Park Inn by Radisson Brampton, ON

Elevator was out of order.

The worse hotel ever been , NOT ELEVATOR, we have to take stairs to 4th level , breakfast only orange juice and coffee nothing else Do not book in this hotel , worse if the worse

No parking because they share with banquet hall. Had to park very far too walk into hotel. They took our towels and didn't return them. When asked to bring towels at night to room they said only only receptionist is working and they can't leave the front desk. When visiting downstairs receptionist to get towels, she was on phone sitting in guest section relaxing. Not worth $1000 for 3 days.

Check in was fine. Assigned a room on the third floor and then was told the elevator was not in service. It was never repaired during our two night stay. The room was generally clean but very well used - modern in appearance but not well maintained

No parking was available, noisy high traffic area the room was not clean, there was literally a makeup stain greasy face print on our door, looking out the peephole. The plumbing under the sink was exposed copper pipes and the toilet seat was very loose

ELEVATOR OUT OF SERVICE, was offered 4th floor room. I was given wrong type of room. I paid for 2 queen beds and was given a king bed with a fold out mattress. broken lamps, stained carpet floors and couches. rooms had a lot of damage. the hotel looked 30 years old with the amount of damage and poor design, i found out the hotel is only 3 years old but looks well over 20 years old inside. Bathroom door was unable to open fully due to toilet being too close to entrance, toilet was loose from the floor. Desk and counter tops where scuffed up like they where taken from a trash bin. AC did not work properly, some doors i noticed had piano hinges instead of proper door hinges. The breakfast had MOULDY BREAD for toast and soft stale cereal in dispensers. STAFF IGNORED MY CONCERNS. i overheard a customer say that they have been living there for weeks as I also noticed that the hotel seemed to be a residence for some customers using rooms on higher level floors as a home, since the elevator was broken. This is no regular hotel far from a RADISSON standard. Zero level of security. WISH I COULD GET A REFUND.

Stayed here a few weeks back for 1 night. Hotel was very modern and up to date. On arrival, receptionist apologized to let us know that the elevator wasn’t working, but immediately let us know that there was someone to bring up our luggage. Was not a big deal for us, but for someone with mobility issues that may have been difficult. Room was extremely spacious and clean, but many questionable stains all over carpet. Parking was okay, except there seemed to have been a wedding at the hall next to the hotel, which led the hotel parking lot to be full when we got back. Breakfast was included, nothing fancy (toast, bagels, coffee, orange juice). Would stay here again:)

I like the property but recently the services have gone down hill. I like to stay here as i have lot of dine in options. The lift was not working and the front desk put me to 4th floor. I would have expected little better option. The breakfast was a joke. Ask for everything even juice or bread. Also TV was not working. The girl came to fix but i dont think she resolved it.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Lack of cleanliness. Bad smelling room and washroom. Dirty bedding with stains and hairs

Disgusting and smells like someone died. The first room I got was disgusting with stains and bugs on the bed. Second room had a horrible smell. Please refrain from visiting this hotel. Pay the extra $100/$200 and stay somewhere cleaner

Need to update the washrooms and everything and please check on the cleaners they r not cleaning my washroom was terrible and the noise from the outside windows ooh my god wakes me up in the mid of the night some guys are stunt driving and making donuts and raving their cars need to focus on these things not a great experience i hope next time you guys fix it up so i can book you guys up next time thank you

Washroom was stinking. Nightstand was not working .

Lots of Reno’s needed. Mold by the tub in my room. Paper thin towels… wall paper coming off at multiple spots. AC very loud. If I hadn’t have pre paid my room I would have gone elsewhere. Large banquet hall in the same parking lot, noise and questionable characters outside. Lots of better options in sure. Chalk this one up to live and learn.

The suites are not properly heated and require a thorough deep cleaning Sofa chairs are filthy and stained. While the showers have mold developing and are very visible on the shower grout and sealer strips Staff is courteous but the diminishing condition of the hotel is a turn off. Under new management it seems

Absolutely disgusting and dirty. Dirty shower, bathroom, sheets, bad smell. And it still was expensive. Splurge a little more and go elsewhere.

