Staff were pretty good, and it was good to have a fridge. The ac was necessary as the room smelled dank without it. Theŕe is some noise some of the time but the ac white noise canceled it out. It needs a usb charger and doesnt need an alarm clock. Our garbage was never emptied on a 6 day stay. This is a reasonable value option, but its not good for a longer stay than 2 days. And expect a motel type stay. Breakfast choices were limited to potatoes plus choices of meat.

Our stay was pretty good. The meals were excellent at the pub. the only issue was the bed it was an old mattress and not at all level the one side of it was sagged and when laying on that side felt like you were gonna roll off the last time we stayed the bed was not at all like this

The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The young lady who checked us in was so very polite and welcoming. My husband was hungry so we had supper at their pub. My husband assured me that the food was delicious as I slid my wings towards him as I was feeling unwell. At the end of our meal our server came to our table and explained that she had noticed that I was having a very bad day and had called her manager to see if they could do something nice for us. The manager had authorised for our meal to be complementary, on them. I protested and she insisted that they really wanted to to it and it had already been taken care of. It was such an unexpected act of kindness on her part to notice and to care enough to make a call. Just to make a stranger smile. To the management, thank you for your kindness and please know that your staff are your best asset and because of them The Guv'nor will be now be our hotel of choice.

Room was sub-par, smelled of cigarette smoke and wet carpets. Over looked the dumpster. Nothing like the picture shown. The attached restaurant was top notch with great food and wonderful staff.
