Overall, it was a good stay. Brittany at the front desk was really helpful and very pleasant. I don’t want this whole review to be negative, but there were a lot of things that fell short for us. The parking situation is less than desirable. I knew it was a few blocks away, but it is literally more than a 20 minute walk. It makes it very challenging if you left something in the car or if it’s raining. Breakfast was just OK. The fruit was not ripe and it was a lot of bread and pastries. So we just had coffee. The room was nothing like what we expected from the pictures online. Our room was on the first floor by the main door entrance. We were woken up several times in the middle of the night by people going up and down the stairs at all hours. And the roosters started before 4 AM. So there wasn’t a lot of rest that happened on our getaway. The pool area was nice. But it’s not really a pool. It’s more of a hot tub and we had no idea how to turn it on. We finally figured it out after being out there for about an hour. Also, read the fine print. I chose this place because of the pricing and when we showed up, there was a $40 resort fee added on top. Not sure what that’s for. We had our own bikes and I don’t really understand the added fee. None of this should reflect on Brittany as she was wonderful. The room was really clean but much smaller than expected. We were also under the impression we would have a private porch. We did not. There’s a porch around the house.

Lovely place but I’d choose room #5 for the quiet. We were in #6 - and there was a sitting area right outside our window where our early morning risers upstairs neighbors would sit and watch videos on their devices and talk and laugh loudly. The breakfast is ‘Hampton inn’ quality - a little bit of fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs and breads and pastries only. The little pool was lovely! They had bikes to rent which was fun!

Nice place to stay on the quiet end of Duval. Clean, small room. Cute small pool area with a small pool. Nice office and complimentary breakfast area. Side street entrance with no parking. Parking says 3 blocks away but its really like 6 or 7.

It is a very good place to stay. The place is close to the main street and essentially you can walk to the best places in town. The parking was my main concern before going to the place, but after the checking-in process, the lady offered me a parking spot like 3 block away which was included in the package. Additionally you can park in front of the place if you find a parking spot. The staff is very sweet, specially the woman behind the desk.

We stayed in the Havana suite. Our only issue is how small the shower was. I'm pretty slim and I had to literally open the door and step out to reach my legs to wash or I'd hit my head. Other than that, pretty clean and very quite.

Room was very small and shower was tiny. Room was clean and the AC worked great. Breakfast was ok. same thing every morning, no variation. Only protein was boiled eggs, only flavour of yogurt was peach. Coffee was good and strong. Breakfast really needs to be upgraded. Great location.

This location was perfect! So close to the fun and activities of Duvall St. but tucked away enough to be quiet when ready for sleep or down time. The staff was pleasant and helpful in making recommendations. The room and grounds were nice and clean. Parking is off site, but not inconvenient as you can walk everywhere, including the Southernmost Point Bouy. We will be staying again!!!

The location is really great. While all tourist attractions are in walkable distance, the accommodation is still located in a quite neighborhood. We had a large and clean room. The only downside is the considerable below average breakfast.

I was asked to go to a nearby hotel to check in after 6pm. The check in was…weird. I was reprimanded 7 times that the hotel payment was blocked by my bank account and how I needed to contact my bank when travelling in different states in the future. It was condescending and unnecessary honestly. Apart from this, the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was in an excellent place and allowed us to explore everywhere in Key West easily.

Tried by message and by phone several times the last days before checkin to inform that we would arrive late, after their stated 6pm close of reception. No feedback on message and no answer ny phone. In the end we did not make the drive all the way to key west, as we was not sure we would be able to checkin.

I was asked to go to a nearby hotel to check in after 6pm. The check in was…weird. I was reprimanded 7 times that the hotel payment was blocked by my bank account and how I needed to contact my bank when travelling in different states in the future. It was condescending and unnecessary honestly. Apart from this, the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was in an excellent place and allowed us to explore everywhere in Key West easily.

This location was perfect! So close to the fun and activities of Duvall St. but tucked away enough to be quiet when ready for sleep or down time. The staff was pleasant and helpful in making recommendations. The room and grounds were nice and clean. Parking is off site, but not inconvenient as you can walk everywhere, including the Southernmost Point Bouy. We will be staying again!!!

Seascape Tropical Inn was a great choice. Close to everything. It could get a little noisy with local partying, but i do recommend it.

Overall, it was a good stay. Brittany at the front desk was really helpful and very pleasant. I don’t want this whole review to be negative, but there were a lot of things that fell short for us. The parking situation is less than desirable. I knew it was a few blocks away, but it is literally more than a 20 minute walk. It makes it very challenging if you left something in the car or if it’s raining. Breakfast was just OK. The fruit was not ripe and it was a lot of bread and pastries. So we just had coffee. The room was nothing like what we expected from the pictures online. Our room was on the first floor by the main door entrance. We were woken up several times in the middle of the night by people going up and down the stairs at all hours. And the roosters started before 4 AM. So there wasn’t a lot of rest that happened on our getaway. The pool area was nice. But it’s not really a pool. It’s more of a hot tub and we had no idea how to turn it on. We finally figured it out after being out there for about an hour. Also, read the fine print. I chose this place because of the pricing and when we showed up, there was a $40 resort fee added on top. Not sure what that’s for. We had our own bikes and I don’t really understand the added fee. None of this should reflect on Brittany as she was wonderful. The room was really clean but much smaller than expected. We were also under the impression we would have a private porch. We did not. There’s a porch around the house.

My first Bed and Breakfast and it set a hugh standard. We stayed 2 nights in Rm 1 and it was very comfortable. The breakfast is grab and go style and there was a sweet kitty what greeted us everytime we got back. Parking is a few blocks but we were able to easily drop off and load up befire parking. Definitely near the good stuff on Duvall but very quiet area. We came during Spring Break when it was high season. Loved the Elemis bath assesories very nice touch. Would stay again for sure.

Room was very small and shower was tiny. Room was clean and the AC worked great. Breakfast was ok. same thing every morning, no variation. Only protein was boiled eggs, only flavour of yogurt was peach. Coffee was good and strong. Breakfast really needs to be upgraded. Great location.

Lovely place but I’d choose room #5 for the quiet. We were in #6 - and there was a sitting area right outside our window where our early morning risers upstairs neighbors would sit and watch videos on their devices and talk and laugh loudly. The breakfast is ‘Hampton inn’ quality - a little bit of fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs and breads and pastries only. The little pool was lovely! They had bikes to rent which was fun!

The location is really great. While all tourist attractions are in walkable distance, the accommodation is still located in a quite neighborhood. We had a large and clean room. The only downside is the considerable below average breakfast.

We had a great time staying at The Seascape Tropical Inn. The location couldn’t have been better—everything in Key West was just a short walk or bike ride away. The staff made us feel welcome and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Key West!

So long as you either don't need parking or you're okay with the lot being a 10min walk this is an excellent hotel. Cute, well kept, at an exceptional location. It's less than a block off Duval street, so its not too noisy yet convenient. We would stay here again.
