Stayed 2 nights

The the breakfast on the first morning that I arrived was extremely poor. The sausages were undercooked both the bacon and the sausages were cold. The scrambled egg was disgusting. I was going to make a complaint but unfortunately I was on a strict time. I to attend a meeting and could not stay behind to talk to anybody. My other major complaints on the second morning I was there I informed reception that I was going to leave the Hotel at 5 o’clock in the morning and was told that I could book a breakfast pack which would be ready for me on my departure on the second morning. I arrived at reception at 5 o’clock in the morning expecting my breakfast parcel to be ready. I was informed that there was no parcel ready for me and that there was no way that I could be issued any food whatsoever as the chef did not arrive until 6 o’clock and the kitchen was locked. I’m extremely upset and disturbed not a pleasant way or a pleasant experience

Parking plentiful. Breakfast self-service, a good selection, hot and cold. Rooms had all that one would expect. Shower gel / handwash provided. Dog-friendly rooms available at a small premium.

Two night stay in a lovely room with an amazing view of the park. Stormy night on the first night but didn’t dampen my stay with family in the town . Staff , room and facilities just what I needed

Stayed 3 nights

The room was not cleaned during our 3 night stay although I complained. The musty smell on the 1st floor was horrid and the breakfast was a disaster. The staff had no idea about food allergens and when asked is this gluten free the response was I think so and walked off. Shocking stay.
