Jammer dat 1 lift defect was, lang wachten. Douche en de tv in de kamer waren niet in orde. Verder een leuke kamer en de faciliteiten in het Hotel waren goed.

Reichlich Parkplätze vorhanden. Metro 800m, Bus 200m. Restaurant und Sky Lounge mit Verpflegung zu annehmbaren Preisen. Fast Food in direkter Umgebung.

Hotel propre et plutôt bien situé pour visiter Amsterdam Station de metro à 20 minutes à pied. Accueil plutôt moyen mais personnel très courtois et discret. Chambre spacieuse et propre mais matelas trop souple a mon goût. Petit déjeuner très bien. Stationnement dans le parking de l'hôtel très pratique et disponible. Petit plus qui nous a touchés, l'accompagnement d'un serveur en situation de handicap par une dame très attentive envers lui et envers les clients. Un exemple a suivre. Seul bemol, pas de gel douche fourni...dommage. Au global, un bon hotel pour petit sejour.

Eenmaal bij aankomst hadden we ingecheckt en moesten we parkeerkosten betalen staat ook vermeld maar boven op dat bedrag komt er nog een bedrag waardoor je uiteindelijk 30 euro kwijt bent aan parkeren, krijgen we een kamer toegewezen op de onderste verdieping en dan betaal ik al het bijna het dubbele van wat de kamer normaal kost dat maakt veder niet uit, komen we aan bij de kamer zien we een beschadigt bed, een ingezakt matras, vieze muur etc. Normaal douche kan niet het water word ijskoud en dan weer kokend heet. Het leek me leuk en vond het van buiten af er mooi uitzien maar naar mijn mening is het een tegenvaller en raad ik mensen aan om lekker een kamer te pakken bij van der valk voor dit bedrag.

Ronde douche midden in de kamer is leuk maar onpraktisch. Bedden waren goed kamer was schoon op tapijt na daar zaten vlekken in. Klacht dat koffie apparaat op de kamer niet werkt was na 3 uur nog niet opgelost ( na 3 keer melden) Shuttlebus naar ziggodome is aanfluiting en voor mensen slecht tebeen niet tedoen. Word op achterafplek bij coffeeshop en junks gedropt en moet dan nog minimaal 15 minuten lopen naar ziggodome en terug zelfde Eten in restaurant van hotel was goed maar aan de dure kant.(te duur voor wat je kreeg) Schoonmaak openbare ruimtes was ronduit slecht overal lag stof en viezigheid Niet al het personeel spreekt Nederlands

Gut: Personal sehr freundlich, schneller Check in / out, gute und günstige Parkplätze, gut zu erreichen per Auto, Zug nach Amsterdam City ca 15-20 min zu Fuß erreichbar, Zimmer sauber und interessantes Design / Architektur. Könnte besser sein: An manchen stellen schon etwas abgenutzt (zB Betten und Wände - aber alles sauber!). Licht in der Toilette per Bewegungsmelder beleuchtet das ganze Zimmer - doof falls sie nachts mal jemand nutzen muss und der andere 2 m daneben schläft. Betten sehr weich und Matratzen rutschen auseinander. Die gläserne Dusche in der Mitte des Zimmers ist cool, aber man sollte bedenken, mit wem man das Zimmer teilt ;-) Fazit: Super für einen Amsterdam Besuch, wenn man Außerhalb übernachten möchte. Würde ich bei dem Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis wieder buchen.

Ongeïnteresseerd personeel. Enorm vieze douche cabine, veel kalk en sporen op de ruiten van de cabine. Lag nog een natte handdoek in de douche. Overal stof, op de wasbak, hoofdbord van het bed en andere meubels. Nadien had personeel geen tegemoetkoming hiervoor

The shower pod is literally in the room you sleep in at the bottom of the bed. I had no idea this was the case when booking as I’ve never known anything like it! There is zero privacy! The reception staff aren’t very friendly and the service overall is just lacking what you would normally expect from a 4 star hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this place nor would I stay here again! I stayed as I thought it was close to the stadium for a concert but there are better places you could stay closer to the venue.

We really enjoyed our stay. Abit far from the train station, however that’s our fault. However the room was far too hot, and got uncomfortable. However the bed was like sleeping on a big cushion, absolutely lovely.

The room design makes no sense. There is a glass shower that’s fully exposed to the rest of the room. No privacy while you shower if you are sharing the room with another person. Also, it was quite cramped. The toilet was behind a thin plastic divider that didn’t close tightly so again, zero privacy while you are in there. It was also cramped like an airplane toilet.

In the middle on nowhere, staff were not informative, opened the door while I was showering at 10am. Saw a small bed bug looking insect near sink

First, the hotel gave us the room that had been occupied. We entered a room with guests already settling in. Then the next day, someone suddenly broke into our room while we were still in the bed. For these two times, luckily, there was nobody taking shower in the transparent shower tube. But I find the hotel had the poor management so that customers’ privacy is harmed. Second, the hotel is nice but sad that the maintenance is minimal. The sink in the hotel is clogged. Third, the exit parking bar doesn’t lift up by itself. Many cars got trapped so I had to call the receptionist to open the bar. I really hope the feedback will help the hotel to realize what need to improve. It is a pity that such a nice hotel (from outside and inside) hasn’t been taken good care of.

