This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, mainly due to extremely poor service and unprofessional staff. The check-in process was unnecessarily delayed and frustrating. The staff seemed confused and lacked basic knowledge of the procedure, which caused avoidable delays. Instead of a smooth and welcoming start, it turned into a stressful experience. The check-out process was no better. Again, the staff appeared untrained and unable to handle even routine procedures efficiently. It felt like there was no proper system in place, and guests are left to deal with the consequences of poor management and lack of training. Overall, the service standards are far below expectations. A hotel should ensure that its staff is well-trained to handle basic operations like check-in and check-out, but that is clearly missing here.
