Außergewöhnlich gut High end Level an Service

Disaster — we left the same day we checked in... We have stayed at Nizuc several times before and always considered it an excellent vacation hotel, which makes this experience especially disappointing. After checking in, we changed and went down to the pool and beach area, only to find active construction taking place directly over and around the resort’s main pool and beach areas. There were cranes swinging over the pool area, workers in hard hats, and constant loud drilling and banging. This was not a minor inconvenience. It completely ruined the luxury, peaceful atmosphere we came for. After trying to tolerate it for an hour or two, we went to the front desk, asked to check out, and left for another hotel. What is most frustrating is that this major disruption was not disclosed before our arrival, and now the hotel is giving us a hard time over the refund. For a resort at this level and price point, this was unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Nizuc at this time.

We just returned from a truly memorable babymoon and couldn't be happier with our experience. The hospitality and service were top-notch across the board, but a few individuals really went above and beyond to make our stay special. A huge thank you to the servers at the adults-only beach: Benito, Oscar, and Eduardo. They were incredibly attentive, and Benito made our mornings by setting up our cabana with water every day—a thoughtful touch that meant so much. We also loved our pre-dinner drinks at Bar A-Kan. The views are stunning, and our server, Alfredo, was the kindest soul. He consistently had our drinks ready the moment we sat down. Finally, the hostess at Café de la Playa was wonderful; her warm smile and the fact that she remembered our names made every morning feel like home. We cannot wait to return with our son in the future!