Mala experiencia teniendo altas espectativas en este hotel, nuestro vuelo se retrasó y por ende llegamos un día más tarde, al llegar nos dicen que está cancelada nuestra reserva. 2 horas discutiendo (con suerte hablan inglés y nosotros también) para hacerles entender que nos estaban dejando en la calle a las 12 de la noche y no les importaba, aseo pésimo mucho que desear el servicio de mucama, la cama solo la estiraron y mal, a todo esto las camas no son buenas, es un colchón muy delgado sobre una base. El bar la atención colápsada con pocas personas, no me imagino si estuviera lleno, más de 45 minutos para pedir solo 2 cervezas, una señora muy amable (debe ser la administradora, corrió para atendernos ya que vio que estaba colapsado el sistema y veía cómo se iba algunas personas molestas porque nunca se les atendió. Servicio recepción diurno malo, es como si te trataran mal, no entienden que uno de idioma español intenta comunicarse para que entiendan lo que uno quiere. Un desastre. Desayuno espectacular es lo único que rescatamos. Si quieres ir al centro de Amsterdam no lo recomiendo queda lejos a menos que rentes un auto para la estadía. En resumen no lo recomiendo.

Desayuno espectacular es lo único que rescatamos. Si quieres ir al centro de Amsterdam no lo recomiendo queda lejos a menos que rentes un auto para la estadía. En resumen no lo recomiendo.

The entire property needs a complete overhaul, which includes the members of staff (apart from the two that were working in the bar on my first night). GOrdon Ramsey needs to go in and give them a shake up. Under trained, rude and not customer focused. I only stayed there because of the location next to the hospital. Never again!

We komen een uur te vroeg om in te checken maar de kamers zijn klaar. Moeten wel €15 bijbetalen. Belachelijk. Zijn ‘s-avonds naar theater Carré geweest. Direct een taxi genomen naar het hotel. Om half elf aangekomen was de bar dicht. In het restaurant konden we nog snel een drankje bestellen maar daar ging de kassa ook al dicht. Ons werd verzocht zo snel mogelijk weer weg te gaan. Dus een gezellige avond even gezellig in het hotel afsluiten was ons niet gegund. Nooit meegemaakt. Slecht. Gaan nooit meer naar een Fletcher hotel hebben we besloten.

We really enjoyed our stay. Abit far from the train station, however that’s our fault. However the room was far too hot, and got uncomfortable. However the bed was like sleeping on a big cushion, absolutely lovely.

Das Hotel ist alles in allem OK. Nettes Design von aussen, Ausblick auch ganz schön, und die Zimmer waren ungewöhnlich (z.B. Dusche in der Mitte, Riesenbullauge als Fenster) Es ist zwar etwas abseits vom Stadtkern (c.a. 8km), aber innerhalb weniger Fuss-Minuten erreicht man eine(n) U-Bahn-/S-Bahnhof/Metro - mit der man in 15 Minuten in der Amsterdam-Innenstadt ankommt. In nur 5 Minuten Entfernung ist ein "See" wo man spaziergehen kann. Alternative (neben Hotelrestaurant) Speisemöglichkeiten sind auch sehr nah: u.a. KFC, Burger King, BBQ, ... Kameragesicherte Parkmöglichkieten vorhanden. Minuspunkte für: - Seifenspender ging nicht, gemeldet, es kam aber niemand (aber da wir nur 3 Nächte dort waren haben wir halt das kostenlose Badeschampoo als Ersatz genommen) - Wollte einen Absacker in der Bar drinken, habe dort dann 25 Minuten gesessen und darauf gewartet meine Bestellung abgeben zu können, kam aber niemand. Daraufhin bin ich gegangen. Da der Mojito allerdings anscheinend 13 Euro gekostet hätte (hatte meine Lesebrille nicht dabei...) war der Abschiedsschmerz nicht zu gross und ich habe viel Geld gespart (da ich die nä. Tage wiedergekommen wäre) - Aussichtplattform ganz oben könnte etwas gepflegter sein. Viele Zigarettenstummel, volle Aschenbecher, und die Pflanzen verdörrt.

Gut: Personal sehr freundlich, schneller Check in / out, gute und günstige Parkplätze, gut zu erreichen per Auto, Zug nach Amsterdam City ca 15-20 min zu Fuß erreichbar, Zimmer sauber und interessantes Design / Architektur. Könnte besser sein: An manchen stellen schon etwas abgenutzt (zB Betten und Wände - aber alles sauber!). Licht in der Toilette per Bewegungsmelder beleuchtet das ganze Zimmer - doof falls sie nachts mal jemand nutzen muss und der andere 2 m daneben schläft. Betten sehr weich und Matratzen rutschen auseinander. Die gläserne Dusche in der Mitte des Zimmers ist cool, aber man sollte bedenken, mit wem man das Zimmer teilt ;-) Fazit: Super für einen Amsterdam Besuch, wenn man Außerhalb übernachten möchte. Würde ich bei dem Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis wieder buchen.

Unique style of property and 15 minutes walk to the train or Metro into Amsterdam. Supposed to light up blue along with the surrounding balls but still waiting. Even when I asked the staff all I got was that they were supposed to come on!!! The little food you got in the sky restaurant was very expensive, so only tried it out once I’m afraid but it was lovely. Overlooking a Motorway, Building site/demolition and car sales garages.

Sehr sauberes Hotel, direkt an der Autobahn (kein dadurch störender Lärm). Frühstück: große Auswahl, sehr empfehlenswert. Zimmer sauber. Personal sehr freundlich. Parken wurde nicht berechnet. Reichlich Parkplätze vorhanden. Metro 800m, Bus 200m. Restaurant und Sky Lounge mit Verpflegung zu annehmbaren Preisen. Fast Food in direkter Umgebung.
