This was a good basic hotel. The location was very convenient for me, close to the airport and very central in the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property itself is a bit dated. Not sure about other rooms, but our room was in need of a refresh. That said there was a full-sized microwave and a good sized fridge so that was very helpful. Also the bed was very comfy, tho the pillows could stand to be replaced. Free breakfast had good selection. The gym was small and in need of ventilation or a fan. Didn’t use the pool so can’t speak to that. All in all this worked perfectly for my needs. And the price was reasonable. Lots to do in the area, great restaurants, shopping, movie theatre, fast food; and even two escape rooms within walking distance. The one we tried was spectacular fun!

Hotel decor out dated, Room we stayed in smelled bad, Breakfast should have more options, Pool room needs to fixed pool ceiling large hole. Lots of visable rust. Staff were very friendly, Nice to come back to the room at night and have fresh towels and garbage taken out.

Book 2 queen beds and got 2 doubles, and unable to change rooms/hotels due to everything being booked. Hotel is clean but had a comforter with a rip in it and the currents had holes in them. The fridge in the room doesn’t fully work and needs to be defrosted. The pool room was warm, but the slide and hot tub do not work. You also have to make reservations for 40 minutes to use the pool and receive pool towels . The hotel is trying to save water making it near impossible to get towels for our room. There are 4 of us and we were entitled to 3. No extra pillows available. The a/c in the room was is very loud.

Went for the Grey Cup booked the king suite which was huge, jetted tub - mini kitchen the place was clean nice little breakfast every morning pool And they have a voucher for taxi to and from airport Very nice place and people and good price

The staff was pleasant & continental breakfast was hot & delicious. The bathroom in our room was clean!!!!! There was however, a dirty face cloth left on the counter that had been used to wipe off make up. Considering my wife does not wear make up, we knew we had not used it. Our room had not been vacuumed nor the tile floor washed. There was food, lint & dirt on the carpet. The tile floor was sticky by the kitchenette. We tried contacting the front desk via messaging that option no longer was available or working. We went to the front desk asking for our room to be vacuumed. Housekeeping was not in until 9am the next day. The next day no one showed, Housekeeping was on our floor so we asked if our room could be vacuumed. Due to communication barriers it did not happen. We wore our shoes in the room due to the unclean floors. The kitchenette had no garbage can under the sink. As well as no dish soap, dish cloth or drying towel for us to use. There were no pamphlets letting us know options for dining/entertainment options. The whirlpool/pool area was not clean. The whirlpool had a "ring" around the perimeter and was quite dirty. We mentioned this to the evening staff.

The worst bed I’ve ever tried to sleep on, it was as hard as a rock, sore back after sleeping there. The bed seems very cheap and offers zero comfort and I slept only five hours , I would not recommend the beds. The front desk clerk does not even great you when you arrive or welcome you to the property. All she asked for was my id and credit card and did not explain any of the amenities of the hotel. The breakfast was good, other than the security guards staring at you for no reason. The place had three security guards and the neighbouring property had three as well, feels sketchy outside the property.

The couch in the suite we were "upgraded" to was broken and the pull out bed was one of the worst quality mattresses and sloped. I appreciate that we were changed to have a kitchenette, but that means we lost one of the two beds we wanted, having it replaced by a crummy pull out couch. I don't expect much at the price point, but I was still a bit disappointed.

Paid alot of money, for 2 nights. Kids and adults were slamming doors till 2a.m. first night then 3a.m. 2nd night. Called front desk numerous times, nothing was done about the noise both nights. Staff did not ask how our stay was, we just left. Will not stay there again and will not recommend this hotel to anyone. We sent an email to the hotel and did not get any response what so ever. They should have had security come up and deal with this the first night. Staff were very unprofessional. They were going to move us to a different room at 10:30 p.m the night before we were checking out, like we were the ones causing the problem. We said no, move the hockey players and their adult chaperones, which didnt happen. Never Again. Email will be sent to head office, maybe sombody there will respond to us.

Very friendly employees. Was a bit noisy from the airplanes but that was expected. Close by dining but we did Door Dash and that was an excellent option. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but it looked clean and well looked after. we stayed 3 nights and I would recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip to see a concert or hockey game. $20.00 for a cab to the Canada Life center.

The good news is that it's extremely close to airport! Lots of security onsite - the bad news is that it's needed! We saw a firetruck come to deal with a druggie hanging out on the property, and another walking down the street with three needles hanging out of his face. All the hotels in the area would have this issue though - not unique to the Days Inn. The hotel is still decorated in the 80's gold and brown decor. The pool and slide area is well kept and the man I suspect is the manager, kept watch of everything happening on the main floor and was very helpful in arranging transport to the airport. Well done.

Close to airport. Food deliver was great/fast. I went outside and walked around the hotel and got asked for cigarettes and another guy tried selling me a phone. So…. Not too sure about the area, I’m not from here. I’ll stay in my room.

Breakfast was bad. Coffee tasted terrible, waffle machine didn’t work then the next day it worked but either the batter mix was wrong or the lack of non stick spray made it impossible to make waffles (fell apart when tried to remove), muffins were overcooked, fruit was gone and not refilled, milk was gone, and it wasn’t near the end of serving time.
