the property was clean. The pool was fair but had no pool towels as stated. The rooms had an ice bucket but no glasses for water. The breakfast was fair but need to add more staff had to wait for food to be replenished and line was long.

We had a great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was great. The hotel is in a very nice area. We especially enjoyed walking our dog on the path surrounding the property.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We were there for our daughter’s soccer tournament and the room was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. Property was in excellent condition with a great view of the river. There was a really cool fire pit outside the fence by the pool. They also served the best breakfast I’ve ever had a hotel! We will definitely stay here again for future trips!

The only issue we had was getting locked out by the pool. Because this is a “shared” pool with the hotel next door our card didn’t work to get back in.

Love looking out at the lake, with its Canada geese & various ducks. Breakfast is invariably great; and the staff is friendly and helpful. They're being remodeled from the top down, so maybe my next visit I will have a room with all-new carpet, furniture, and art!

The place was clean. Well kept in main areas. The bathroom was a little run down. The bathroom light didn’t work in the shower. The outlet in our bathroom was off. I tried to plug in a blow dryer and the plug kept falling out of the outlet.

Once in our room, our bathroom had used mens underwear still hanging up. When we called the front desk all that was said was "oh no. Ill move you to a new room." No apology. When grabbing new keys we were given keys to the room we already had. The door to the new room was very hard to open. You essentially had to barge your way into the room to get it open. Once in the new room, there was still pieces of paper on the floor and the fridge was not plugged in. In the morning, more issues showed up. The shampoo bottle in the bathroom was completely empty. The bathroom light was broken. Coffee maker was missing the piece that holds the filter causing water to continue to leak. We had decided to end our stay early as a result.

Our room was great. The checkin was late notice due to a different travel debacle. Checkin was great and the hotel was quiet, even with a pretty full hotel. The reason we give a middle score for cleanliness is there was a pair of shorts and undies in one of the two rooms behind the curtains. Breakfast was fantastic and worth probably $50+ nowadays for a group of 6. Good stay though.

Overall clean. Front desk employees were helpful and friendly (3 different people). Water pressure for shower low, but the sink pressure was like a rocket. Main door was hard to open (latch would stick) and didn’t automatically close all the way sometimes

The room was big and roomy. The hotel was recently renovated. It was beautiful and clean. The service was very good. We enjoyed our stay. However, the next time we will try to book a room on the top floor just to avoud the noise from kids running in the halls above us. Overall, it was a great stay.

This hotel was really great. The breakfast buffet was better than most I’ve had. Rooms were spacious and comfy. We had some rowdy neighbors and they were kind enough to address this. We had one of our travelers who left behind some expensive headphones and they not only located them, but shipped them back home to us. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

We were in Huntsville for a one night stay. Felecia greeted us at check in and got us on our way in a timely manner. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The water pressure was adequate. The only inconvenience with our visit was the painting that was going on outside the hotel. The property is well cared for and the area is safe. We will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in this Hampton several times and have always been pleased. However, when we arrived, front desk staff indicated the room we reserved was not available. They moved us to the Home2Suites that was connected to the same hotel, saying the room was much better. It was not. So this review is more about the inconsiderate treatment when we had a reservation than the Hampton property itself. We will not return to this hotel.

Great stay, only 1.5 miles from the Jackson Center where my meeting was and for food the Mall I found out was 2 blocks away! Never go wrong with Hampton Inn!

This property seemed fairly new. It was close to many restaurants in driving range. The beds were comfortable & they had not only UBC outlets, but a wireless phone charger as well. My only complaint is that there was no ABC on the TV, which kept us from watching a bowl game. This was not the hotel's fault. Breakfast is always delicious at these hotels, but I'm dinging them for no dark roast coffee (3 carafes of light roast & no decaf) & no unsweetened creamer or 1/2&1/2, but idk if that's a southern thing. It was my 1st trip to the South. Otherwise, excellent hotel stay.
