very good, all the time they were checking if we need anything and their customer service is more than expected and excellent. Food is also good we liked each meal had it there. This place is just few steps away to World Mark place with lot of food options and very close to airport.

Staff was polite and kind, we arrived earlier than expected due to the farmer protests, the front desk gave complimentary early check in. Restaurant staff also gave us complimentary coffee and snacks in the afternoon and was great with our 18 month old child.

Had a wonderful stay at the property. The staff is really cordial and professional. I interacted with Nitin and Anshu from the front office and Kulbir and Ankit from concierge who ensured I had a pleasant stay. Overall really happy with the exceptional service.

very near from Delhi airport which is just 10min. Even it is the late flight, i can quickly check in and take the rest. It is recommend to stay for tourist!

Close to airport is the biggest convenience. Major city attractions are not that far, 30 to 40 min drive.

Shadab and chef deepak is very couteous with me i loved the stay specially restaurant citrus cafe chef khim made a very good pan asian food

The room was comfortable with a nice shower, lotion, tea and coffee, a fridge. I had a refreshing dip in the pool. The food in the two restaurants was good but the service was lacking, slow in one and sitting us at an unclean table for breakfast in the other. What we especially liked was we were able to stay in the room past check out time for a small fee. Much nicer than waiting in the lobby or at the airport.

Great place to stay if you have an early flight. Buffet is really great, amazing and qualified chefs checking the wonderful and yummy dishes during serving. Loved it! It has become our first choice when stopping in Delhi during our India trip.

Nice hotel and helpful staff! Noodle bar excellent and Yash the bartender and waiter was very helpful! Only downside of stay was at night as housekeeping were cleaning rooms at night around us and extremely noisey! We went out at midnight and told them they were disturbing us but it still carried on😔 Hotel as a goodwill though have offered us complimentary taxi to airport as an apology. I would stay again just will ensure to disturbance at night next time

Regarding dinner buffet, some more dishes are requested such as antipasto, fresh salada, western style dishes.

The room was very good. Very convenient if you have to go to the airport, malls and restaurants nearby. Food buffet at breakfast lunch and dinner are absolutely superb. The Staff… some nice, some rude but overall the experience was really good.