The room had a damp musty smell as soon as you entered and the carpet was moist as well. Everything had a heavy lingering smell. Area was visibly dirty. Worst of all, the fire alarm went off at 330 am and there was no clear communication or direction given. Horrible experience

The TV did not work and took 45 minutes to fix. One light was burned out, one was dim and flickering, minimum towels and pillows, no coffee cups in room, and no ironing board. It was clean. Large room and comfotable mattress

Hmm, where to start. My first night was a disaster. The level of street noise that permeated through the windows was incredible., it was like trying to sleep at a dragstrip. Next, other hotel guests were incredibly loud, complaints to management resulted in a room move the following day. The following day I charged rooms to the other side of the hotel, the noise level from the street was about the same, the mini fridge was useless as it was a solid block of ice, again, reported to management, again no action. Breakfast.....Laughable. The people come across as nice, but their do nothing attitude customer service leave a person really not wanting to stay a such a place

Upon getting to the hotel & my room, realized that the whole floor was under construction / remodeling. No notification when I booked the room, or when I checked in at front desk. The halls smelled of paint stripper and was quite unpleasant. Asked to move rooms, but was told it wasn't an option. Given I checked in and the parking lot was 80% empty...was hard to believe. In general the rooms are clean, but cold & sterile. Hard beds. 2 small pillows on a king bed, 2 bath towels and no other towels (ie. face cloths, hand towels, etc.) and the adjoining room has tile under the door, to could hear every word the neighbours next door were saying all night. Won't be back.

Clean room, However, no face cloth after first day. Had to go ask for it at the front desk. Very poor WIFI reception in the room. No coffee machine at breakfast. Just instant coffee to add hot water.

Air conditioner was loud, breakfast pretty poor with no coffee, bathroom had no fan and a large grate by the toilet, not enough pillows and they were pretty flat, and towels were really small. Also TV is based just on Roku, and buffered like every 2 minutes. It looks like they have just given up.

There is a wedding venue 50 meters across the parking lot that was very loud both nights until about midnight. Not the hotels fault but a factor in booking. Room was nice for the price.

Room was not clean properly and I had to wait on reception for good 12-20 minutes to check in because no one was on desk. After calling 3 times finally someone came.

After spending 2 days in airports, we needed a place to sleep and shower. We were able to check-in at 3:30am and negotiated a later check-out that was more than reasonable! Staff was courteous and pleasant, the beds were so comfortable, and the shower was heavenly! Easily booked online and simple check-in/check-out.

The manager refused to refund 9 rooms for our non profit community organization when our competition was cancelled because of extreme weather conditions. He was rude and arrogant. His lack of understanding for the situation was frustrating and incredibly insulting.

I had a excellent experience with park inn by radisson! Staff was so nice though 💕

by mistake a piece of just a decorated stuff was broken by me at entrance and i paid for it but the guy on reception threatend me and was so rude no a good place to visit

Very nice polite staff. They treated us with care and respect. The bathroom had all my family needed for our 1 night stay.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Quiet hotel with a gym and clean rooms. Perfect for business trips.

This hotel is very quiet and everything organized! The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the guy (sorry I don't remember his name but he was there on weekends) who was very professional and friendly at all times, with a smile and good energy!!! highly recommended we will return

Very kind staff. Helped me get a room at the last minute and was able to change the bed type upon check in. They were very helpful. They recommended great food in walking distance and tips for getting around Toronto. The room was peaceful and quiet. I couldn't hear other quests. It has a nice clean appearance and pleasant smell.

Had a good experience at the parking inn hotel , everything was good but the AC temperature was little bit high and also not able to set temperature because it was central AC.

Relatively close to the airport, less than 15 minutes away, also pretty reasonable compared to other places

Stayed there for 3 days and was not impressed with this hotel. The free breakfast was pathetically stocked, 3/4 of the hot beverage machine did not work, the vending machines did not work, the TV did not work for the entire stay. Rooms were not cleaned and had to go ask for things like toiletries and towels. Not to mention the large stain on the corner chair. Would not stay there again.

Breakfast was a piece of bread and cereal. Coffee machine was broken and the tv in the room did not work.

If it hadn’t been for breakfast which was bread cereal horrible coffee expired yogurt ants on floor it would been a perfect 10

Good Location. !st room was not ready, only 2 pillows no ice bucket. could hear next room through adjoining door and smell strong odor of pot. Got second room on another floor. 1st night great second night we put a towel under the door to block the smell of pot. Breakfast, no milk or cream for cereal or coffee. Plain bagels and white bread. tea or instant coffee with hot water only. Best service by young lady at the front desk - she was exceptional .

There was nothing to eat at the Continental breakfast, no coffee/tea, not working, we had to ask for towels, soap, toilet paper.

Tv didn't work but they resolved that, bulb missing in bedside lamp, she also resolved that. Went to get breakfast and their was corn flakes, no milk and tea. Hopefully i get my 100 deposit back as some reviews say they didn't

The agent who checked us in was superb. But we couldnt get the ac temp in the room to change. Stayed at 68* and was plenty cold. Breakfast the next morning was possibly the worst continental I've ever had; coffee, juice, milk, corn flakes, bagels. There was just 4 little.packets of peanut butter (which we don't care for) and the remains of a block of butter still in the paper. It had been scraped over and dug in by who knows who. I asked for more and no sorry thats all they had but she gave me the last 2 packets of cream cheese she found. Wow you're right in the city and cant restock your breakfast bar?! Don't stay here for breakfast.
