Very clean everywhere. Lots of parking. Swimming pool. Breakfast. Tim's right next door any several other services nearby. Only negative were pillows and mattress but that is a subjective opinion.

Management and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, there was lots of free (and safe) parking, the hotel has a little convenience store available 24/7, an indoor pool, rooms included a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker and the free daily breakfast (6am-10am) was an added bonus. The hotel is close to a ton of amenities. Our room pricing was extremely affordable and we throughly enjoyed our stay while on our little family vacation:) Thanks for helping make my granddaughters first big trip a great one!

Great hotel would definitely recommend and stay again. Big rooms a d beds, a gym and pool. Breakfast was good, and coffee 24/7 . All good

Breakfast was bland. Did replenish when need to be. Felt safe parking. So staff members when cranky and did respond appropriately at time. One elevator was down the whole time and the other didn't always work. Staff told us and other we wrong when informed them.

Heated pool my kids and I loved we will be staying there again!

We arrived well into the evening and the parking lot had not been plowed at all. Even the check in area was so deep with snow we got stuck. When I went in to check in and say I got stuck, the front desk person said they were waiting for plows. I said do it the old fashioned way person someone gets killed. Get a shovel out and at least clear check in. It was not cleared out before we went to bed and when we got up in the morning, they had buried every car who parked where we were told to. The breakfast and hotel was run like a prison, front door locked in the freezing cold, waiting to be buzzed in. At breakfast we had to show vouchers to get the breakfast included with our stay. Like how dangerous is the hotel that it is locked down and you have a rampant problem with people walking in off the street to eat. Even after showing our vouchers, the woman working there followed us around and questioned every item we selected. Asking my daughter (17) what she was doing when preparing waffles. We are regular travellers and this is standard fare at breakfast anywhere. The sign outside our room was broken and being held up by two pieces of green masking tape. And when we arrived at our room another employee was knocking on the door to give us the toothbrushes we asked for??? We wondered if our room was already occupied. It was the weirdest stay I have ever been a part of. Breakfast is basic, rooms tolerable and generally clean for low price but not worth the uncomfortable ick!

This was the best hotel stay I've experienced in a long time. Impeccable cleanliness. Room service every day with fresh towels - heaven! Expansive breakfast buffet that was constantly maintained. Friendly staff and easy check in. I couldn't be happier with my stay. I will definitely be back!

The staff at this hotel was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.

Had a great 1 night stay. Staff was friendly when checkin in and out, the room was clean (a little dated, but clean), the bed was comfortable, and there was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The hotel accommodated my requests to be at the end of the hall away from people, and overall it was quiet. The room included a continental breakfast which was beyond my expectations. Not only did it included your standard continental items like muffins, bagels, fruit, yogurt, and cereal, but there was scrambled eggs and ham, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, and a waffle station - Lot's of breakfast options which were constantly being monitored and refilled by staff.

Extremely nice rooms at a great price

The room appeared to be recently updated. It was clean and modern. The gym facilities were clean and had everything needed to do a quick workout. The free breakfast was good.

The room 508 smelled like a dirty Sewer. The Air conditioner sounded like a muffler that was going to fall off on a car. I had to turn the ac on to minimize the noise. The people in the room next door started playing loud music out of no where at 4am which I contacted the front desk about it as well. Breakfast and parking were the only good things that I experienced.

The beds were really noisy. I asked them a couple of times to change the room, but they were reluctant and said we were full! It was really disappointing. I could not sleep all nights!

The beds were comfortable and the room spacious. Everything was clean and the room was very quiet. The breakfast was more elaborate than I had experienced in a while.

I’m surprised this is a Hampton Inn/Hilton property when it is run like a 2star motel. Had a terrible check in experience. My flight was late and come in around 11:30pm to find the doors were locked with nobody at the front counter. I knocked and called their number continuously for nearly half an hour before the front counter person showed up weary eyed. Didn’t even have the decency to apologize but made excuse of being only one at the property. The next day wanted to put in a complaint to the manager and the person instead of acknowledging my terrible experience, told me to send an email to complain. They’re a plenty of better options around. Never making the mistake to book this location.

This property was meticulously maintained, so clean, quiet. Always saw staff around and they were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were so sweet with my daughter helping her make the red velvet waffles so she could eat before her cheer competition. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Best service I’ve gotten at a hotel by far. Truly nice staff and cleanly rooms.

It was difficult to find. More signs around the corner of the intersection prior denoting turn coming up for the hotel would be very helpful. GPS cuts out around there so signs would be very helpful. And, another GPS led us to the back road behind the shopping strip that looked so desolate at night so we ended up being lost around the area for a long time.

Close proximity to the airport. Good pricing. Clean. Would recommend

Convenient location

The hotel was perfect! The room was big, clean, comfy bed, good gym and pool and the best breakfast. Loved their scramble eggs cause they actually taste good, normally eggs on hotels always so slobby but the eggs here where perfect. They had waffles , fruit etc We only stayed one night cause we where leavin for Jamaica the day after. The surroundings had what we needed for a short time stay. Pharmacy, supermarket, Indian food and pizza.

If you have a car and plan to drive 25-30 minutes to get to downtown Toronto I think it will be hard to find a better option. I had to decide whether I would pay a bunch of money to stay downtown or find the nicest hotel i could under my budget which I believe i did. I called a hotel before this one and i could tell by the person on the phone i didn't want to stay there. When I called here, the receptionist was eager to help. This hotel is clean and comfortable and all of the staff are amazingly friendly. Our room was nothing to write home about but there is absolutely nothing I could complain about. There was plenty of space in the room and bathroom for a family of four to do everything we needed. The tv was a nice size with plenty of channels. Breakfast was also very decent and we filled up before we left every morning without a problem. Finding a hotel in this area can be overwhelming but I recommend this one.

The hotel itself was very clean and easily accessible. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast available from 6am to 9am and there were multiple options to choose from. Location was not the best as there was not too much close by unless you have a car but therr is Public transport available, we found Uber to be the best option to get around. Kid friendly hotel and there is a small pool that was very quiet and they have a fitness room too. Overall a great stay and i would definitely stay again. Thank you Hampton Inn for a great stay.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent and different every day of our 3 day stay. The rooms were clean and the free coffee was delicious. We stayed here to visit Canada’s wonderland. It was close enough and a nice stay. The pool was lovely and warm.
