Comfortable bed, warm shower and a fantastic breakfast. However, there was no restaurant for food available at the hotel and there was no bar with no drinks. If you wanted a drink, you had to go into town on the tram or a taxi, which took 20 minutes. This info was on the website when booking, but if you arrive late, just be aware

Convenient parking at 20EUR for 24 hours. Train station is walkable to get to anywhere on Amsterdam conveniently and easily. Staff went above and beyond from start to finish! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam!!

Finding a hotel with parking in Amsterdam is by far the biggest challenge... finding one that has an attached garage with big parking spots is on a whole other level and deserves 5 stars for that, alone! Would recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Hotel has restaurant for extra fee (breakfast). Also has a coffee machine which is a bit overpriced. Machine does offer a a variety of coffees like espresso etc.

Lage ideal für den Besuch von Amsterdam. Garage vorhanden und Busstation direkt vor dem Hotel. In der Nacht sehr ruhig, schlafen bei offenem Fenster möglich. Sehr gutes Frühstück. MitarneiterInnen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sauberkeit Bad gut jedoch Teppich verunreinigt u. Wände im Zimmer auch (gehören dringend gereinigt). Möbel sehr abgenutzt unters Bett bitte auch nicht sehen (Stoff hing zerissen runter) no go für 4*. Kaffeekapselmaschine staubiger Deckel u. kaputt. Mehrere TV-Sender in Deutsch (ARD ZDF RTL SAT1 Kabel ZDFNeo..), Netflix.Personal sehr hilfbereit u. freundlich! Zig Rabattkarten/Discounts f. Great hotel for what we wanted, tram stop outside ideal to get into town. Lidl around the corner for a quick breakfast. Nice rooms, no hotel bar though.

Fantastic hotel. Spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent and the parking facilities are great. Just check the height of your vehicle as the garage is underground and about 1.8m linit.

Cool hotel. Directly beside a tram, but not much around the hotel. My room was really nice, but my daughter’s room had bed bugs and she had to change rooms.

This was possibly the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. The coffee in the room was divine. Loved check in/out screens. Tram stop right outside. Room surprisingly quiet despite road. Went for a lovely run in park opposite. Excellent hotel, would return.

The hotel was totally fine. I like the rooms, even if the building is really not beautiful from the outside. I stayed there for three nights. After the second night, I pressed the button for "Clean up" before leaving the room at 11 a.m. Unfortunately at 5 p.m. the room was still not cleaned. Although the hotel is only less than an hour's walk from the centre, it takes almost as long by public transport.

Overall it was a very nice stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our only big concern was the room was quite dusty. When we closed the blinds we could see thick dust coming off of them and same with the orange decorative pillows and blankets on the bed. There was also a foul smell of urine right outside our doorway when we came and went.

Not the best. Room was not as expected, wooden furniture had scratches all over it, so the furniture needs some updating. There was a stain in the pillow case. Toilet was clean but the shower gel bottle was not filled properly. Overall I don’t recommend this hotel at all. On Google Maps it was listed as a 4 star hotel, but it definitely didn’t look or feel like one.

There was a lot of dust in our room, especially on the table, mirror and cupboard. If you suffer with hayfever I would not recommend this hotel Pillows are not normal size, they are 3/4 size of normal ones (smaller), however we were able to request more. Towels are also quite small The rooms are extremely warm, AC does not do anything, they do not have fans. I went in February and it was very warm so would not recommend during the summer time as you will boil Although there is a phone in the room, for any extras you will need to go down and get everything yourself There is a tram stop right outside the hotel which is very convenient, city centre is not far at all. Location is good Curtains are not black-out, a lot of light was coming through the curtains as well as heat due to the thinness There is a comfy lounging area in the hotel with sofas and tables, and you have free access to computers. There is a drinks vending machine and a pizza vending machine We had the comfort king room which came with a shower bathtub which was great, toilet kept making a weird noise when you sit down lol Staff was friendly, easy check in

Great stay, Spacious room and bathroom, clean and tidy. Close to number 19 tram station which can take you to many museums such as Van Gogh museum. Breakfast is good. The pillow is way too soft for me, hopefully the hotel will upgrade it soon. Bed is comfortable and XO is already upgrading their mattress floor by floor when we left on 2025.9.30. Not much restaurant nearby the hotel.

Spacious clean room with spacious bathroom, The hotel is close to number 19 GVB tram station, and about 15minutes walk to Sloterdjik station. There’s not much eatery around, may be that’s why is very quiet at night. Bed is comfy but the pillows are way too soft. The hotel is upgrading all mattresses from 2025.9.29, so hopefully they upgrade the pillows as well. Breakfast is great for €18.

The room I initially stayed for two nights was very cold due to air conditioner failure. It was indeed cold to stay a room with two dimensioned windows in Amsterdam in rhe mid winter. I successfully changed the room on the 3rd day after a lengthy discussion qirh the hotel staff, then found that it was so comfortable to stay at a room with a bathtub. It is located at a very convenient place that has a tram stop just in front.

We stayed here for 2 nights in August with our 2 children in a quad room - the room was very smart and well enough equipped for us. The sound and light insulation were excellent and the aircon was quiet enough to leave on at night. The hotel is super convenient for the tram but also not far from Sloterdijk Station. Staff were very helpful and leaving luggage on the last day was no problem. Highly recommend and I wouldn't hesitate to use again!

The rooms were clean. No mold spots in the shower. The rooms were big, and the beds are comfortable. I lived on the second floor so the noise from the outside was very noticeable.

Everything is as simple. Check in and check out from machine, made the process very easy.

We arrived hotel 45 minutes, despite of room being available they did not allow early check in by 40 minutes without extra charge. Their staff told that system will not allow it. This is insane to me behaving this for a business that is in hospitality. I understand cases when room is not ready yet but this case was bizarre to me.

THE LOCATION WAS VERY INCONVENIENT. NOTHING AROUND IT. HAD TO TAKE THE TRAM 20-30 minutes to get anywhere - no amenities, staff unfriendly.

Front desk complained to us for using the app to book. Couldn’t find our reservation. TV did not work. Bed was very uncomfortable. The sink clogged. Someone fraudulently accessed our reservation and changed our name. Front desk gave attitude when we requested ice. Just an awful experience.

O Hotel é muito confortável, tem estação bem próxima para o centro histórico de Amsterdã. A recepção nos deu ótimas informações sobre o deslocamento na cidade.

I booked this hotel because the description said that they are steps away from a tram station. The station was closed but their description was not updated. When I arrived I mentioned how their lack of communication caused me significant inconvenience. Whilst they were understanding they did not make any accommodation. I asked if I can cancel my booking if I find another hotel and they said I can’t get a refund. I was also told that my message will be replied to by the manager, twice. But when I did hear back I was told that I sent my complaint to the hotel when I should send it to Hotels.com. They blamed Hotels.com for not updating the info. One of the staff thought it was funny to say that it was the “tram’s fault” for doing maintenance work. This cost me extra money and a lot of time in terms of transportation. I was told I can walk to the train station which was 8-10 minutes away. That was fine during the day but I didn’t feel safe doing that at night in a remote location. My room smelt like a sewer, I asked for this to be looked into. nothing happened the first time and no communication. They eventually changed my room and that was such a relief. The coffee machine didn’t work in the new room, but I was tired of raising issues. Friendly people who are managing a building, not a hotel and it’s guests, who want to relax and do business. Surprised they didn’t even offer a complimentary breakfast for my additional cost and inconvenience.

I really enjoy the convivence of the hotel being right on a tram stop which made it easy to get to the train station or downtown Amsterdam. Breakfast for 18 EUR was an excellent all you could eat affair with many selections to choose from. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

The front desk staff was very helpful and helped us navigate the tram system. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The beds were firm, which I prefer. The provided shower gel and body wash wasn’t very good, so bring your own. Great stay here and located in a good area.

We arrived very early after getting off a cruise ship. We knew we’d have to wait. The guy at the front desk told us there was an early check in from 10am for €5 per hour. He took our name and said he’d check for an available room. At 11am we approached him to ask of a possible early check in and he was quite passive aggressive. He clearly doesn’t work well under pressure. He then couldn’t find our reservation. At 10.40am he decided to find us a room then made us pay the whole hour. A courtesy could have been to wave that hour. Then, booking a twin room is because you want 2 beds. Separate. Their rooms have the beds pushed together. How stupid is that?

We had an amazing stay here, the staff were so friendly especially with our 5 year old daughter. She was delighted with her XO Panda keepsake. Only negative was that the tram station outside of the hotel is no longer in use which made things a little tricky but overall had a great stay and would book again.

Nice hotel, great location as it was a short walk from Sloterdijk station and if you didn't want to walk, there was a tram outside. The hotel felt safe and modern.

Transit du Québec vers une croisière au départ de Amsterdam. Très bien, propre bien situé a proximité de transport public les déjeuner étaient excellent et bien garnis. Très bonne expérience.

I've been at this property before. Generally when I have business near Westerpark. The tram 19 stops just outside, so it's very convenient to Museumplein and Leidesplein. Great staff, always willing to help!

Comfortable and clean. Great staff. The tram line out front on the maps does not exist anymore, unfortunately. About 12 minute walk to the Sloterdijk station.

We liked the position of the hotel and it was very easy to catch a tram outside the main door to the city centre. It was a quiet residential area making it quite safe

Das Hotel ist etwas außerhalb aber genau vor dem Hotel ist eine Straßenbahn Station wo du in ca. 25 Minuten in der Innenstadt bist, Flughafen ca. 50 Minuten entfernt mit dem Bus Shuttle, sehr gutes Frühstück vielfältig und immer frisch, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Nettes Hotel mit großen Zimmern, die Einrichtung ist ein bisschen veraltet, dafür ist das Badezimmer riesig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig und lecker. Man hat direkt vor dem Hoteleingang eine Straßenbahnhaltestation, somit kann man alles gut mit der Straßenbahn erreichen. leider hat das Hotel kein Restaurant und keine Hotelbar.
